Definitions

  • the invention relates to head protection interior fittings for head protection, such as a helmet, cap, hood, shield, visor or the like.
  • the headgear is capable of at least partially protecting the wearer's head. For example, it is able to exclusively or additionally protect the wearer's face and/or ears.
  • the head protection is designed as a work head protection and forms, for example, personal protective equipment for the wearer.
  • the invention is aimed at a head protection arrangement with such a head protection interior fitting.
  • Different head protection interior fittings are known from the prior art through public prior use, which are fixed locally, for example, on a respective helmet shell.
  • the head protection interior fittings are generally adjustable in size in order to be able to use the same helmet shells and to be able to offer a head protection arrangement which fits as precisely as possible.
  • the disadvantage is that the wearing comfort and fit of the head protection arrangement are often unsatisfactory.
  • US2015/359286 discloses a head protection interior for a head protection.
  • the overhead strap is coupled to the side panel in one of a majority of locations.
  • the US 2017/0245578 A1 discloses a suspension for head protection and a corresponding head protection, such as a safety helmet.
  • the suspension can be attached to a helmet shell via at least one hanger and comprises a horizontal strap which is designed to run around the head of a head protection wearer. It also has at least one curved Section emanating from the horizontal band and designed to pass over the head of the head protection wearer.
  • a rear head support portion of the suspension is formed to abut the rear head of the head protection wearer.
  • the occipital support section has an adjustment wheel. It is coupled to the horizontal band via a coupling portion that slopes downward from the horizontal band.
  • This known suspension is often not particularly well adaptable to certain head shapes.
  • the suspension assembly has a crown support assembly/cap at the top and an adjustable headband and a plurality of connectors for releasably attaching the suspension assembly to a helmet shell.
  • the disclosed headgear includes a headband for encircling a wearer's head and at least one top strap that passes over the wearer's head and communicates with the headband. Two transition arms run obliquely downwards from the headband and carry a rear support section which can have an adjustment element.
  • the headgear also includes a fastener for coupling a head protection member to the headgear.
  • the object of the invention is to eliminate the problems of the prior art.
  • a head protection interior is to be provided that can be individually adjusted particularly well to a wide variety of head shapes and/or head sizes, in order to achieve an extremely high comfort and very safe head protection.
  • a corresponding head protection arrangement should also be created.
  • the essence of the invention lies in the at least one first fixing device and the at least one neck coupling section, which are designed separately from one another. They are separated or decoupled from each other.
  • the at least one upper head coupling section is preferably connected, preferably directly and/or firmly, to the at least one first fixing device.
  • the expression "the at least one first fixing device is formed separately from the at least one neck coupling section” is preferably understood here to mean that they are nevertheless connected to one another, for example indirectly, in particular via the (respective) at least one upper head coupling section and the base section can stand.
  • the at least one neck coupling section is thus unaffected by the at least one first fixing device due to its separate or separate design. It is thus possible to shift the at least one neck coupling section relative to the at least one first fixing device or the at least one upper head coupling section, which occurs, for example, when the size/circumference of the head protection interior fittings are adjusted.
  • a degree of freedom of adjustability of a carrying strap/head strap of the head protection interior fittings for adjusting the head protection interior fittings is consequently particularly high.
  • the support band is therefore more or less able to contract or expand along its longitudinal direction without significant impairment due to a local attachment to the head protection. Circumferential adjustment is so compared to known head protection interiors clearly improved.
  • the head protection interior is easily and precisely adjustable to the wearer's head. The head protection sits securely on the wearer's head and can thus reliably develop its full protective effect.
  • the at least one neck coupling section and each upper head coupling section that runs adjacently at least in some areas enables a relative movement, in particular a relative shift, between them, which occurs, for example, when the size of the head protection interior fittings are adjusted.
  • the expression "the at least one neck coupling section and each upper head coupling section that runs adjacently at least in some areas are formed separately” is preferably understood here to mean that they can nevertheless be connected to one another, for example indirectly, in particular via the base section.
  • the head protection interior fittings are slotted or divided in the area of the at least one neck coupling section and each upper head coupling section that runs adjacently at least in some areas. It is expedient if at least one, in particular slot-like, recess/opening is arranged in the base section adjacent to the respective separating slot. The at least one recess/opening and the adjacent separating slot are preferably located at a common height.
  • the coupling sections When the head protection arrangement is worn, the coupling sections preferably run at different heights, at least in certain areas. For example, they extend at least partially spaced apart to each other. At least regional overlaps between these are possible.
  • the head protection interior fittings can be adapted to all common head sizes and shapes. This eliminates the otherwise usual need to stock several size models of the head protection interior in order to be able to cover all common head sizes and shapes.
  • the at least one neck coupling section is preferably formed from a plastic material.
  • the at least one upper head coupling portion is preferably formed from a plastic material.
  • Each coupling section is favorably connected directly and/or firmly to the base section.
  • the base section is constructed in the manner of a strip or plate. It is made of a plastic material, for example.
  • the base section advantageously has a certain dimensional stability, but is preferably nevertheless deformable.
  • the at least one neck coupling portion of the head protection interior is preferably elongate and thus has a longitudinal direction. It is advantageous if it is in the form of a strip or web, in particular over its entire length.
  • the length of the at least one neck coupling section is determined in particular by the extension thereof between the base section and the neck arrangement.
  • the at least one upper head coupling section is elongate and thus has a longitudinal direction. Conveniently he is, particularly over his entire Length, ribbon-like or bar-like.
  • the length of the at least one skull coupling portion is preferably determined by the extent thereof between the base portion and the skull assembly.
  • the base portion is elongate and has a longitudinal direction.
  • the longitudinal direction of the base portion and the upper head coupling portion corresponds substantially to the circumferential direction of the wearer's head when the head protection interior is worn.
  • the nape assembly suitably includes a first adjustment piece and a second adjustment piece which are adjustable relative to one another to vary the nape length. It is expedient if the adjustment pieces can be locked in different size settings relative to one another, for example in a latching manner.
  • Known adjustment/locking devices are preferably used to adjust the length and lock the neck arrangement.
  • An effective length of the neck assembly and in particular an effective extent of the head protection interior are adjustable.
  • the neck arrangement preferably rests against the neck or in a lower region of the back of the wearer's head. For example, it is connected in one piece to the at least one neck coupling section or originally separate from it.
  • the top of the head arrangement is designed, for example, as a basket, bow, bow or the like. It preferably comprises at least one band on the top of the head or one bridge on the top of the head. It is useful if the crown assembly is formed from a plastics material. When in use, it preferably rests against the top of the wearer's head and is, for example, connected in one piece to the at least one top-head coupling section or originally separate therefrom. It is able, for example, also to lie laterally on the wearer's head.
  • the at least one first fixing device is preferably designed as a material connection, frictional connection and/or positive connection fixing device. It is capable of locating the headgear interior to the headgear. The at least one first fixing device is thus also able to fix the upper head arrangement in place relative to the head protection. Conveniently, the at least one first locating means is capable of locating the at least one cranial coupling portion on the headgear.
  • the at least one first fixing device comprises, for example, at least one anchor element for local fixing on the head protection. It includes, for example, a latching element, plug-in element, a rivet or the like.

  • the embodiment according to dependent claim 2 results in a head protection interior that can be adjusted to a particularly large extent. It is preferred if the at least one neck coupling section is at least 10%, preferably at least 15%, preferably at least 20%, preferably at least 25% longer than each upper head coupling section running adjacent at least in some areas. In particular, this difference in length is at most 100% (the at least one neck coupling section has in particular at most twice the length of each upper head coupling section running adjacently at least in some areas), preferably at most 75%, particularly preferably at most 50%, particularly preferably at most 45%.
  • the upper head assembly according to dependent claim 3 enables the head protection interior to be securely located on the head protection. This leads to a high level of comfort and a secure fit.
  • the upper head arrangement is preferably at least largely, in particular completely, rigid or essentially rigid.
  • the embodiment according to dependent claim 4 results in a secure connection between the crown assembly and the base portion.

  • the headgear interior according to dependent claim 8 has an upper head assembly which is localized to the headgear when the headgear interior is assembled, resulting in a particularly tight fit of the headgear on the wearer's head.
  • the configuration according to dependent claim 9 again results in a head protection interior fitting that offers a particularly high level of wearing comfort and can be changed in size to an extremely large extent.
  • the at least one neck coupling section remains unaffected or undisturbed by the at least one first fixing device and/or the at least one upper head coupling section, in particular between the base section and the neck arrangement.
  • the head protection interior according to dependent claim 10 leads in particular to a neck arrangement that is shifted downwards in relation to the base section, the at least one first fixing device and/or in relation to the at least one upper head coupling section, which when wearing the head protection interior Allows the head protection interior to be supported in relation to the wearer.
  • the head protection interior according to dependent claim 11 again offers a particularly high level of wearing comfort. Furthermore, this is extremely good adjustable to the wearer's head.
