Claims (18)
- Télécommande (2) pour contrôler un appareil médical (3) ayant au moins un composant amovible entraîné (4, 4', 4ʺ, 4‴, 4ʺʺ), la télécommande (2) comprenant :un capteur (5) configuré pour détecter une position et un mouvement de la télécommande (2), etau moins un commutateur de déblocage (6),où la télécommande (2) est configurée pour émettre un signal de commande capable de contrôler un mouvement du au moins un composant amovible entraîné (4, 4', 4ʺ, 4‴, 4ʺʺ) conformément à un mouvement de la télécommande (2) détecté par le capteur (5) lorsque un contrôle du mouvement du au moins un composant amovible entraîné (4, 4' , 4ʺ, 4‴, 4ʺʺ, est débloqué en actionnant le au moins un commutateur de déblocage (6), et caractérisée en ce que la télécommande comprend en outre :

la télécommande (2) est configurée pour contrôler le mouvement d'au moins un composant amovible entraîné (4, 4', 4ʺ, 4‴, 4ʺʺ) de l'appareil médical (3) par le signal de commande. - Système selon la revendication 9, dans lequel
la télécommande (2) est configurée pour contrôler une direction du mouvement du au moins un composant amovible entraîné (4, 4', 4ʺ, 4‴, 4ʺʺ) conformément à une direction du mouvement de la télécommande (2) par rapport à une position de la télécommande (2) lorsque le au moins un commutateur de déblocage (6) commence à débloquer le contrôle du mouvement. - Système (1) selon la revendication 9 ou 10, dans lequella télécommande (2) comprend plusieurs commutateurs de déblocage (6),l'appareil médical (3) comprend plusieurs composants amovibles (4, 4', 4ʺ, 4‴, 4ʺʺ) entraînés respectivement par un dispositif d'entraînement, etles plusieurs commutateurs de déblocage (6) sont respectivement attribués à un mouvement spécifique de l'un des composants amovibles entraînés (4, 4', 4ʺ, 4‴, 4ʺʺ).
- Système selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 11, dans lequell'appareil médical (3) comprend au moins un composant amovible entraîné (4, 4', 4ʺ, 4‴, 4ʺʺ) qui effectue plusieurs mouvements entraînés respectivement par un dispositif d'entraînement, etle système est configuré de sorte que les plusieurs mouvements sont contrôlés par la télécommande (2) lorsque les plusieurs mouvements du au moins un composant amovible entraîné (4, 4', 4ʺ, 4‴, 4ʺʺ) sont débloqués par un bouton de déblocage attribué au au moins un composant amovible entraîné (4, 4', 4ʺ, 4‴, 4ʺʺ), dans lequel les plusieurs mouvements sont contrôlés conformément aux mouvements de la télécommande (2) autour d'un premier axe (A) parallèle à une forme allongée de la télécommande (2) et d'un deuxième axe (B) perpendiculaire à la forme allongée de la télécommande (2).
- Système (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 9 à 12, dans lequel
l'appareil médical (3) est configuré comme un table opératoire. - Système (1) selon la revendication 13, dans lequel
l'un du au moins un des composants entraînés (4, 4', 4ʺ, 4‴, 4ʺʺ), est formé par un mécanisme de verrouillage configuré pour verrouiller un mouvement de la table opératoire en touchant une face soutenant la table opératoire. - Système (1) selon la revendication 13 ou 14, dans lequel
l'un du au moins un des composants entraînés (4, 4', 4ʺ, 4‴, 4ʺʺ) est formé par une roue de la table opératoire, dans lequel la roue comprend un entraînement et la roue est configurée pour déplacer la table opératoire par l'entraînement. - Procédé de fonctionnement d'un appareil médical (3) au moyen d'une télécommande (2) par les étapes consistant à :débloquer un contrôle d'un mouvement d'un composant spécifique des composants amovibles entraînés (4, 4', 4ʺ, 4‴, 4ʺʺ) de l'appareil médical (3) en actionnant un commutateur de déblocage spécifique (6) de la télécommande (2),contrôler un mouvement du composant spécifique des composants amovibles (4, 4', 4ʺ, 4‴, 4ʺʺ) en déplaçant la télécommande (2) par rapport à une position de la télécommande (2) lorsque le commutateur de déblocage spécifique commence à débloquer le contrôle du mouvement du composant spécifique des composants amovibles (4, 4', 4ʺ, 4‴, 4ʺʺ), etafficher, sur un affichage (10) de la télécommande (2), une prévisualisation du mouvement du composant spécifique des composants amovibles (4, 4', 4ʺ, 4‴, 4ʺʺ) conformément au signal de commande.
- Procédé selon la revendication 16, dans lequel
une direction du mouvement du composant spécifique des composants amovibles entraînés (4, 4' , 4ʺ, 4‴, 4ʺʺ) est définie par une direction de mouvement de la télécommande (2) autour d'au moins l'un d'entre un axe (A) parallèle à une forme allongée de la télécommande (2) et un axe (B) perpendiculaire à la forme allongée de la télécommande (2). - Procédé selon la revendication 17, dans lequel
le mouvement du composant spécifique des composants amovibles entraînés (4, 4', 4ʺ, 4‴, 4ʺʺ) est arrêté lorsque la télécommande (2) est déplacée dans une position horizontale.
