Description

The invention relates to the field of fire doors and in particular to a fire-resistant sliding door according to the preamble of claim 1.

STAND DER TECHNIKSTATE OF THE ART

Fire doors are well known. They should act inconspicuous in the normal operation of a building, and close a passage in case of fire. Since the passages concerned are often relatively large, the doors are correspondingly large, so several meters long, and are therefore suspended suspended in ceiling guides. The ceiling guides make the construction more expensive and have a disturbing effect on the aesthetics and statics of the building.

DE 2 254 220 A1 discloses a fire-resistant sliding door consisting of a fire-resistant door leaf and a holder which is not exposed to the action of radiant heat. Among other things, this is achieved in that a part of the holder is arranged in the door leaf itself. The support and guide rollers run over guide rails, which are mounted on the wall and are visible in both closed and with an open sliding gate and extend over the passage area. Fire protection seals are not available.

DE 1 683 670 A1 shows a fireproof door and a door frame. The door may be a sliding door surrounded on three sides by a U-profile frame. At the top of the profile frame a U-beam is welded, are guided in which guide rollers. Fire protection seals are not available.

US 2 878 532 A zeigt eine Schiebetüre für Kühlungsanlagen. US Pat. No. 2,878,532 shows a sliding door for cooling systems. One of the embodiments does not require load-bearing guidance at the top of the passageway. Fire protection seals are not available.

FR 2 318 999 A1 shows a fire door with an integrated swing door. Fire protection seals are not available.

DE 27 02 031 A1 shows a refractory sliding door which is guided by means of wall-mounted guide rails and a rail hanging on the door. The guide rail extends over the entire passage area. Fire protection seals are arranged on the door as well as on the guide rail, as a strip of foam in the event of fire plastic material. The arrangement of the fire protection seals causes the expansion force can lift the door in the guide upon expansion of these strips. EP-A-0551961 discloses a fire-resistant sliding door with the features according to the preamble of claim 1.

DARSTELLUNG DER ERFINDUNGPRESENTATION OF THE INVENTION

It is therefore an object of the invention to provide a fire-resistant sliding door of the type mentioned, which overcomes the disadvantages mentioned above.

This object is achieved by a fire protection sliding door with the features of claim 1.

Such a fire-resistant sliding door is thus provided for installation in a building for closing a passage in the building. It has a linear guide for horizontal and vertical guidance of the fire-resistant sliding door relative to the building. In this case, the fire-resistant sliding door has no guide elements provided for suspension on a ceiling of the passage.

Thus, it is possible to integrate a fire-resistant sliding door in a building without special rails, in particular ceiling rails must be installed to carry the fire protection sliding door in the passage. This simplifies the construction of the building.

Preferably, the fire protection sliding door on its underside no elements for horizontal guidance of the fire-resistant sliding door. A "horizontal guide" is understood to mean a guide which defines the movement of the fire protection sliding door in the horizontal direction. The floor itself may form a support in the vertical direction, if the fire-resistant sliding door has a support roller. In a corresponding preferred embodiment of the invention, the fire protection sliding door on its underside with the fire protection sliding door with moving support roller for vertical support of the fire sliding door on the ground on larger doors can be supported, while still no special design of the floor ( so for example for horizontal guidance) is required.

The fire protection sliding door preferably has a rail arranged in the fire protection sliding door and carrying the fire protection sliding door, and a guide unit provided for fixed connection to the building, which forms the linear guide with the rail. In other preferred embodiments of the invention, the rail is firmly connected to the building and the guide unit is firmly connected to the fire-resistant sliding door. In further preferred embodiments of the invention, the linear guide is a telescopic linear guide. In all these cases, the linear guide can be arranged fire protection sliding door in the bottom or the top of the fire protection sliding door and thus the fire protection sliding door from below supporting, respectively from above hanging, lead.

It has the fire protection sliding door on its top and bottom expandable fire protection seals. Thus, a gap between the top and the ceiling of the passage and between the bottom and the bottom can be effectively sealed in case of fire with the fire-resistant sliding door closed. This is particularly useful because the gap is not already closed by a guide. There are also no guides or grooves in building parts required, which would otherwise include the sliding door in the closed state and would cause fire.

With regard to the building so applies when installing the fire protection sliding door according to the invention that the ceiling of the passage has no elements for suspending and / or guiding the fire protection sliding door. In more detail, the case is that the fire-resistant sliding door releases the passage between building parts in the open state and closes the passage in the closed state, wherein the building parts which defined the passage, have no means for horizontal guidance of the fire protection sliding door.

Preferably also applies that the bottom of the passage has no elements for horizontal guidance, the fire protection sliding door, in particular no rail.

The width of a passage which can be closed with the sliding door according to the invention, in particular without a support roller, and thus also an effective length of the sliding door, is for example more than 1.2 m or more than 1.5 m or more than 2 m. The full length of the sliding door, since the sliding door is longer than the passage by at least the length of the guide unit, is thus for example about 0.5 m longer in each case.

Further preferred embodiments emerge from the dependent claims.

WEGE ZUR AUSFÜHRUNG DER ERFINDUNGWAYS FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

FIGS. 1 and 2 show perspective views of a front side of a fire protection sliding door, FIG. 1 in a half-closed position, FIG. 2 in an open position, ie in the normal state. The sliding door 1 is in front of a Mounted retaining wall 20 which laminates the back of the sliding door 1. It can also run in front of the sliding door 1 a wall, so that the sliding door 1 extends in a slot in the building and normally only its front side 6 is visible. The sliding door 1 is provided for closing a passage 12, wherein in a closing movement a top 7 of the sliding door 1 of the ceiling 14 of the passage 12 moves along, and a bottom 8 the bottom 15 until the end face 6 abuts against a counter wall 13 of the passage 12 , Ceiling 14, back wall 13 and bottom 15 are part of a building, the better representation because of only partially drawn.

FIG. 3 shows the rear side of a fire protection sliding door, seen from the retaining wall, with a section through a rail 3 in the lower region of the sliding door 1 and by a second rail 23 in the upper area. The rails are each part of a lower linear guide (hereinafter also referred to as linear guide) or an upper linear guide. FIG. 4 shows the upper linear guide, and FIG. 5 the (lower) linear guide in a detail view.

The rail 3 is fastened to the sliding door 1, and together with a guide unit 4 fastened to the building forms the linear guide 2. The guide unit 4 has a guide base 4a which is anchored in a floor area below the sliding door 1 on the building. The rail 3 has a hollow profile, which comprises a part of the guide unit 4 and rolls on guide rollers 4b of the guide unit 4. The guide rollers 4b roll on the inside of the rail 3 and support the rail upwards, downwards and laterally in both directions. In principle, depending on the size and weight of the sliding door 1, the linear guide 2 alone can carry the entire weight of the sliding door 1 and guide the sliding door 1 from the open to the closed position. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the length of the guide unit 4 (that is, measured in the longitudinal direction of the rail 3) is 45 cm to 55 cm. If the door has, for example, a length of 180 cm, a doorway is the door, according to the width of the passage 12, of about 130 cm feasible. For longer doors correspondingly longer travel distances can be achieved, for example over 150 or over 200 cm.

Optionally, a second linear guide 22 can be arranged on the upper side of the sliding door 1. The in the FIG. 4 illustrated second linear guide 22 has a fastened to the sliding door 1 second rail 23 and anchored to the support wall 20 second guide unit 24 with rollers through which the second rail 23 is guided. In this example, the second linear guide 22 is not designed to support the weight of the sliding door 1, but only for horizontal stabilization in the direction perpendicular to the sliding door 1, so to prevent tilting of the sliding door 1 about the longitudinal axis of the lower rail 3.

In an alternative embodiment of the invention, the guide unit 4 is anchored in the ceiling 14 and the rail 3 is arranged in the upper region of the sliding door 1. Thus, the weight of the sliding door 1 is mainly carried from above. Correspondingly, the second linear guide 22 may be arranged in the lower region, or there may be no second linear guide at all. In addition, an escape door 16 can be arranged in the sliding door 1, and if there is no guide in the lower region, a door sill 17 of the escape door 16 can be designed with a very small height, ie a few centimeters high. Preferably, when the fire-resistant sliding door 1 is closed, a height of this door sill 17 above the floor 15 is less than 30 mm, preferably less than 25 mm.

In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the sliding door 1 on its underside 8 a with the sliding door 1 with moving support roller 5 for vertical support of the sliding door 1 on the bottom 15 ( FIGS. 3 and 5 ). This also longer fire doors sliding 1 can be used. It can be a support role 5 may be arranged in the region of the end face 6, and / or a support roller 5 at the opposite end of the sliding door. 1

To close the sliding door 1 in case of fire, a weight drive, such as a cable with weights (not shown) may be provided in a known manner, or for example an electric or hydraulic drive. In the FIGS. 3 and 5 is representative of a rack 19 attached to the sliding door 1 shown, on which engages a gear 18a of an anchored to the building unit 18. This unit may be an active drive, or a speed limiter, for use in combination with a weight drive.

In order to seal the door in case of fire a top seal 10 at the top 7 and a bottom seal 11 at the bottom 8 of the sliding door 1 is arranged ( FIGS. 4 and 5 ). These are preferably made of thermally expandable material. At the end face 6, a stimulus seal 9 may also be arranged from such material and / or with elastic lips to compensate for irregularities between the end face 6 and the counter wall 13.
