Claims (11)

  1. Clé de secours (10) pour un véhicule automobile destinée à être mise en place à l'intérieur d'un transmetteur d'identifiant mobile (1), comportant un panneton (7) pour actionner un cylindre de fermeture, sachant qu'une codification est prévue sur le panneton (7) et une tête de clé (2) pour la saisie par un utilisateur, laquelle est constituée en métal, sachant que la tête de clé (2) comporte une section de fixation (9) pour coopérer avec le panneton (7), caractérisée en ce que le panneton (7) est conformé sur la section de fixation (9) de la tête de clé (2) au moyen d'un procédé d'enrobage par injection de matière plastique.
  2. Clé de secours (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la section de fixation (9) de la tête de clé (2) comporte un tenon (11) dans la direction longitudinale du panneton (7), sachant que le tenon (11) comporte un évidement.
  3. Clé de secours (10) selon les revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la tête de clé (2) comporte une section de verrouillage (8) pour coopérer avec un élément de blocage (3) du transmetteur d'identifiant (1).
  4. Clé de secours (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la tête de clé (2) est réalisée en Zamac.
  5. Clé de secours (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la tête de clé (2) comporte une section extérieure (13) et une section intérieure (14).
  6. Clé de secours (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la section extérieure (13) de la tête de clé (2) est dotée d'un revêtement de chrome.
  7. Clé de secours (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que le panneton (7) est fabriqué en thermoplastique, en particulier en polytéréphthalate de butylène renforcé avec au moins 25 pour cent de fibres de verre.
  8. Transmetteur d'identifiant mobile (1) pour un véhicule automobile avec un boîtier (5), sachant qu'à l'intérieur du boîtier (5) est disposée une unité électronique (4), en particulier un dispositif Emetteur-Récepteur pour la communication avec un véhicule automobile et une clé de secours (10) disposée à l'intérieur du boîtier (5) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le panneton (7) de la clé de secours (10) est réalisé dans un matériau perméable aux ondes radio (15).
  9. Transmetteur d'identifiant mobile (1) selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la clé de secours (10) peut être verrouillée sur la section de verrouillage (8) de la tête de clé (2) à l'aide d'un élément de blocage (3), lequel est logé dans le boîtier (5) du transmetteur d'identifiant mobile (1) et est précontraint avec un ressort (12).
  10. Transmetteur d'identifiant mobile selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de blocage (3) est disposé à l'intérieur du boîtier (5), sachant que l'élément de blocage (3) est réalisé en une seule pièce avec une touche (6) accessible à l'extérieur du boîtier (5).
  11. Procédé de fabrication d'une clé de secours pour un véhicule automobile comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    - mise en place d'une tête de clé (2) en métal dans un moule de moulage par injection,
    - conformation d'un panneton (7) sur la section de fixation (9) de la tête de clé (2) au moyen d'un procédé d'enrobage par injection de matière plastique,
    - fraisage d'une codification sur le panneton (7).
