- Récipient empilable qui présente une paroi latérale (2) qui forme un bord supérieur de récipient (3) et délimite entièrement un espace intérieur de récipient pour le remplissage de produit, le récipient (1) présentant un fond de récipient (4) et la section transversale de récipient se rétrécissant en direction du fond (4), de sorte que le récipient (1) peut être empilé avec d'autres récipients (1) de construction identique en engageant le fond de récipient (4) d'un premier récipient dans un deuxième récipient, dans lequel il est prévu sur la paroi latérale (2) une jupe de récipient (6) qui fait au moins sensiblement tout le tour, qui dépasse radialement vers l'extérieur de la paroi latérale (2) et qui présente une section (7, 8) s'étendant au moins sensiblement transversalement à l'axe principal (H) du récipient et une section (7, 8) au moins sensiblement parallèle à l'axe principal (H) du récipient, le récipient (1) présentant en outre des premiers et deuxièmes moyens de blocage en rotation (9, 10) coopérant, des premiers moyens de blocage en rotation (9) de l'un récipient coopérant, dans le cas de récipients empilés l'un dans l'autre, avec des deuxièmes moyens de blocage en rotation (10) du deuxième récipient de construction identique, qui est empilé dans le premier récipient, de manière à bloquer la rotation par rapport aux récipients, caractérisé en ce que le récipient présente, dans la zone du bord supérieur (4) du récipient, un bord d'encliquetage périphérique de récipient (5) pour la liaison par encliquetage avec un couvercle, en ce que le bord d'encliquetage périphérique de récipient (5) est moulé sur la paroi latérale (2), en ce que la jupe (6) est formée sur la paroi latérale (2) en dessous du bord d'encliquetage périphérique de récipient (5) et en ce que les premiers moyens de blocage en rotation (9) sont prévus sur la face supérieure (5a) du bord d'encliquetage périphérique de récipient (5) qui est détournée du fond (4) du récipient.
- Récipient selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que des nervures (11) sont prévues sur la face interne de la jupe (6), lesquelles s'étendent sensiblement dans la direction radiale du récipient (1), et en ce que les deuxièmes moyens de blocage en rotation (10) sont fournis par les nervures (11).
- Récipient selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les premiers moyens de blocage en rotation (9) du bord d'encliquetage périphérique de récipient (5) se présentent sous la forme d'un ou plusieurs renfoncements (12) prévus sur la face supérieure (5a) du rebord (5).
- Récipient selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le bord d'encliquetage périphérique de récipient (5) est moulé sur le bord supérieur (3) du récipient.
- Récipient selon la revendication 3, de préférence également selon l'une des revendications 2 et 4, caractérisé en ce que les renfoncements (12) du bord d'encliquetage périphérique de récipient (5) présentent une extension radiale inférieure à celle du bord d'encliquetage périphérique de récipient (5) et en ce que les renfoncements sont espacés du bord de délimitation (5b) radialement extérieur du bord d'encliquetage.
- Récipient selon la revendication 3, de préférence également selon l'une des revendications 2, 4 et 5, caractérisé en ce que les renfoncements (12) du bord d'encliquetage périphérique de récipient (5) se terminent, par rapport à la hauteur du récipient, au-dessus du bord de délimitation radialement extérieur (5b) du bord d'encliquetage.
- Récipient selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le bord de délimitation radialement extérieur (5b) du bord d'encliquetage est conçu comme un bord d'étanchéité qui, lorsque le couvercle (20) est posé sur le récipient (1), forme avec le couvercle un joint de récipient de préférence étanche aux liquides.
- Récipient selon la revendication 3, de préférence également selon l'une des revendications 2 et 4 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les deuxièmes moyens de blocage en rotation (10) du récipient supérieur s'appliquent à l'intérieur des renfoncements (12) contre la zone de bord supérieure du récipient inférieur et/ou en ce que les deuxièmes moyens de blocage en rotation (10) du récipient supérieur s'appliquent contre le bord de délimitation radialement extérieur du bord d'encliquetage du récipient inférieur.
- Récipient selon la revendication 3, de préférence également selon l'une des revendications 2 et 4 à 8, caractérisé en ce que les multiples renfoncements (12) sont réparties autour de la périphérie du récipient.
- Récipient selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la jupe (6) du récipient est placée en dessous du bord de récipient d'encliquetage de récipient (5), à une distance verticale de celui-ci, sur la paroi latérale (2), et en ce que, dans le cas de récipients de construction identique empilés les uns dans les autres, la jupe (6) du récipient supérieur est placée avec son bord inférieur (6a) au-dessus de la jupe (6) du récipient inférieur (1) de la pile de récipients.
- Récipient selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le récipient est conçu de telle sorte que lorsque des récipients de construction identique sont empilés l'un dans l'autre, le bord inférieur (6a) de la jupe (6) d'un récipient supérieur se termine dans la moitié supérieure de la zone de distance verticale (15) entre le bord supérieur du récipient (3) et la connexion (6b) de la jupe (6) à la paroi latérale (2) du récipient inférieur (1), par rapport au récipient inférieur (1).
- Récipient selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que le bord inférieur (6a) de la jupe (6) du récipient supérieur (1) se termine dans la zone du bord d'encliquetage (5) du récipient (1) empilé au-dessous de lui, de préférence au niveau de l'extrémité inférieure (5a) du bord de verrouillage (5), par rapport à la hauteur du récipient.
- Récipient selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le récipient (1) est pourvu d'un étrier pivotant articulé (16).
- Récipient selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que la jupe du récipient (6) comprend un raccord d'articulation (6d) pour une partie de fixation du support (16) et en ce que le centre (M) du raccord d'articulation par lequel l'axe de pivotement du support s'étend est disposé de telle sorte qu'il est disposé au-dessus du bord supérieur (3) du récipient (1) disposé en dessous lorsque le récipient (1) est empilé.
- Récipient selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14, comprenant un couvercle (20) pouvant être fixé au récipient par verrouillage et, de préférence, de manière étanche.
