Definitions
- the invention relates to a rescue device for long-term safe rescue of a person from a wind turbine.
- the invention also relates to an arrangement comprising a wind power plant and the above rescue device.
- Modern wind energy plants contain elevators, by means of which fitters and service technicians can get into the nacelle of the wind energy plant in order to then be able to work inside the nacelle without the risk of falling without a belt.
- the accident mechanic or service technician can often no longer get into the elevator independently, as the access to the elevator is often narrow and angled due to the limited space in the gondola is.
- the accident mechanic or service technician must be quickly evacuated from the nacelle.
- rescue facilities for rescuing and evacuating people are kept in sufficient numbers and for quick access in the gondola.
- the rescue equipment must be serviced at regular intervals and checked for functionality and usability. For example, it is necessary to check rescue equipment, including unused ones that are kept available for emergencies, at least once a year so that they are in a technically perfect condition in an emergency and are not unsuitable due to corrosion, for example.
- certain components of the rescue equipment are subject to aging and must be replaced at regular intervals, for example every 10 years. This is associated with additional effort and costs.
- a rescue device for long-term safe rescue of a person from a wind turbine comprising an openable, gas-tight sealed container and a rescue device set up to rescue the person from the wind turbine, the rescue device being stored inside the container and the container with a Protective gas is filled, through which the rescue facility remains suitable for saving the person in the long term.
- the rescue device is stored in the gas-tight sealed container and the container is filled with the protective gas.
- the rescue device is stored under a protective gas atmosphere that is made available by the gas-tight container.
- a protective gas is understood to mean a gas or gas mixture which has a different composition compared to air and particularly preferably has a reduced oxygen content compared to air.
- the protective gas is an inert gas or an inert gas mixture, i.e. a gas or gas mixture which is very inert.
- a gas-tight container is preferably understood to mean a container which is designed in such a way that a leakage rate is preferably 10 -7 mbar l / s.
- the leakage rate is fundamentally dependent on the protective gas used, a pressure difference and the temperature and is a measure of the volume or mass units of the protective gas emerging from the container.
- a leakage rate of 10 -7 mbar l / s means that with a pressure difference between a space inside the container and a space outside the container of 1 bar, a loss of protective gas from the container of about 1 cm 3 occurs over 100 days.
- the leakage rate is more preferably 10 -9 mbar l / s.
- the leakage rate can, for example, be determined using a leak test in accordance with DIN EN 1779.
- the protective gas in the gas-tight container extends the operational life of the rescue facility.
- operational readiness is preferably understood to mean the time interval within which the rescue device is suitable for rescuing the person and the certification and safety requirements, in particular the international standard for safe work on the rope ISO 10333-1 to 10333-3 and / or the technical rule for operational safety TRBS 2121-3 are complied with and / or the rescue facility meets the standards applicable to the rescue facility.
- the rescue device is designed, for example, as a manual braking device
- the operational capability is understood to mean, for example, the time interval within which the manual braking device complies with the EN 15151-2 standard.
- the rescue device according to the invention thus extends the usability of the rescue device in the wind power plant in a simple manner and thus ensures long-term functionality of the rescue device.
- the rescue device thus contributes to greater safety for workers at height when working on the wind turbine.
- a film in which the rescue device is provided in a particularly gas-tight manner.
- the film is preferred as a film sack configured and / or the rescue facility is welded into the film.
- the film is also preferably filled with protective gas.
- the expression that the container is filled with the protective gas can also include that only the film is filled with the protective gas.
- the rescue device can be stored in the gas-tight sealed container, wherein the rescue device in the container can additionally be welded into the gas-tight sealed film.
- the film is preferably designed as a homogeneous sheet-like structure made of a particularly thin metal or plastic.
- the plastic film can have a wall thickness of 2 ⁇ m to 0.5 mm and / or be made of polymer. Instead of a film, a foam can be provided.
- the rescue device is designed as a belt, helmet, lanyard, tether, abseil device, rescue device, in particular rescue devices with a lifting function, fall arrest device, fall arrester, rope, rescue equipment, energy absorber, rope brake, net, carabiner, anchor device and / or safety device.
- rescue devices can of course be provided in the container.
- the rescue facility preferably complies with the applicable standards.
- a part of personal protective equipment (in particular PPE category III) of the worker at height is also preferred under a belt, which is worn on the body during activities at risk of falling and establishes a connection between the worker and a breakpoint via the connecting means.
- the stopping point can represent the rope, for example.
- the connecting means can also perform other functions beyond the connection and, for example, comprise an integrated energy absorber.
- a descender device is preferably understood to mean a mechanical device for braking a passing rope.
- Descender devices are used for abseiling and often have an automatic braking or blocking function.
- Descender devices that are also suitable for belaying and that meet the DIN EN 15151 standard are usually referred to as belay devices.
- a rescue device is preferably understood to mean a descender that has a defined maximum descending speed and, more preferably, with a permanently installed rope different lengths is offered.
- Rescue equipment according to EN 12841 Type C is intended for work on the rope as well as for rescue, rescue equipment according to EN 341 is approved as evacuation and rescue equipment.
- Rescue equipment that has a lifting function can be used to lift an accident victim in order to free them from the safety device and then rappel down.
- the rescue device is also preferably suitable for an escorted rescue of people.
- the fall arrest device is preferably part of a fall arrest system that allows you to move freely within an action radius while working at height, and which reduces the forces acting on the body by braking and damper systems in the event of a fall.
- Fall arrest devices allow a rope length to be adjusted in such a way that a fall distance is kept short in the event of a fall, even with changing working positions.
- Life-saving appliances are used to transport an accident victim and / or material.
- the rescue device preferably enables the person to be rescued from a dangerous situation.
- the rescue device comprises a washed and / or spinning oil-free rope.
- spinning oils are used in the spinning process to improve the processability of fibers into ropes.
- Spinning oil residues on the ropes can, however, have a negative effect on the operational capability of the rescue equipment, as the spinning oils break down through oxidation processes.
- the protective gas is selected from the group comprising nitrogen (N 2 ), argon (Ar), carbon dioxide (CO 2 ), nitrous oxide (N 2 O), sulfur hexafluoride (SF 6 ) and / or mixtures thereof.
- the leakage rate of the container and / or the film is basically dependent on the protective gas.
- the protective gases mentioned have the advantage that the design of the container and / or the film is gas-tight , are lower than for small-molecule protective gases.
- the protective gas is preferably selected from the group comprising nitrogen (N 2 ), argon (Ar), sulfur hexafluoride (SF 6 ) and / or mixtures thereof. These gases are characterized by their ease of use, are not oxidizing and not acidic, i.e. they do not form any acid in water.
- the protective gas has a trace moisture content of less than 2000 ppm v / v H 2 O.
- the protective gas is a very dry gas. It has been shown that, in particular, by avoiding moisture, the usability of the rescue facility can be greatly extended.
- the rescue device comprises a desiccant provided inside the container.
- Desiccant is preferably understood to mean an agent which absorbs moisture, i.e. has a hygroscopic effect, and / or which is able to bind corrosive gases and thus exclude or at least prevent a negative effect on the rescue facility. In this way, the humidity can be further reduced.
- the drying agent preferably comprises dried silica gel, phosphorus pentoxide, aluminum oxide, calcium, calcium hydride, calcium oxide, calcium sulfate, potassium carbonate, potassium hydroxide, copper sulfate and / or mixtures thereof.
- a water indicator is added to the drying agent, which indicates the degree of exhaustion of the drying agent.
- the originally colorless water indicator changes color from green to blue-green to blue when water is absorbed. In this way, it can be checked in a simple manner whether the dry conditions required to extend the operational life of the rescue facility are maintained.
- the drying agent can be provided in the container and / or in the film.
- the drying agent can comprise copper particles with comparatively large surface structures which are permanently chemically cross-linked in a plastic composite. Such a desiccant can create a neutralized atmosphere that protects all materials stored in it from corrosion and aging.
- the material used under the brand name intercept can be used as a drying agent.

Abstract
