Fig.1 shows an example and a schematic of a highly abstracted schematic representation of a gap bridging. A cross section through a gap bridging constructed in the form of a sliding step is shown, which has a step plate 1 that can be linearly displaced by a power drive 6 by means of a sliding bearing 5 . The gap bridging device is shown in an installed position, showing a floor 7 and a door 8 of a rail vehicle. A cover plate 2 just connects to the floor 7 and forms the door sill at this entrance area.

Fig.2 zeigt beispielhaft und schematisch eine Spaltüberbrückung in einer Ausführung als Klapp-Schiebetritt. Es ist eine Ausführung einer Spaltüberbrückung in Form eines Klapp-Schiebetritts gezeigt, bei welchem eine Trittplatte 1 sowohl horizontal schiebbar gelagert ist als auch an ihrem bahnsteigseitigem Ende mittels eines Klapphebels an dem Wagenkasten abgestützt ist. Dadurch kann die Belastbarkeit der Trittplatte 1 gegenüber einem Schiebetritt gesteigert werden, jedoch ergibt sich dabei auch eine Vertikalbewegung der Trittplatte 1 während der Ein- bzw. Ausfahrbewegung. Eine Abdeckplatte 2 ist wie in der Prinzipdarstellung in Fig.1 oberhalb der Trittplatte 1 angeordnet, ein Abstreifblech 3 ist mittels einer Befestigung 4 an der Unterseite der Abdeckplatte 2 fest mit dieser verbunden. Die Form des Abstreifblechs 3 ist sehr ähnlich wie in der Prinzipdarstellung in Fig.1 gezeigt, jedoch weist es an seinem bahnsteigseitigen Ende einen vertikalen Abschnitt auf, welcher an einer ebenfalls vertikal orientierten Fläche der Abdeckplatte 2 in Kontakt ist. Dadurch kann der Eintritt von Schmutz unter die Abdeckplatte 2 verhindert werden. Ein Gleitstück 9 ist an der Kontaktfläche zwischen dem Abstreifblech 3 und der Abdeckplatte 2 angeordnet und reduziert die Reibung zwischen diesen Bauteilen. This can prevent dirt from entering under the cover plate 2 . A slide 9 is arranged at the contact surface between the scraper plate 3 and the cover plate 2 and reduces the friction between these components.

Fig.3 zeigt beispielhaft und schematisch eine Spaltüberbrückung in einer Ausführung als Klapp-Schiebetritt mit einer Verschleißkante 10 und einem Gummiprofil 12. Es ist im Wesentlichen das Ausführungsbeispiel aus Fig.2 dargestellt, wobei jedoch zusätzlich eine Verschleißkante 10 an der Auflagestelle angeordnet ist, sodass das Abstreifblech 3 selbst nicht in Kontakt mit der Oberfläche der Trittplatte 1 kommt. Die Verschleißkante 10 ist mittels einer Befestigung 11 an dem Abstreifblech 3 befestigt, wobei vorzugsweise eine lösbare Befestigungsart gewählt ist. Weiters weist die Verschleißkante 10 eine Ausformung in Richtung der Abdeckplatte 2 auf, welche zum Eingriff in ein Gummiprofil 12 ausgeführt ist. Das Gummiprofil 12 ist in einer Ausnehmung der Abdeckplatte 2 befestigt und dichtet zwischen der Abdeckplatte 2 und dem Abstreifblech 3 gegen den Eintritt von Schmutz ab. Der Einsatz eines Gummiprofils 12 an dieser Stelle erlaubt eine wesentlich vereinfachte Montage der Spaltüberbrückung, da die Bauteiltoleranzen dadurch keinen wesentlichen Einfluß auf die Abdichtung zwischen der Abdeckplatte 2 und dem Abstreifblech 3 haben. The use of a rubber profile 12 at this point allows a significantly simplified assembly of the gap bridging, since the component tolerances have no significant influence on the seal between the cover plate 2 and the scraper plate 3.

Claims (6)

  1. Gap bridging for a rail vehicle for bridging the gap between a platform and a floor of the rail vehicle, comprising a step plate (1) mounted in a moveable manner and a cover plate (2) that is arranged above the step plate (1) and at least partially covers the step plate (1),
    characterised in that
    a wiper (3) manufactured from spring steel is provided, which is fastened to a lower side of the cover plate (2) and which is pressed onto the step plate (1) by means of spring force in any position of the step plate (1).
  2. Gap bridging for a rail vehicle according to claim 1,
    characterised in that the wiper (3) has a bending edge, which is pressed onto the step plate (1).
  3. Gap bridging for a rail vehicle according to claim 1,
    characterised in that a closing edge (10), which is pressed onto the step plate (1), is fastened to the wiper (3).
  4. Gap bridging for a rail vehicle according to claim 3,
    characterised in that the closing edge (10) is manufactured from plastic and is fastened to the wiper (3) in a detachable manner.
  5. Gap bridging for a rail vehicle according to one of claims 1 to 4,
    characterised in that the wiper (3) comprises a section that is bent upwards at its platform-side end and at this section is guided on an area of the cover plate (2).
  6. Gap bridging for a rail vehicle according to one of claims 1 to 4,
    characterised in that the wiper (3) comprises a section that is bent upwards at its platform-side end and at this section is connected to a rubber profile (12), which is fastened to the cover plate (2).
