- the wall 112 then acts as a blocking element.
- the locking position 114 it is possible for the locking position 114 to be additionally secured.
- spring loading of the bracket 69 can be provided, and a spring force must be overcome in order to bring the bracket 69 from the locking position 114 into the release position 118 .
- pivot bearing 92 is so "sluggish" that an increased expenditure of force is necessary in order to reach the release position 118 from the locking position 114 .
- the cleaning roller 46' is basically of the same design as the cleaning roller 46. It also includes a pin 122 on a side facing away from the counter-element 60.
- a slide 124 is arranged on the cover 120, which together with the pin 122 forms a locking device 126 for the axial locking of the cover 120 with the cleaning roller 46'.
- the slider 124 has a recess 128 into which the pin 122 is immersed. In a locking position (cf figure 16 ) the pin 122 is immersed in the recess 128. The slider 124 is in such a displacement position that it is blocked for the pin 122 to emerge from the recess 128 . As a result, the cleaning roller 46' is axially fixed (in a direction parallel to the axis of rotation 50) to the cover 120.
- This locked position can be released by moving the slide 124 .
- the lock is then released and the pin 122 can emerge from the recess 128 on the cover 120 . This allows the cleaning roller 46' to be detached from the cover 120.
- this embodiment functions in the same way as described above.
- the cleaning roller 46' is not mounted loosely on the cover 120, but an axial locking is possible.
- the cleaning roller 46' In order to insert the cleaning roller 46' into the corresponding roller receptacle 42, the cleaning roller 46' is first locked to the cover 120 by the pin 122 is brought into the recess 128 and the slide 124 is then brought into its locking position.
- This axial connection is such that the cleaning roller 46 ′ can be rotated relative to the cover 120 .
- a corresponding rotary bearing 130 is arranged on the cover 120 for this purpose.
- the cleaning roller 46' can then be pushed into the roller receptacle 42 in this combination.
- the corresponding bracket 69 on the cover 120 is in its release position 118 and the holding bodies 86, 90 can then be immersed in their respective receiving spaces 102. Locking is achieved by pivoting the bracket 69 into its locking position 114 .
- cover 120 and cleaning roller 46' which are axially connected to one another, is removed from the roller housing 14 (cf figure 14 ). After the cover 120 has been removed from the cleaning roller 46', it is then released by corresponding displacement of the slide 124 from its locking position.

The object of the invention is to provide a cleaning machine of the type mentioned in the introduction, in which the cleaning roller on the roller housing can be exchanged in a simple manner.
In the case of the cleaning machine mentioned at the outset, this object is achieved according to the invention in that at least one convex holding body is arranged on the roller housing, a pivotable bracket is arranged on the cover, at least one receptacle for the at least one holding body is arranged on the pivotable bracket, and that in a release position of the pivotable bracket, the at least one holding body can be immersed in the associated receptacle and/or can be exchanged from the associated receptacle and in a locking position of the pivotable bracket, emergence of the holding body from the associated receptacle is blocked.
In the solution according to the invention, the cover can be fixed to and detached from the roller housing in a simple manner and in particular without the use of tools. The number of components required is minimized.
It is easy to use for the user; by pivoting the pivotable bracket with the at least one receptacle, it can bring the cover from the locked position into a release position or, conversely, from the release position into a locked position.
The measures on the roller housing for fixing the cover can be carried out in a structurally simple manner. The locking can be achieved solely with the at least one convex holding body.
It is favorable if the at least one convex holding body is designed as a holding ball. Locking can thus be achieved in a simple manner. Furthermore, a transition between a release position and a locking position and between a locking position and a release position can be achieved in a simple manner. A pivot bearing can be provided via a retaining ball arranged on a receptacle.
It is favorable if the at least one receptacle has a receptacle space for the associated holding body. The corresponding convex holding body can be positioned in the receiving space, in particular in the form of a sphere. Depending on the position of the recording, an emergence or immersion can be achieved or such an emergence can be blocked.
Conveniently, the receiving space has a spherical boundary. This provides a type of ball bearing for the holding body in the receptacle; the release position can be easily reached from the locked position.
It is particularly advantageous if the receiving space has a first opening and a second opening, the holding body being able to be inserted through the first opening and the holding body not being able to be inserted through the second opening. The position of the first opening and the second opening relative to the roller housing is determined by a pivoting position of the pivotable bracket. The holding body can then be brought into the associated receiving space through the first opening in a simple manner. By pivoting the bracket, the receiving space with the second opening can be positioned in such a way that the holding body is prevented from emerging.
In particular, the holding body is seated on a neck, with the neck being positioned in the second opening in the locking position. The holding body has larger width dimensions than the neck. The neck is a type of ball neck. By positioning in the second opening block an emergence of the holding body from the corresponding receiving space in a simple manner. This blocking can be canceled in a simple manner by pivoting the corresponding receptacle.
In particular, it is provided that the neck is positioned in the second opening by pivoting the pivotable bracket from the release position into the locking position with the holding body positioned in the receiving space. In this way, it is possible in a simple manner to block the corresponding holding body from emerging from the associated receiving space.
It is favorable if the first opening and the second opening are connected to one another. As a result, a transition between the release position and the locking position and vice versa can be achieved in a simple manner by a pivoting movement of the pivotable bracket.
In one embodiment, at least one first convex holding body is arranged on the roller housing and a second convex holding body is arranged at a distance from the first holding body, and a first receptacle for the first holding body and a second receptacle for the second holding body are arranged on the pivotable bracket. This allows the cover to be locked to the roller housing at at least two points. A good closure of the roller receptacle on the roller housing can thus be achieved.
In particular, a pivot bearing for pivoting the pivotable bracket is arranged between the first receptacle and the second receptacle. This results in a compact structure for the roller housing and the cover. The number of required components can be kept low.
In one embodiment, the pivotable bracket is oriented transversely and in particular perpendicularly to the cover in the release position. This can open a release position can be easily achieved by pivoting into this transverse position.
It is favorable if, in the locked position, the pivotable bracket is oriented at least approximately parallel to the cover. As a result, it protrudes only minimally or not at all over the lid. In the locked position, a working position for the cleaning machine is reached.
In one embodiment, a recess for receiving the pivotable bracket in the locking position is arranged on the cover, and in particular when the pivotable bracket is arranged in the recess, it does not protrude beyond a surface of the cover. As a result, the bracket can be arranged in a recessed manner on the cover in the locked position.
It is favorable if an immersion direction and/or an emergence direction of the at least one holding body for the associated receptacle is oriented transversely and in particular perpendicularly to a pivot axis of the pivotable bracket. This results in a simple structural design. Furthermore, it is easy to use.
In one embodiment, a pivoting angle of the pivotable bracket between the release position and the locking position is in the range between 70° and 110° and in particular at least approximately 90°. A transition between the release position and the locking position and vice versa can thus be achieved in a simple manner by pivoting the pivot bracket.
In one embodiment, the pivotable bracket has a first portion on which a first receptacle is located and a second portion on which a second receptacle is located and a third portion intermediate the first portion and the second area lies. For example, the third area can be used Form a grip area for grasping the bracket for a pivoting movement. This results in a compact structure with optimized use of space.
In particular, the third area is designed as an arch. As a result, it can be grasped in a simple manner. The result is an optimized use of space on the cover.
It is also favorable if a pivot bearing is arranged or formed on the first area and/or the second area. As a result, the corresponding locking device can be designed in a structurally simple manner and in a space-optimized manner.
In one embodiment, a drive motor is provided for driving the at least one cleaning roller in rotation, with the drive motor in particular being arranged on the roller housing. In principle, it is also possible for the operator to move the roller housing over a surface to be cleaned to drive a rotational movement of the at least one cleaning roller.
It is favorable if a bearing for the at least one cleaning roller is arranged on the cover for the rotatable mounting of the at least one cleaning roller. As a result, the at least one cleaning roller in the roller housing can also be supported on the cover. In particular, a two-point mounting for the at least one cleaning roller in the roller housing can be achieved in this way.
It is provided that when the cover is fixed in the roller housing, the cover covers the at least one holding body on the outside. This results in optimized coverage.
It is favorable if the cover can be completely removed from the roller housing and, in particular, the at least one cleaning roller can be removed from the cover is solvable. In this way, a cleaning roller can be exchanged in a simple manner.
In one embodiment, the roller housing has an end wall assigned to the roller receptacle, the opening being formed on the end wall, and the at least one convex holding body being arranged on the end wall. This results in a structurally simple and compact construction of the roller housing. The cover can be easily locked to the roller housing.
Insbesondere ist mindestens eines der Folgenden vorgesehen:
- eine Schwenkachse des schwenkbaren Bügels ist quer und insbesondere senkrecht zu einer Rotationsachse der mindestens einen Reinigungswalze angeordnet;
- a pivot axis of the pivotable bracket is arranged transversely and in particular perpendicularly to an axis of rotation of the at least one cleaning roller;
- a pivot axis of the pivotable bracket is arranged at an acute angle to a (lower) envelope plane of the roller housing.
This results in a compact structure. The cover can be easily locked to and removed from the roller housing.
It is favorable if the roller receptacle has an opening towards an envelope plane (towards a lower envelope plane) of the roller housing. This opening is in particular a suction opening or suction port on the roller housing.
In one embodiment, a locking device is provided for releasably locking the at least one cleaning roller to the cover. It is thus possible, when the cover is locked to the at least one cleaning roller, to remove the corresponding cleaning roller with the cover and also by means of the cover from the roller receptacle. Further the cleaning roller can be inserted over the lid. This results in easy removal and automatic alignment can be implemented. This makes it easier to remove or insert the cleaning roller.
It is favorable if the locking device is designed for an axial locking between the cover and the at least one cleaning roller and in particular allows a rotation between the at least one cleaning roller and the cover. This results in easy operability.
In one embodiment, the locking device comprises a pin, which is arranged on the at least one cleaning roller, and comprises a movable slide, which is arranged on the cover, with locking engagement of the slide on the pin, an axial lock between the cover and the at least one cleaning roller present. The axial locking allows in particular a rotation of the at least one cleaning roller relative to the cover. In this way, an axial locking can be achieved in a simple manner, which can be released in a simple manner.
The at least one cleaning roller is a brush roller and/or textile roller, for example. It is possible for a textile trimming and a brush trimming to be combined on a cleaning roller. In one embodiment, the cleaning roller is designed as a carpet brush.
In one embodiment, the cleaning machine is designed as a floor cleaning machine and in particular as a suction machine and in particular as a carpet brush vacuum cleaner.
It is then favorable if at least one suction opening is formed on the roller mount. Dirt can be sucked in through these. The roller receptacle is then also in fluid communication with a suction fan device.
