Claims (7)
- Structure textile en couches (110, 120, 130, 140, 150, 160, 210, 220, 230, 240, 250) avec une couche textile extérieure (1, 1a, 8) et une couche textile intérieure (2, 2a), un absorbeur (3, 4, 6a, 6b) étant prévu, lequel est placé entre la couche textile extérieure (1, 1a, 8) et la couche textile intérieure (2, 2a), 8) et la couche textile intérieure (2) et/ou qui est intégré dans au moins l'une des couches textiles extérieures (1, 1a, 8) et des couches textiles intérieures (2, 2a), et où des liaisons linéaires entre la couche extérieure (1, 1a, 8), la couche intérieure (2, 2a) et l'absorbeur (3, 4, 6a, 6b) et/ou l'absorbeur intégré sont réalisées sous la forme d'une liaison soudée au laser, des chambres (94, 95, 96) pouvant être remplies de matériau isolant (27) se formant entre les liaisons soudées (7, 15, 17, 18, 19), caractérisées en ce qu'au moins deux liaisons linéaires disposent d'une interruption (20) qui se trouve entre les extrémités qui leur sont associées.
- Structure textile en couches selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que l'absorbeur est au moins un élément du groupe comprenant une couche intermédiaire lâche continue (3), une couche intermédiaire lâche discontinue (4), une couche intermédiaire continue (5) reliée à la couche intérieure (2) ou à la couche extérieure (1, 8), une couche intermédiaire discontinue (6a, 6b) reliée à la couche intérieure (2) ou à la couche extérieure (1, 8), un revêtement appliqué sur la face intérieure de la couche intérieure (2) ou sur la face intérieure de la couche extérieure (1, 8), une couche extérieure (1a) avec des propriétés absorbantes intégrées, ou une couche intérieure (2a) avec des propriétés absorbantes intégrées.
- Structure textile en couches (210, 220, 230, 240, 250) selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisée en ce que la couche extérieure (8) est constituée de deux couches liées (9, 10) comprenant un composant extérieur (9) et un composant intérieur (10), le composant intérieur (10) étant une membrane de protection contre les intempéries ou un revêtement de protection contre les intempéries sur le côté intérieur du composant extérieur (9).
- Structure textile en couches selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins l'un des raccords en forme de ligne présente une extrémité (20, 22, 23, 24, 25) prévue à une distance du bord (12) de la structure textile en couches.
- Structure textile en couches selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la au moins une extrémité des liaisons linéaires est choisie dans le groupe constitué par une extrémité de soudure droite (22), une extrémité de soudure ronde (23), une extrémité de soudure en forme de crochet (24), une extrémité de soudure tournante (25).
- Pièce découpée (26), constituée d'une structure textile en couches selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisée en ce que toutes les liaisons linéaires se terminent au moins à une distance du bord (12) de la pièce découpée (26) définissant une ligne de couture (13), de sorte que la couche extérieure (1, 1a, 8) et la couche intérieure (2, 2a) ainsi que, le cas échéant, un absorbeur (3) formant une couche intermédiaire libre, forment une extrémité de bord libre périphérique de la pièce découpée (26).
- Procédé de fabrication d'une pièce de vêtement à partir d'au moins deux pièces découpées (26) selon la revendication 6, comprenant les étapes de réalisation d'une couture de construction (28) entre les bords adjacents de la couche extérieure étanche à l'eau (8) de deux pièces découpées (26) par assemblage, notamment par couture, le scellement étanche à l'eau de la couture de construction (28) à l'aide d'une bande de couture (29) appliquée à l'intérieur, la couture de la couche intérieure (2, 2a) et éventuellement de la couche intermédiaire lâche (3) des deux parties découpées (26), et la bordure de la couche intérieure cousue (2, 2a) avec une bande de bordure (31).
