Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft eine Anschlussklemme mit den Merkmalen des Oberbegriffs des Anspruchs 1.
  • Eine gattungsgemäße Anschlussklemme ist beispielsweise in der EP 3 159 974 A1 offenbart. Die dortige Anschlussklemme ist zur Anordnung auf einer Leiterplatte vorgesehen. Hierzu bildet der Kontaktrahmen einen Kontaktboden aus, der in seinem vorderen und in Leitereinsteckrichtung gesehen hinteren Ende Kontaktfüße für eine Lötverbindung mit Kontaktfeldern der Leiterplatte aufweist. Der Kontaktrahmen verfügt darüber hinaus über Kontaktseitenwände, denen Federelemente in Leitereinschubrichtung entspringen. Eine Schrägfläche des metallischen Kontaktbodens sowie eine gegenüber dem Kontaktboden angeordnete, vom Isolierstoffgehäuse der Anschlussklemme ausgebildete Schrägfläche haben eine Führungsfunktion für den Leiter, wenn dieser durch die Leitereinstecköffnung des Isolierstoffgehäuses hindurch der Klemmstelle zugeführt wird.
  • Weitere Anschlussklemmen gattungsgemäßer Art sind in US9,570,817 B1 , WO 2015/068907 A1 und CN 110 65 435 A offenbart, Diese drei Druckschriften zeigen jedoch Anschlussklemmen, bei welchen das Isolierstoffgehäuse zumindest über eine gewisse Weglänge entlang des Einschubkanals den Leiter gegenüber dem Kontaktrahmen isolieren. Dies wird durch einen röhrenartigen Gehäuseabschnitt verwirklicht, der sich in Richtung Klemmstelle erstreckt. Das Dokument US9,570,817 B1 offenbart ebenfalls den Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Erfindungsgemäße Anschlussklemmen werden mittlerweile in sehr kleinen Dimensionen gefertigt. Sie messen in der Breite häufig nicht mehr als 3 bis 4 mm bei etwa gleicher Höhe. Die Länge von 8 mm wird selten überschritten.
  • Insofern ist eine hohe Präzision in der Herstellung und Montage erforderlich, um die vom Isolierstoffgehäuse einerseits und vom metallischen Kontaktrahmen andererseits ausgebildeten Führungsschrägflächen korrekt zueinander zu positionieren.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es deshalb, eine einfacher anzuordnende Leiterführung zu schaffen, welche das abisolierte Ende eines Anschlussleiters korrekt der Klemmstelle des Kontaktrahmens zuführt.
  • Gelöst wird die Erfindung von einer Anschlussklemme mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1, insbesondere mit dessen kennzeichnenden Merkmalen, wonach der Leitereinführkanal an seinem der Leitereinführöffnung abgewandten Ende eine kontaktbodennahe und/oder eine kontaktbodenferne Leitzunge ausbildet, die sich in Leitereinführrichtung erstreckt und die Leitzunge des Leitereinführkanals zwischen den Klemmfedern angeordnet ist
  • Die Erfindung verzichtet bewusst auf eine vom Kontaktboden des Kontaktrahmens beeinflusste Leiterführung. Die Erfindung ordnet die Leiterführung ausschließlich dem Isolierstoffgehäuse zu, welches den Kontaktrahmen aufnimmt. Eine exakte Zuordnung der aus dem Stand der Technik bekannten, ungleichen Führungsschrägflächen lässt sich somit vermeiden.
  • Darüber hinaus hat es sich als überaus vorteilhaft erwiesen, dass der vom Isolierstoffgehäuse ausgebildete Leitereinführkanal in Kontaktlängsrichtung allseitig geschlossen ist und lediglich über die Leitereinführöffnung zugänglich ist, sowie an seinem Ende über eine entsprechende Auslassöffnung den geführten Anschlussleiter in Richtung Klemmstelle entlässt. Hierdurch wird über einen in Bezug auf die Anschlussklemme vergleichsweise langen Einschubweg des Leiters ein Vorkontakt zwischen metallischen Teilen des Kontaktrahmens und dem Anschlussleiter vermieden. Dies hat insbesondere Vorteile, wenn die Anschlussklemme bei unter Spannung stehenden Teilen oder bei vorhandener Restladung von auf der Platine montierten Elektronikbauteilen mit einem Anschlussleiter versehen wird.
  • Neben einer verbesserten Leiterführung wird somit zusätzlich die Betriebssicherheit der Anschlussklemme erheblich verbessert.
  • Mit der sich an den Einführkanal anschließenden und zwischen den Klemmfedern angeordneten Leitzunge lässt sich eine zentrierte Führung relativ zu dem Kontaktboden bzw. der Oberseite der Anschlussklemme weiter verbessern, wobei auch zwischen den aufeinander zulaufenden bzw. gegeneinander ausgerichteten Klemmfedern noch eine Führung des Anschlusskontaktes im Bereich der Klemmfedern möglich ist, ohne deren Funktion zu beeinträchtigen.
  • Vorgesehen ist ferner, dass das Isolierstoffgehäuse Anschlagstege für die Klemmfeder ausbildet, welche einen Auslenkweg der Klemmfeder bei einer Öffnungsbewegung begrenzt.
  • Diese Ausführungsform ist insbesondere dann sinnvoll, wenn das Isolierstoffgehäuse in einer Deckwand eine Ausnehmung aufweist, durch welche ein Spreizwerkzeug zwischen die freien Enden der Klemmfedern einbringbar ist und dass die Anschlagstege in Seitenwänden des Isolierstoffgehäuses angeordnet sind, um die öffnende Spreizbewegung der Klemmfedern zu begrenzen.
  • Die Anschlagstege sorgen dafür, dass eine in Bezug auf bestimmte Bauteile der Anschlussklemme, insbesondere den Kontaktrahmen, erforderliche Auslenkbewegung der Klemmfedern verhindert wird. Beispielsweise kann es erforderlich sein, das seitliche Auslenken der Klemmfedern zu begrenzen, um zu verhindern, dass sie über die seitliche Begrenzung des Kontaktbodens hinaus geöffnet werden.
  • Weitere Vorteile der Erfindung sowie ein besseres Verständnis folgt aus der Beschreibung eines Ausführungsbeispiels. Es zeigen:

  • In den Figuren ist eine erfindungsgemäße Anschlussklemme insgesamt mit der Bezugsziffer 10 versehen.
  • In Fig. 1 sind zwei erfindungsgemäße Anschlussklemmen 10 nebeneinander auf einer Leiterplatte 11 aufgesetzt. Die Kontaktfüße 12 eines Kontaktrahmens 13, welche in Fig. 1 im Wesentlichen in einem Isolierstoffgehäuse 14 aufgenommen ist, liegen auf Kontaktfeldern 15 der Leiterplatte 11 auf und sind mit diesen elektrisch leitend, beispielsweise durch eine Lötverbindung, verbunden.
  • Das Isolierstoffgehäuse 14 verfügt über einen in Leitereinsteckrichtung x vorn liegenden Kragen 16, welcher eine Leitereinführöffnung 17 umgibt und zudem den vorderen Kontaktfuß 12 des Kontaktrahmens 13 überfängt.
  • Das Isolierstoffgehäuse 14 verfügt über zwei den Kontaktrahmen 13 zwischen sich aufnehmenden Seitenwänden 18, eine Rückwand 19, die an dem dem Kragen 16 gegenüberliegenden Ende des Isolierstoffgehäuses 14 angeordnet ist, sowie über eine Deckwand 20.
  • In der Deckwand 20 ist eine Durchbrechung 21 für ein Werkzeug vorgesehen, worauf im Weiteren noch eingegangen wird.
    • Fig. 1 zeigt darüber hinaus exemplarisch einen Anschlussleiter 22, der in eine der beiden in Fig. 1 dargestellten Anschlussklemmen eingeschoben ist.
    • Fig. 2 zeigt die Darstellung gemäß Fig. 1, jedoch ohne die Isolierstoffgehäuse 14 der Anschlussklemmen 10. Infolgedessen sind dort neben Leiterplatte 11 und Anschlussleiter 22 lediglich die Kontaktrahmen 13 dargestellt. Die Kontaktrahmen sind im Übrigen noch einmal in den Figuren 3 und 4 gezeigt.
  • Jeder Kontaktrahmen 13 verfügt über einen Kontaktboden 23, welcher an seinen in Leitereinsteckrichtung x vorn und hinten liegenden Enden jeweils einen Kontaktfuß 12 ausbildet, welcher der elektrisch leitenden Verbindung mit Kontaktfeldern 15 der Leiterplatte 11 dienen. Die Kontaktfüße 12 sind in einer gemeinsamen Ebene angeordnet. Der die Kontaktfüße 12 verbindende Brückenabschnitt 24 des Kontaktbodens 23 ist gegenüber der Ebene der Kontaktfüße 12 nach oben, also von der Leiterplatte 11 wegweisend, ausgestellt und somit zur Leiterplatte 11 beabstandet angeordnet. Der Brückenabschnitt 24 des Kontaktrahmens 13 trägt zunächst zwei Kontaktseitenwände 25, die zwischen sich einen Aufnahmeraum 26 ausbilden, der nach oben hin, also vom Kontaktboden 23 weg weisend, offen ist. In Leitereinsteckrichtung x entspringen einer jeden Kontaktseitenwand eine Klemmfeder 27, deren freie Ende aufeinander zu gerichtet sind. Die Enden der Klemmfeder 27 können gegeneinander vorgespannt sein, lediglich aneinander anliegen oder auch mit einem geringen Trennspalt voneinander beabstandet sein.
  • An ihrer vom Kontaktboden 23 wegweisenden Kante tragen die Klemmfedern 27 jeweils einen Spreizfortsatz 28. Die Spreizfortsätze 28 dienen dazu, ein Spreizwerkzeug zwischen sich aufzunehmen, um die Klemmfedern unter Aufbau einer Federspannung voneinander weg zu spreizen und so eine Öffnungsbewegung zu induzieren, welche die von den Klemmfedern 27 gebildete Klemmstelle 29 öffnet. Bei dieser konkreten Ausgestaltung der Klemmstelle 29 dient jede Klemmfeder 27 ihrem jeweiligen Gegenstück als Widerlager.
  • Wie aus der vergleichenden Betrachtung der Figuren 3 und 4, wie aus Fig. 2 ersichtlich ist, wird das abisolierte Ende des Anschlussleiters 22 für eine elektrische Kontaktierung in die Anschlussklemme 10 eingeschoben, wobei das abisolierte Leiterende in die Klemmstelle 29 eingeführt wird und dort von den Klemmfedern 27 elektrisch kontaktierend und mechanisch haltend fixiert wird.
  • Erfindungswesentlich ist insbesondere das in den Figuren 5 bis 7 in verschiedenen Schnittdarstellungen gezeigte Isolierstoffgehäuse 14 in seiner konkreten Ausbildung. Die Figuren 5 und 6 zeigen neben dem Isolierstoffgehäuse 14 auch den Kontaktrahmen 13. Fig. 5 zeigt darüber hinaus den Anschlussleiter 22.
  • Wie die Figuren 5 bis 7 zeigen, bildet das Isolierstoffgehäuse 14 in seinem Inneren einen sich an die Leitereinführöffnung 17 und den sie umgebenden Kragen 16 anschließenden Leitereinführkanal 30 aus. Dieser Leitereinführkanal ist in etwa röhrenförmig, das heißt, entlang seiner Kanallängsachse allseitig von Isolierstoffmaterial umgeben, und verfügt an dem der Leitereinführöffnung 17 abgelegenen Ende über eine Leiterausführöffnung 31. Dabei läuft der Leitereinführkanal 30 in Leitereinsteckrichtung x in etwa trichterförmig zu und führt hierdurch das abisolierte Leiterende zielgerichtet auf die von den Klemmfedern 27 gebildete Klemmstelle 29 zu.
  • Der Leitereinführkanal 30 liegt in etwa im Bereich zwischen den Seitenwänden 25 des Kontaktrahmens 13. Die Leiterausführöffnung 31 befindet sich somit etwa im Wurzelbereich der den Seitenwänden 25 in Leitereinführrichtung x entspringenden Klemmfedern 27.
  • Da die Klemmfedern 27 aufeinander zu gerichtet sind und deshalb zwischen sich einen etwa keilförmigen Raum ausbilden (siehe Figuren 2 bis 4), lässt sich in diesem Bereich zwischen den Klemmfedern 27 keine allseitig umschlossene, kanalartige Führung realisieren. Um eine zumindest in Vertikalrichtung sichere und zentrierte Führung zu gewährleisten, bildet das Isolierstoffgehäuse 14 im Anschluss an die Leiterausführöffnung 31 eine kanalbodenseitige wie eine deckwandseitige Leitzunge 32 aus. Beide Leitzungen 32 haben eine in Leitereinsteckrichtung konisch verjüngte Kontur. Die Horizontalführung übernehmen im Bereich der Leitzungen 32 die Klemmfedern 27.
  • Die Figuren 5 bis 7 zeigen neben der optimierten Führung des Anschlussleiters 22 einen weiteren wesentlichen Vorteil der erfindungsgemäßen Anschlussklemme. Bei Anschlussklemmen ohne erfindungsgemäßen Leitereinführkanal 30 liegen Teile des Kontaktrahmens 13, in der Regel zumindest der Kontaktboden 23 hinter der Leitereinführöffnung 17 frei. Dies hat zur Folge, dass beim Einschieben eines Anschlussleiters 22 dessen abisoliertes Ende weit vor Erreichen der Klemmstelle auf metallische Teile des Kontaktrahmens 13 trifft und somit ein Vorkontakt realisiert wird. Dies kann bei einer Montage des Anschlussleiters 22 unter Spannung oder bei vorhandener Restladung von auf der Platine aufsitzenden Elektronikbauteilen zu unerwünschten Fehlkontaktierungen führen. Es ist jedoch beispielsweise auch möglich, dass eine solche Vorkontaktierung bei Montage des Anschlussleiters 22 unter Anliegen einer Prüfspannung eine sichere elektrische Kontaktierung suggeriert, die wegen eines fehlenden Einsitzens des abisolierten Anschlussleiterendes in der Klemmstelle nicht vorhanden ist.
  • Die Figuren 5 und 6 zeigen darüber hinaus, dass auch die Leitzungen 32 einer solchen Vorkontaktierung vorbeugen. Schließlich zeigen die Figuren 5 und 6 auch, dass die Spreizfortsätze 28 der Klemmfedern 27 im Bereich der durch Brechung 21 der Deckwand 20 des Isolierstoffgehäuses 14 angeordnet sind. Der Durchbruch 21 des Isolierstoffgehäuses 14 dient dazu, die Spreizfortsätze 28 bzw. die Klemmstelle 27 zugänglich für ein Spreizwerkzeug zu machen. Dieses Spreizwerkzeug kann die Klemmstelle entweder zur widerstandsfreien Montage des Anschlussleiters 22 oder zur Demontage des Anschlussleiters öffnen.
  • Anhand von Fig. 7 wird neben den bereits beschriebenen Strukturen des Isolierstoffgehäuses 14 noch eine weitere Baustruktur erläutert. So verfügen die Seitenwände 18 des Isolierstoffgehäuses 14 auf ihren Innenflächen über jeweils wenigstens einen Anschlagsteg 33, der im Bereich der Klemmfedern 27 des Kontaktrahmens 13 angeordnet ist. Der Anschlagsteg 33 dient dazu, die Auslenk- bzw. Öffnungsbewegung einer jeden Klemmfeder 27 in Richtung der jeweiligen Seitenwand 18 zu begrenzen. Auf diese Weise kann sichergestellt werden, dass beim Öffnen der Klemmstelle sich die Klemmfedern 27 beispielsweise nicht weiter öffnen lassen als der Kontaktboden breit ist. So wird vermieden, dass der Anschlussleiter mit seinem abisolierten Ende in einen Spalt zwischen Kontaktboden 23 und Klemmfeder 27 gelangt und somit ein Schließen der Klemmstelle 29 verhindert.
  • Die Erfindung zeigt also auf vorteilhafte Weise, wie eine sichere und einen Vorkontakt vermeidende Montage eines Anschlussleiters 22 in einer Anschlussklemme 10 durch einen Isolierstoff-Leitereinführkanal 30 realisierbar ist, welcher vom Isolierstoffgehäuse 14 selbst ausgebildet ist.
  • Die Erfindung zeigt darüber hinaus, wie sich sowohl die Führung als auch das Vermeiden eines Vorkontaktes über kontaktbodennah und kontaktbodenfern angeordnete Leitzungen 31 weiter verbessern lässt.
  • Schließlich zeigt die Erfindung auf vorteilhafte Weise eine Begrenzung des Auslenkweges der Klemmfedern 27, um eine Funktionssicherheit der Klemmstelle 29 der Anschlussklemme 10 sicherzustellen.

Claims (3)

  1. Anschlussklemme (10)
    - mit einem Kontaktrahmen (13), der eine Klemmstelle (29) zur Festlegung und elektrischen Kontaktierung eines Anschlussleiters (22) ausbildet, wobei die Klemmstelle (29) von wenigstens einem Widerlager und einer gegen das Widerlager vorgespannten Klemmfeder (27) gebildet ist,
    - mit einem Leitereinführkanal (30), welcher den Anschlussleiter (22) der Klemmstelle (29) zuführen kann,
    - mit einem Isolierstoffgehäuse (14), welches den Kontaktrahmen (13) aufnimmt und eine dem Leitereinführkanal (30) in Leitereinschubrichtung vorgeordnete Leitereinführöffnung (17) ausbildet, wobei
    - der Leitereinführkanal (30) vom Isolierstoffgehäuse (14) gebildet ist,
    - der Leitereinführkanal (30) nach Art einer aus Isolierstoff gebildeten Röhre ausgeformt ist, welche sich von einer Leitereinführöffnung in Richtung der Klemmstelle (29) erstreckt,
    - der Leitereinführkanal (30) ausgehend von der Leitereinführöffnung (17) in Leitereinsteckrichtung trichterartig verjüngt ausgebildet ist,
    - der Kontaktrahmen (13) zwei Kontaktseitenwände (25) ausbildet,
    - jeder Kontaktseitenwand (18) eine sich in Leitereinsteckrichtung erstreckende Klemmfeder (27) entspringt, wobei die freien Enden der Klemmfedern (27) gegeneinander gerichtet sind und eine Klemmstelle (29) bilden,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
    die zwei Kontaktseitenwände (25) am Kontaktboden (23) angeordnet sind und den vom Isolierstoffgehäuse (14) ausgebildeten Leitereinführkanal (30) zwischen sich aufnehmen,
    - der Leitereinführkanal (30) an seinem der Leitereinführöffnung (17) abgewandten Ende eine kontaktbodennahe und/oder eine kontaktbodenferne Leitzunge (32) ausbildet, die sich in Leitereinführrichtung erstreckt,
    - die Leitzunge (32) des Leitereinführkanals (30) zwischen den Klemmfedern (27) angeordnet ist.
  2. Anschlussklemme (10) nach dem Anspruch 1,
    wobei
    das Isolierstoffgehäuse (14) Anschlagstege für die Klemmfeder (27) ausbildet, welche einen Auslenkweg der Klemmfeder (27) bei einer Öffnungsbewegung begrenzt.
  3. Anschlussklemme (10) nach dem Anspruch 2, wobei
    das Isolierstoffgehäuse (14) in einer Deckwand (20) eine Ausnehmung aufweist, durch welche ein Spreizwerkzeug zwischen die freien Enden der Klemmfedern (27) einbringbar ist und dass die Anschlagstege in Seitenwänden (18) des Isolierstoffgehäuses (14) angeordnet sind, um die öffnende Spreizbewegung der Klemmfedern (27) zu begrenzen.
