Definitions

  • Packaging machine for producing flat skin packaging
  • the present invention relates to a packaging machine that unrolls a base material web, which has cardboard, paper and / or a rigid material other than plastic, from a supply roll and intermittently or continuously along the
  • Sub-material web is sealed. Furthermore, the present invention relates to a method for producing a packaging.
  • Such packaging machines are known from the prior art for packaging in which the trough and the cover film each consist of a plastic material.
  • Flat skin packaging is currently manufactured using so-called traysealers, which however have a comparatively low capacity.
  • the task is solved with a packaging machine, which rolls a base material, the cardboard, paper and / or a rigid material different from plastic, rolls off a supply roll and intermittently or continuously along the
  • Sub-material web is sealed, one upstream of the sealing station
  • Cutting station is provided, the weakening and / or loading and / or
  • the present invention relates to a packaging machine in which a
  • Lower material web which in particular has a cardboard, paper or other layer different from plastic, which preferably has a width between 200 mm and 1 m and more, unrolled from a supply roll and preferably intermittently / intermittently is transported along the packaging machine.
  • the lower material web is preferably comparatively stiff, so that it can serve as a base for a product to be packaged without significantly deforming. This can be done in a forming station
  • the lower film web is then first formed using a deep-drawing tool, for example to form a trough and / or a structure, in particular an anti-slip structure, in the lower material web.
  • a deep-drawing tool for example to form a trough and / or a structure, in particular an anti-slip structure, in the lower material web.
  • Packaging machine processed several packages, which are arranged in a so-called format, at the same time and subsequently simultaneously along the
  • Packaging machine transported. Each packaging trough is subsequently covered with a product to be packaged, in particular a foodstuff such as sausage, ham or cheese, and in a next step is sealed with an upper film in a sealing station, the upper film generally being sealed to the lower film web.
  • a product to be packaged in particular a foodstuff such as sausage, ham or cheese
  • the top film web is also unwound from a supply roll.
  • a dancer downstream of at least one supply roll, which at least essentially keeps the tension in the respective material web constant.
  • the dancer can be a linear or a rotary dancer.
  • the number of packages produced at the same time and their length or width determine the length of the feed in one cycle, although up to 3 meters are quite common.
  • the layer of the lower material web described above is preferably with a
  • Plastic material coated which preferably has a moisture-repellent, a barrier layer for a gas and / or anti-slip properties.
  • a pressure which is reduced in comparison to the ambient pressure is preferably generated and / or the atmosphere is changed in comparison to air, for example by introducing a gas between the lower material web and the upper film before the sealing.
  • a cutting station is provided upstream of the sealing station, which has a weakening and / or a gas and / or degassing opening in the
  • the weakening is preferably a cut which is inserted into the cardboard, paper and / or the layer other than plastic, in particular in the corner region of the packaging to be produced, and particularly preferably this layer does not penetrate completely but only partially, but in particular does not damage any coating of this layer that may be present.
  • one or more gassing and / or degassing openings can be worked into the lower material web with the cutting station.
  • the cutting tool in particular a punch, preferably does not perform a complete contour cut during the production of the gas and / or degassing opening, so that the punched-out part remains connected to the lower material web.
  • the sealing station is then preferably provided such that the punched-out contour of the lower film web, in particular reversibly
  • the contour for the gas and / or degassing opening can also be completely punched out.
  • the cutting station preferably has means, for example an opening and / or an excess and / or negative pressure gas connection, in order to remove cutting dust.

  • Anti-slip is provided.
  • the anti-slip agent prevents the
  • the anti-slip agent can be a trough or structure which is molded into the lower material web, in particular by deep drawing.
  • the anti-slip agent can also be a fleece that is placed between the packaged goods and the base material. This fleece is preferably intended to be binding for liquid emerging from the packaged goods.
  • the shrinkable top film is sealed to the bottom material web along a sealing contour.
  • the sealing contour is preferably a closed one
  • the sealing can also take place over the entire surface, at most wherever the lower material web and the upper film touch. Because the top film is shrinkable, it preferably clings closely to the packaged goods and lies over a large area on the bottom web material.
  • the top film can be shrinkable per se, i.e. themselves under the influence of heat
  • the stretchability of the top film can only be achieved or increased by stretching in the packaging machine. This is preferably done Stretching the top film in the packaging machine in the sealing station and / or upstream of the sealing station in relation to the direction of movement of the top film.
  • the upper tool of the sealing station preferably has a heated dome into which the upper film web is molded and thereby stretched.
  • the upper film is preferably drawn into the dome by means of negative pressure and thereby stretched.
  • the shrinking then preferably takes place under the influence of heat and by leveling out the suppression between the dome and the top film.
  • the shrinkage is preferably by draining and / or suctioning off the gas atmosphere between the top film and the
  • the upper tool of the sealing station preferably has a cooled area in which the upper film should not shrink and / or should not connect to the lower web material.
  • Hold-down device preferably intended for a corner area of the packaging
  • the hold-down device preferably fixes the upper film at a distance from the lower material web. As a result, the pulling corner protrudes somewhat from the lower material web and is therefore easier for the consumer to grasp.
  • Another preferred or inventive subject of the present invention is a packaging machine in which the lower material web is unrolled from a supply roll and the lower material web is tensioned by means of a dancer and the dancer has at least one roll with a diameter (D) and the lower material web has a thickness (i.e. ), the ratio D / d being 100-200, preferably 120-180, particularly preferably 130-160.
  • the lower material web is preferably provided with grippers, each of which has a lower gripper part and an upper gripper part, the upper gripper part being pivotable to the lower part of the gripper is provided.
  • the lower part of the gripper can be a separate part or part of the holder of the gripper.
  • the object is further achieved with a method for producing a packaging with a packaging machine, according to one of the preceding claims, in which a lower material web is unrolled from a supply roll and transported along the packaging machine, placing a product to be packaged on the lower material web and then a shrinkable top film the lower material web is sealed, characterized in that the lower material web is provided with a weakening and / or with a gas and / or degassing opening after unrolling and before placing the lower material web.
  • the top film web can already be delivered as a shrinkable film and / or made shrinkable during the process or the shrinkability can be improved.
  • the top film is preferably stretched before sealing and / or shrinking.
