Claims (10)

  1. Machine d'emballage avec une plateforme rotative pour emballer des produits (2) avec au moins une bande de matériau d'emballage (3) ; la machine d'emballage comprenant une base (4) ; une plateforme rotative (7) qui définit une surface de support (P) pour au moins un produit (2) et est montée sur la base (4) afin de tourner autour d'un axe de rotation (8) qui est sensiblement perpendiculaire à la surface de support (P) ; un premier montant (34) qui est sensiblement parallèle à l'axe de rotation (8) et est monté afin de tourner autour de l'axe de rotation (8) avec une direction de rotation qui est contraire à une direction de rotation de la plateforme rotative (7) ; une glissière de support (36) qui est configurée pour recevoir et maintenir une bobine (37) de la bande de matériau d'emballage (3) et est mobile le long du premier montant (34) ; un premier moteur d'actionnement (26) pour déplacer la plateforme rotative (7) et le premier montant (34) autour de l'axe de rotation (8) ; un premier dispositif de transmission (28) pour transmettre le mouvement de rotation entre la plateforme rotative (7) et le premier montant (34) ; et un disque d'alimentation (10) qui est monté afin de tourner autour de l'axe de rotation (8) et est prévu avec une première roue de couronne (27) couplée à un premier engrenage actionné par le premier moteur d'actionnement (26) ; le premier montant (34) étant porté par le disque d'alimentation (10) ; dans lequel le premier dispositif de transmission (28) comprend une deuxième roue de couronne (29) obtenue sur le disque d'alimentation (10), une troisième roue de couronne (30) obtenue sur la plateforme rotative (7), caractérisée en ce que la troisième roue de couronne (30) est à l'intérieur de la deuxième roue de couronne (29) et une pluralité de seconds engrenages (31) intercalés entre lesdites deuxième et troisième roues de couronne (29, 30).
  2. Machine d'emballage selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le premier moteur d'actionnement (26) est couplé au premier montant (34) et le premier dispositif de transmission (28) est configuré pour transmettre le mouvement de rotation du premier montant (34) à la plateforme rotative (7).
  3. Machine d'emballage selon la revendication 1 ou 2 et comprenant en outre une première cage à rouleaux (14) comprenant une première plaque de support annulaire (20) montée entre le disque d'alimentation (10) et la plateforme rotative (7) et une pluralité de premiers rouleaux de support (23) couplés à la première plaque de support (20) d'une manière rotative et agencés en contact avec le disque d'alimentation (10) et avec la plateforme rotative (7).
  4. Machine d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3 et comprenant en outre une seconde cage à rouleaux (13) comprenant une seconde plaque de support annulaire (15) montée entre la base (4) et le disque d'alimentation (10) et une pluralité de seconds rouleaux de support (18) couplés à la seconde plaque de support (15) d'une manière rotative et agencés en contact avec la base (4) et avec le disque d'alimentation (10).
  5. Machine d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes et comprenant en outre un second moteur d'actionnement (39) et un second dispositif de transmission (44) pour raccorder le second moteur d'actionnement (39) et la glissière de support (36) et pour déplacer la glissière de support (36) le long du premier montant (34).
  6. Machine d'emballage selon la revendication 5, dans laquelle le second moteur d'actionnement (39) est solidaire de la base (4) et le second dispositif de transmission (44) est mécanique.
  7. Machine d'emballage selon la revendication 5 ou 6, dans laquelle le second dispositif de transmission (44) comprend une bague de transmission (41) qui est couplée à la base (4) d'une manière rotative afin de tourner autour de l'axe de rotation (8), est prévu avec une quatrième roue de couronne (40) couplée à un troisième engrenage actionné par le second moteur d'actionnement (39) et est en outre prévu avec une cinquième roue de couronne (43) qui est coaxiale à l'axe de rotation (8) ; et une vis de transmission (45) qui est couplée au premier montant (34) d'une manière rotative afin de tourner autour d'un autre axe de rotation (46) parallèle à l'axe de rotation (8) et est en outre couplé à la cinquième roue de couronne (43) par le biais de l'interposition d'un quatrième engrenage (47) qui est solidaire de la vis de transmission (45).
  8. Machine d'emballage selon la revendication 7, dans laquelle la glissière de support (36) et la vis de transmission (45) sont couplées l'une à l'autre par le biais d'un mécanisme de vis-écrou vis.
  9. Machine d'emballage selon la revendication 7 ou 8, lorsqu'elles dépendent de l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 7, et comprenant en outre une unité électronique de commande (48) qui est configurée pour commander sélectivement les premier et second moteurs d'actionnement (26, 39) afin de déplacer le premier montant (34) et la bague de transmission (41) autour de l'axe de rotation (8) avec la même vitesse de rotation ou avec des vitesses de rotation différentes.
  10. Machine d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le premier montant (34) définit une partie d'un portique (33) comprenant en outre un second montant (34) qui est sensiblement parallèle à l'axe de rotation (8) et diamétralement opposé au premier montant (34) par rapport au premier axe de rotation (8) et une traverse (35) raccordant les extrémités libres desdits premier et second montants (34) entre elles.
