Claims (21)

  1. Tablette (1) pour un meuble (11) ou un appareil électroménager (12), comprenant
    - un plateau portant (2, 120, 220) qui peut être disposé fixe sur un corps (13, 14) du meuble (11) ou de l'appareil électroménager (12),
    - un rangement (3, 130, 230) guidé de façon forcée par rapport au plateau portant (2, 120, 220) et déplaçable simultanément en rotation et en translation,
    - les surfaces d'appui (21, 33, 121, 133, 221, 233) tournées l'une vers l'autre du plateau portant (2, 120, 220) et du rangement (3, 130, 230) présentant des rainures de roulement (22, 34, 122, 134, 222, 234) continues, au moins en majeure partie fermées, dans lesquelles des éléments de roulement (10) sont guidés,
    - le plateau portant (2, 120, 220) pouvant être fixé de façon amovible sur le corps (13, 14) du meuble (11) ou de l'appareil électroménager (12),
    caractérisée en ce que
    - au moins une zone de fixation (25) est formée sur le plateau portant (2, 120, 220) pour la fixation amovible du plateau portant (2, 120, 220) sur le corps (13, 14) du meuble (11) ou de l'appareil électroménager (12) et
    - le rangement (3, 130, 230) peut être fixé au plateau portant (2, 120, 220) sans outil.
  2. Tablette (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les rainures de roulement (22, 34) sont intégrées dans les surfaces d'appui (21, 33) du plateau portant (2) et du rangement (3).
  3. Tablette (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que les rainures de roulement (122, 134, 222, 234) sont fixées sur les surfaces d'appui (121, 133, 221, 233) du plateau portant (120, 220) et du rangement (130, 230), en particulier par solidarité de matière ou par vissage.
  4. Tablette (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce qu'un tenon (6) dépassant dans une gorge de guidage (5) du plateau portant (2) est disposé sur la surface d'appui (33) du rangement (3).
  5. Tablette (1) selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que la gorge de guidage (5) présente au moins partiellement une contre-dépouille (55) derrière laquelle une came (62) du tenon (6) passe quand le rangement (3) est monté sur le plateau portant (2), au moins pendant un mouvement horizontal du rangement (3) par rapport au plateau portant (2).
  6. Tablette (1) selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisée en ce que la gorge de guidage (5) présente une zone de montage (53) munie d'au moins un élément d'enclenchement (54), dans laquelle le tenon (6) peut être introduit.
  7. Tablette (1) selon l'une des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisée en ce qu'est prévu à une extrémité de la gorge de guidage (5) un resserrement (58) avec lequel le tenon (6) peut être retenu dans une position dans laquelle le rangement (3) est positionné dans une position de départ par rapport au plateau portant (2).
  8. Tablette (1) selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que le resserrement (58) est formé par les extrémités libres d'éléments d'enclenchement (54) disposés les uns en face des autres.
  9. Tablette (1) selon l'une des revendications 4 à 8, caractérisée en ce que la gorge de guidage (5) est conformée comme un élément séparé qui peut être monté dans un creux (23) du plateau portant (2) adapté au contour extérieur de la gorge de guidage (5).
  10. Tablette (1) selon la revendication 9, caractérisée en ce que la gorge de guidage (5) présente sur sa circonférence extérieure au moins un ergot d'enclenchement (56) qui peut être enclenché dans un creux d'enclenchement (29) du creux (23) du plateau portant (2).
  11. Tablette (1) selon la revendication 9 ou 10, caractérisée en ce que la circonférence extérieure (52) de la gorge de guidage (5) a une forme asymétrique, avec une pièce de positionnement (57) destinée à garantir une position de montage prédéterminée dans le creux (23) du plateau portant (2).
  12. Tablette (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la zone de fixation (25) présente au moins un logement pour le maintien d'un élément de fixation.
  13. Tablette (1) selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un logement est conformé comme un logement de ventouse (26) pour retenir un élément de fixation conformé comme une ventouse (7).
  14. Tablette (1) selon la revendication 12, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins un logement est conformé comme un logement de boulon (24) destiné au passage d'un élément de fixation conformé comme un boulon fileté (9).
  15. Tablette (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la zone de fixation (25) comporte au moins une surface d'adhérence sur laquelle un élément adhésif (8) peut être appliqué pour fixer le plateau portant (2, 120, 220) sur un fond (15) du meuble (11) ou de l'appareil électroménager (12).
  16. Tablette (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la tablette (1) comporte une cage de roulement (4) dans laquelle les éléments de roulement (10) sont disposés, le plateau portant (2) comportant au moins un élément de positionnement (20) pour la cage de roulement (4).
  17. Meuble (11) avec un corps (13) comportant au moins une tablette (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 16.
  18. Appareil électroménager (12), en particulier réfrigérateur ou congélateur, avec un corps (14) comportant au moins une tablette (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 16.
  19. Procédé pour le montage d'une tablette (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 16 dans un corps (13, 14) comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    a. mise en place d'un plateau portant (2) sur un corps (13, 14) du meuble (11) ou de l'appareil électroménager (12) au moyen d'éléments de fixation amovibles cités dans les revendications 13, 14 ou 15 ;
    b. pose d'une cage de roulement (4) dans laquelle des éléments de roulement (10) sont supportés sur le plateau portant (2) ;
    c. pose d'un rangement (3) avec une surface d'appui (33) sur la cage de roulement (4), en introduisant un tenon (6) qui dépasse de la surface d'appui (33) du rangement (3) dans la gorge de guidage (5).
  20. Procédé selon la revendication 19 comprenant les étapes supplémentaires suivantes :
    d. mise en place d'un bloc de rainures de roulement (102, 202) sur le plateau portant (120, 220) ;
    e. mise en place d'un bloc de rainures de roulement (101, 201) sur le rangement (130, 230).
  21. Procédé selon la revendication 20, dans lequel la mise en place du bloc de rainures de roulement (101, 102, 201, 202) sur le plateau portant (120, 220) et sur le rangement (130, 230) s'effectue par collage ou vissage.
