Definitions
- the invention relates to a sliding door, in particular for use in a dry construction support frame, the sliding door having a lowerable floor seal running along a lower longitudinal edge of the sliding door and a further floor seal which runs transversely to this and can also be lowered.
- the invention further relates to a drywall support frame with a sliding door.
- Drywall support frames for a sliding door are, for example, from the publication EP 2 932 008 B1 known. They usually have a plurality of perpendicular vertical profiles and associated horizontal transverse profiles. At least one of the cross sections is usually designed as a track for trolleys of the sliding door or carries a track.
- the drywall support frames allow walls to be built up easily and at a later date with an integrated sliding door that slides into the wall. After the support frame has been assembled, the side surfaces of the support frame and/or the front surfaces of the opening for the sliding door are covered with plasterboard or similar building boards suitable for dry construction.
- a drywall support frame for a sliding door is known, in which a seal can be integrated in a simple manner. With the sliding door closed, a gap along the top edge of the sliding door is closed to a cavity in the drywall built around the support frame. The seal is pressed against the door with a disengagement mechanism only in a closed position to allow smooth movement of the door. Other seals are attached to the vertical sides of a door frame.
- the arrangement described can be further improved in terms of soundproofing by using a bottom seal that can be lowered on a lower edge of the sliding door in order to also seal a gap that exists here in the closed position.
- a lowerable floor seal is, for example, from the publication WO 2016/066576 A1 known.
- a sliding door according to the invention of the type mentioned at the outset is characterized in that the further lowerable floor seal has a cross member which carries a further seal.
- the cross member and/or the further seal are longer in a transverse direction, i.e. a direction transverse to the longitudinal extension of the lowerable floor seal, than the floor seal is wide in order to be able to close the sound path around the end of the lowerable floor seal.
- the further seal possibly together with the cross member, extends at least over the thickness of the sliding door and preferably protrudes laterally beyond a door leaf of the sliding door, as a result of which the sound path running through the cavity into which the sliding door moves is closed off as best as possible.
- the further bottom seal When the further bottom seal is lowered, it closes a sound path which would otherwise cause sound transmission under the door leaf and around the end of the longitudinally extending, lowerable bottom seal through the cavity into which the sliding door moves.
- the further lowered floor seal thus contributes to further improved sound insulation.
- the further floor seal In addition to a soundproofing effect, the further floor seal also has a heat-insulating effect and represents protection against smoke, since it prevents drafts of air along the path mentioned.
- the bottom seal that can be lowered is inserted with an installation profile into a groove that runs along a lower narrow side of the sliding door.
- the floor seal that can be lowered preferably has a seal that extends downwards when the sliding door is in a closed state.
- the further lowerable floor seal is preferably coupled to the lowerable floor seal.
- the cross member of the additional floor seal can be mounted on a lowering component of the floor seal that can be lowered.
- the movement mechanism of the longitudinally extending, lowerable floor seal can also be used for the transversely extending further floor seal. Since the length of the further floor seal is small compared to the length of the longitudinal floor seal, the movement mechanism of the longitudinal floor seal can easily absorb the additional weight.
- the additional seal is preferably arranged behind the retracting end face of the sliding door, viewed in the longitudinal direction that can be lowered.
- the front and back of the door leaf therefore do not need to be modified in order to be able to mount the additional lowerable floor seal or to couple it to the lowerable component of the longitudinal floor seal.
- a dry construction support frame according to the invention has vertical post profiles and cross profiles that form a wall section to be clad with dry construction panels, and a running rail profile on which a sliding door is slidably guided.
- the drywall support frame is characterized by the use of a sliding door as described above.
- support frame 1 shows a drywall support frame 1 (hereinafter abbreviated as support frame 1) in a vertical sectional view.
- the support frame 1 is built on a floor 2 .
- the support frame 1 has a bottom profile 3, several vertical post profiles 4 and 5 transverse profiles. Depending on the size, in particular the width of the support frame 1, the number of post profiles 4 can vary. An upper one of the transverse profiles 5 represents a ceiling profile that extends over the entire width of the support frame 1, whereas the bottom profile 2 is divided into two sections so that a passage area is left out.
- the support frame 1 is designed according to structural regulations and adapted to the given dimensions.
- a track profile 6 on which a sliding door 9 is slidably mounted.
- the sliding door 9 is in the 1 shown in the closed state (closed position). You can open along the rail profile 6 in the figure 1 be shifted to the left.
- the sliding door 9 is guided via trolleys 7 in or on the running rail profile 6 , a door leaf of the sliding door 9 being mounted on the trolleys 7 with the aid of a connecting profile 8 .
- the sections remaining between the respective outer post profiles 4 - the section into which the sliding door 9 retracts and the section located above the door - are covered with drywall panels, for example plasterboard panels, to form a drywall with a cavity , in which the sliding door 9 can retract to form.
- drywall panels for example plasterboard panels
- the sliding door 9 On its lower side, the sliding door 9 is provided with a bottom seal 10 that can be lowered. This is preferably formed along the entire width of the sliding door 9 and, for example, in a corresponding groove (cf. groove 17 in 3 ) embedded in the center of the door leaf.
- FIG. 12 shows the area of the lower corner of the sliding door 9 on the side of the cavity into which the sliding door 9 enters, enlarged.
- the bottom seal 10, which can be lowered, can be clearly seen, which comprises an installation profile 11 let into the door leaf and a seal 12 that can be moved out of this.
- a mechanism is arranged in the installation profile 11, which transmits a movement of a feeler finger protruding forwards, e.g. in the closing direction, to the seal 12.
- the feeler finger moves against one of the vertical post profiles 4, as a result of which the seal 12 is lowered.
- the transverse seal 13 includes a cross member 14, in which a further seal 15 is inserted.
- the other seal 15 preferably corresponds to the seal 12 in terms of its material and geometry the clear width of the opening between the post profiles 4, between which the sliding door 9 retracts.
- the cross member 14 rests against the end face of the door leaf, so that as little as possible a sound-carrying gap remains between the cross member 14 and the door leaf.
- the transverse seal 13 When the transverse seal 13 is lowered, it closes a sound path with the cross member 14 and the further seal 15, which would otherwise cause sound transmission under the door leaf and around the end of the seal 12 through the cavity into which the sliding door 9 moves.
- the lowered transverse seal 13 thus contributes to further improved soundproofing.
- FIG 3 shows the corner area of the sliding door 9 in an isometric representation without the dry construction support frame 1.
- the retracting end face of the sliding door 9 is identified by the reference number 16.
- the reference number 16 At the bottom A groove 17 in the sliding door 9 can be seen in the section of the sliding door 9 .
- the lowerable floor seal 10 is used with its installation profile 11.
- the opening of the groove 17 makes it possible to couple the transverse seal 13 to a lowering component of the floor seal 10 that can be lowered.
- the cross member 14 can be designed in such a way that it can be clipped onto a carrier of the seal 12 .
- the transverse seal 13 then moves synchronously with the seal 12 without any further effort.
- the transverse seal 13 is arranged behind the retracting end face 16 of the sliding door 9 as seen in the longitudinal direction of the lowerable floor seal 10 .
- the front and rear of the door leaf of the sliding door 9 therefore do not need to be modified in order to be able to mount the transverse seal 13 or to couple it to the lowerable component of the longitudinal floor seal 10 .
- the coupling takes place through the open end of the groove 17 penetrating the end face 16.

Description
The invention relates to a sliding door, in particular for use in a dry construction support frame, the sliding door having a lowerable floor seal running along a lower longitudinal edge of the sliding door and a further floor seal which runs transversely to this and can also be lowered. The invention further relates to a drywall support frame with a sliding door.
The drywall support frames allow walls to be built up easily and at a later date with an integrated sliding door that slides into the wall. After the support frame has been assembled, the side surfaces of the support frame and/or the front surfaces of the opening for the sliding door are covered with plasterboard or similar building boards suitable for dry construction.
Despite the already good soundproofing provided by such door arrangements, the possibility remains that sound can pass through the cavity into which the sliding door enters the end area of the floor seal on the side with which the sliding door enters the drywall, past the floor seal .
It is therefore an object of the present invention to create a sliding door and a drywall support frame with a sliding door in which the soundproofing is further improved and in particular the passage of sound in the end area of the floor seal is prevented. This object is achieved by a sliding door and a drywall support frame solved with a sliding door with the features of the
A sliding door according to the invention of the type mentioned at the outset is characterized in that the further lowerable floor seal has a cross member which carries a further seal. The cross member and/or the further seal are longer in a transverse direction, i.e. a direction transverse to the longitudinal extension of the lowerable floor seal, than the floor seal is wide in order to be able to close the sound path around the end of the lowerable floor seal. In this case, the further seal, possibly together with the cross member, extends at least over the thickness of the sliding door and preferably protrudes laterally beyond a door leaf of the sliding door, as a result of which the sound path running through the cavity into which the sliding door moves is closed off as best as possible.
When the further bottom seal is lowered, it closes a sound path which would otherwise cause sound transmission under the door leaf and around the end of the longitudinally extending, lowerable bottom seal through the cavity into which the sliding door moves. The further lowered floor seal thus contributes to further improved sound insulation. In addition to a soundproofing effect, the further floor seal also has a heat-insulating effect and represents protection against smoke, since it prevents drafts of air along the path mentioned.
In an advantageous embodiment of the sliding door, the bottom seal that can be lowered is inserted with an installation profile into a groove that runs along a lower narrow side of the sliding door. The floor seal that can be lowered preferably has a seal that extends downwards when the sliding door is in a closed state.
The further lowerable floor seal is preferably coupled to the lowerable floor seal. For example, the cross member of the additional floor seal can be mounted on a lowering component of the floor seal that can be lowered. In this way, the movement mechanism of the longitudinally extending, lowerable floor seal can also be used for the transversely extending further floor seal. Since the length of the further floor seal is small compared to the length of the longitudinal floor seal, the movement mechanism of the longitudinal floor seal can easily absorb the additional weight.
The additional seal is preferably arranged behind the retracting end face of the sliding door, viewed in the longitudinal direction that can be lowered. The front and back of the door leaf therefore do not need to be modified in order to be able to mount the additional lowerable floor seal or to couple it to the lowerable component of the longitudinal floor seal.
A dry construction support frame according to the invention has vertical post profiles and cross profiles that form a wall section to be clad with dry construction panels, and a running rail profile on which a sliding door is slidably guided. The drywall support frame is characterized by the use of a sliding door as described above. The advantages described above in connection with the sliding door result with regard to improved noise and heat insulation and smoke protection.

The support frame 1 has a

The
According to the application, there is a further
The
When the
