The document EP 2 206 873 A1 relates to a thermally insulated wall element unit for building facades. The wall element unit has at least one circumferential mounting frame and a surface element inserted into the peripheral mounting frame.

The document AT 400063 B relates to a window system in which various ancillary equipment, e.g. B. for thermal insulation, sun protection, as sliding elements combined with side magazines are integrated.

Other window systems are from the document GR 1 002 651 B and the document AU 2005 201 176 A1 known.

The term "retractable sliding windows and sliding doors" means systems which are intended for installation between two masonry layers. The sliding windows or sliding doors are between the inner layer and the outer layer of a building wall (outer / inner wall) arranged displaceable so that when you open the window, the individual wing elements can move inside the house wall into it. Due to the simple structure and narrow design of this window / door variant, it is an excellent option for renovation work. Especially in relation to the renovation of historic buildings with usually particularly strong outer walls, which may not be changed in most cases, these systems are particularly suitable.

The sliding windows and sliding doors consist of a plurality of retractable wing elements. As "wing elements" are thereby individual slidable in the wall Elements such as the glazing, fly screens, iron grates or shutters referred. The wing elements are usually surrounded by a Gleitrahmenprofil, which serves to make these mutually displaceable. The individual wing elements are mounted flush with each other and can be moved individually in the wall. The present invention more particularly relates to retractable sliding windows and sliding doors having at least one outside and one inside wing members.

Retractable sliding windows and sliding doors with a plurality of retractable wing elements are known in principle from the prior art. In this case, the wing elements at one end sealing profiles, which ensure in the closed state of all wing elements that the gap, between the inner layer and outer layer of the house wall, is sealed against the outside penetrating air. However, if now the at least one outside wing element is opened, the sealing profiles of the wing elements are no longer engaged and outside air can penetrate into the space of the wall and circulate there.

It results in the known from the prior art, retractable sliding windows and sliding doors, the problem that when opening the at least one outside wing element no complete isolation of the house wall is given more. For example, the outside wing member could be a shutter, which is generally open all day during the day. Consequently, in the above construction, there is a continual reduction in the insulating properties of the house wall.

Based on the above-mentioned problem, the present invention seeks to provide an arrangement consisting of a seal assembly and a retractable sliding wall or sliding door in a wall, which in the closed and in the open state of the outside wing elements penetration of outside air in the Interspace of the house wall prevented.

Zur Lösung der obengenannten Aufgabe dient der Gegenstand des unabhängigen Patentanspruchs 1.To achieve the above object, the subject of independent claim 1 is used.

Thus, the present invention is an assembly consisting of a seal assembly and a sliding window retractable in a wall or a sliding door retractable in a wall, which or which Has at least one outside and one inside wing element. In this case, the at least one outside and the inside wing element are surrounded by a Gleitrahmenprofil, parallel to each other and movable from a first, closed position into a second open position. The outside and the inside wing element are displaceable in the transition into their second, open position into a gap formed between an inner layer and an outer layer of the wall. The sealing arrangement has a first and a second sealing element, wherein the first sealing element is attached to the outer layer of the wall and is connectable to the second sealing element. The second sealing element in turn is attached to a region facing away from the intermediate space of the outside wing element.

The provision of a second sealing element, which is attached to the end facing away from the gap end of the outer wing member and connectable to the first, attached to the outer layer of the gap seal member has the advantage that even with the open position of the at least one outside wing element airtightness of the gap the wall is guaranteed. Furthermore, the second sealing element can also be designed to be retrofitted, which is particularly advantageous in renovation work. It is also not relevant in what kind the outside wing element is formed (shutter, screens, etc.), but the seal assembly can be mounted on any wing element.

Advantageous developments of the sealing arrangement according to the invention are specified in the subclaims.

Thus, it is provided in a further realization of the invention that the second sealing element is releasably secured to the outside of the sliding frame profile of the outside wing member. The releasable connection of the second sealing element has the advantage that it is very easy to install and can be easily removed or replaced for maintenance purposes. By attachment to the slide frame profile, the attachment point is easily accessible, provides a strong grip and protects the wing element. This is particularly advantageous, for example, when the outside wing element is a fly screen, since difficulties with the holding force of the second seal element on the wing element could result in a direct mounting.

In an alternative embodiment, the second sealing element is designed to encompass the outside wing element. Especially with regard to the insulation of existing systems of retractable sliding windows or sliding doors, it may be helpful to attach the second sealing element directly to the outside wing element instead of attaching it to the sliding frame profile. An existing slide frame profile may not be able to attach to the second seal member. Instead of completely replacing the wing element or the sliding frame, the second sealing element can be plugged onto the wing element, which of course saves costs and time and moreover offers the possibility of obtaining existing architectures as far as possible in their original form.

According to a further embodiment, the second sealing element has a hook structure for hooking into the first sealing element and in a sealing profile of the inside wing element. The hook structure of the second sealing element ensures airtight insulation of the wall space, since it has a strong engagement with the first sealing element and creates a double air barrier. Furthermore, the hook structure offers the advantage that the second sealing element can snap into the profile of the first sealing element smoothly as soon as the at least one outside wing element is opened. The hook structure also engages, simultaneously with the latching into the first sealing element, in the sealing profile of the inside wing element and thus effectively prevents the penetration of outside air between the individual wing elements.

According to an advantageous implementation of the arrangement according to the invention, the first sealing element has a T-profile. The first sealing element can thus not only be used to seal the outside wing element in the open state, but it also serves to make a sealing contact in the closed state. Thus, for both positions of the outside wing member, a single sealing member can be used to insulate against the outer layer of the wall, which saves costs and reduces maintenance.

The seal assembly according to the invention can be used to isolate any sliding in a wall sliding windows and sliding doors against the outside air. Especially in the case of retractable sliding windows in the outer wall of a building, this can significantly increase the thermal insulation properties of the house.

In the following preferred embodiments of the invention will be explained in more detail with reference to the drawings.

The representation after Fig. 1a shows a longitudinal section of a retractable sliding window 1 with sealing arrangement according to the prior art, in complete closed state. In this embodiment, the retractable sliding window 1 has an inside wing element 2a and an outside wing element 2b. These wing elements 2a, 2b are each surrounded by a Gleitrahmenprofil 3a, 3b, which allows a parallel displacement of the two wing elements 2a, 2b from a first, closed position to a second open position. When the wing elements 2a, 2b are opened, they are displaced into a gap 4 of a wall 5. The wall 5 can be any house wall (outer wall, intermediate wall, etc.).

In particular, the wall 5, at least in the opening direction of the wing elements, a gap 4, which is formed between an inner layer 6a and an outer layer 6b of the wall 5. In the in the FIG. 1a shown, completely closed, retractable sliding window is still a seal assembly to recognize, which isolates the gap 4 from the outside air. In the closed state of the two wing elements 2a, 2b, the seal arrangement serves to seal air gaps between the inner layer 6a and outer layer 6b of the wall 5 and the gap side part of the Gleitrahmenprofile 3a, 3b of the wing elements 2a, 2b and the Gleitrahmenprofile with each other. Accordingly, the gap 4, in the arrangements known from the prior art, sealed to the outside air, as long as the wing elements 2a, 2b are completely closed.

The representation after Fig. 1b shows the sliding window known from the prior art Fig. 1a , in the open state of the outside wing element. As can be clearly seen, there are no sealing elements on the region of the outer slide frame profile 3b facing away from the intermediate space 4 which, in engagement with a sealing element 7 of the known sealing arrangement, could serve to seal the intermediate space 4 from the outside air. Rather, this serves in Fig. 1b illustrated sealing element 7 only to seal the gap 4 in the closed state of the outside wing member. Consequently, the outside air in the opened state of the outside wing member 2b can freely penetrate into the gap 4, whereby the thermal insulation properties of the wall 5 deteriorate significantly. For example, the outside wing element 2b could be a shutter which, in general, is in the open state throughout the day. Consequently, results from the from the State of the art known construction of the seal assembly a continuous reduction of the insulation properties of the house wall.

The in the FIGS. 2a and 2b illustrated inventive arrangement consisting of a seal assembly and a retractable in a wall 5 sliding window 1 or retractable in a wall 5 sliding door 1 has a construction substantially comparable to the prior art. As in Fig. 1a The sealing arrangement, in the closed state of the two wing elements 2a, 2b, to air gaps between the inner layer 6a and outer layer 6b of the wall 5 and the gap-side part of the Gleitrahmenprofile 3a, 3b of the wing elements 2a, 2b and the Gleitrahmenprofile seal each other.

At the in Fig. 2b shown sliding retractable window 1 is that the outside wing member 6b in its open position, while (analogous to Fig. 1b ) the inside wing elements 6a is closed. In this case, the area of the outer-side wing element 6b facing away from the intermediate space 4 has a second sealing element 18 for sealing off the intermediate space 4 when the outer wing element 6b is open. The first sealing element 17 is connectable to the second sealing element 18 and forms together with this a sealing arrangement.

The second sealing element 18 can be designed in various ways. Thus, it is possible that the second sealing member 18 is designed such that it can be releasably secured to the outside of the outside Gleitrahmenprofils 3b, as shown in Fig. 2b is indicated. In particular, the outer side Gleitrahmenprofil 3b, for example. Have grooves in which the second sealing member 18 can be releasably secured. However, it is also conceivable that the second sealing element 18 is designed to engage around the outside wing element 2b directly. At this in Fig. 3 shown embodiment, the second sealing member 18 is not attached to the Gleitrahmenprofil 3b, but this is attached directly to the outside wing element 2b and surrounds this. Consequently, it is not necessary to provide a slide frame profile 3b, which has grooves or similar devices for fixing the second sealing element 18. In particular, this embodiment is suitable for the renovation of old buildings, in which it is forbidden to replace the existing Gleitrahmenprofile 3a, 3b.

From the FIGS. 2b to 4 It can be seen that the second sealing element 18 can have a hook structure for hooking into the first sealing element 17 and into a sealing profile of the inside wing element 2 a. With the aid of the hook structure, the second sealing element 18 can be inserted smoothly into the profile of the first sealing element 17 as soon as the at least one outside wing element 2b is opened ( Fig. 2b ). Of course, it is also conceivable to design the second sealing element 18 in any other shape which allows a smooth insertion into the profile of the first sealing element 17.

As in the FIGS. 2a and 2b it is particularly advantageous if the first sealing element 17 has a T-profile. The first sealing element 17 can thus not only be used to seal the outer-side wing element 2b in the opened state, but it also serves to produce a sealing contact in the closed state. Of course, depending on the shape of the second sealing element 18, other profiles for the first sealing element 17 may be appropriate.

The present invention can be used to seal any retractable sliding windows and sliding doors from outside air. In particular, the seal assembly can also retractable sliding window in a corner arrangement, as in FIG. 4 is shown, find application.

The invention is not limited to the embodiment described with reference to the drawing, but results from a synopsis of all features disclosed herein.
