L'invention concerne une blouse de chirurgien pourvue d'un premier bord latéral s'étendant de préférence de manière sensiblement rectiligne et d'un deuxième bord latéral s'étendant de préférence sensiblement parallèlement au premier bord latéral, d'un bord supérieur reliant les bords latéraux l'un à l'autre et d'une bande de matériau reliant les bords latéraux l'un à l'autre et délimitée par par un bord inférieur, d'une première manche s'étendant à partir d'une première ouverture dans la bande de matériau et appliquée sur la bande de matériau, d'une deuxième manche s'étendant à partir d'une deuxième ouverture dans la bande de matériau et appliquée sur la deuxième manche, la première ouverture étant disposée entre le premier bord latéral et la deuxième ouverture et les ouvertures étant disposées plus près du bord supérieur que du bord inférieur. Une aide à l'enfilage formant une extension de la bande de matériau est située dans la zone de la moitié supérieure d'au moins un bord latéral.
