Abstract

L'invention concerne un rouleau (1) d'un guidage de barre permettant de guider une barre métallique coulée, qui comprend au moins un premier et un deuxième rouleau partiel (2, 3) alignés de manière axiale et disposés côte à côte. Un palier (4) est disposé entre les deux rouleaux partiels (2, 3) pour supporter les deux rouleaux partiels (2, 3) et les rouleaux partiels (2, 3) sont constitués d'un premier matériau. Afin de permettre un montage et un démontage faciles de l'ensemble et d'utiliser les meilleurs matériaux pour les rouleaux partiels et les tourillons, selon l'invention, à l'extrémité axiale (5) du premier rouleau partiel (2) est fixé un axe de rouleau, qui est constitué d'un deuxième matériau, différent du premier. L'axe de rouleau passe à travers le palier (4) et, avec son extrémité axiale (7) éloignée du premier rouleau partiel (2), se prolonge dans un alésage (8) du second rouleau partiel (3) pour soutenir ce dernier.
