- a block and tackle is attached to the trestle, which serves as a luffing gear for the main boom extension and is connected to a head of the main boom extension at the other end. The luffing rope running out of the block and tackle is led down to a luffing winch on an upper carriage of the mobile telescopic crane.
- German patent application DE 1 922 950 A already a jib crane with a main boom and a main boom extension that can be luffed about a luffing axis.
- two luffing supports are arranged, between the upper ends of which a block and tackle for luffing the main boom extension is arranged.
- the luffing supports are each firmly braced with the main boom foot or the main boom extension head via a so-called neck cable.
- a luffing rope running out of the block and tackle and necessary for luffing the main boom extension is not described.
- the German Offenlegungsschrift DE 2 258 807 A already shows a mobile crane with a telescoping main boom, on which a foldable guy support is arranged for additional guying of the main boom.
- the foldable guy support can be set up by an extension movement of the last inner box of the main boom.
- a pair of guy supports for additional guying of the main boom is rigidly arranged on each head of a base box and inner box of a telescopic main boom.
- the German Offenlegungsschrift DE 100 22 600 A1 already shows another mobile crane with a telescopic main boom with a pair of guy supports for additional guying of the main boom. The length of the guy supports can be changed in order to tighten the guying.
- CN 107 117 542 A is already a vehicle crane according to the preamble of claim 1 with a main boom designed as a telescopic boom and at the head of the Telescopic boom luffing articulated main boom extension known.
- the telescopic boom consists in the usual way of a base box and a large number of inner boxes that can be retracted and extended for this purpose.

- the lower end of the first tensioning cable is fastened in the area of the foot of the telescopic boom and on the opposite side at the tip of the first luffing support, which extends essentially horizontally.
- the first luffing support is articulated at the upper end of the base box of the telescopic boom.
- the first tension cable thus has a fixed length.
- the pulley block is attached to the top of the first rocker support, the opposite end of which is attached to the top of the second rocker support, which is also horizontal.
- the pulley is operated via a winch, which is mounted approximately in the middle of the first luffing support.
- the second luffing support is pivoted at the base of the main boom extension.
- the second guy wire also has a fixed length and is attached to the tip of the second luffing prop on one side and to the head of the main boom extension on the other side.
- the object of the invention is to provide a mobile crane with an improved lifting capacity.
- a mobile crane in particular a mobile crane, with a main boom and a main boom extension mounted thereon that can be luffed via at least one luffing cable
- the main boom being designed as a telescopic boom with a boom base box and several telescopic sections and the main boom being mounted on an upper carriage of the mobile crane so that it can be raised
- the luffing cable starting from a winch on the mobile crane at least one guy support and at least one luffing support guided in the area of a main boom head and fastened there
- an improved carrying capacity is achieved in that the winch is arranged in a rear area of the superstructure, the at least one guy support is arranged on the main boom between the boom base box and the innermost telescopic section , which deflects the luffing rope for guying the main boom and alternatively the luffing rope is guided further from the luffing support to the main boom extension and fastened there.
- the luffing cable is supported on the guy support, at least when the vehicle crane is in operation, and is correspondingly deflected or deflected by the guy support.
- the normal force in the guy support is introduced into the main boom via this guy support with the luffing rope, which again stabilizes a main boom that is bent under load in the sense of reducing the deflection.
- This guy support advantageously interacts with the already existing and prestressed luffing cable and thus avoids the installation of an additional guy line, which would otherwise have to be mounted and prestressed in a time-consuming manner.
- the guy support is positioned in the middle area of the main boom, ie outside of the head and base of the main boom.
- the at least one guy support is arranged on the main boom between the boom base box and the innermost telescopic section, i.e. between the base box and head box is. It is particularly advantageous here that the at least one guy support is arranged on the main boom in the region of the middle three, preferably two, particularly preferably the one middle, telescopic section.
- a deflection pulley is mounted on a free end of the guy support, over which the luffing cable is guided.
- the supporting forces from the luffing cable can simply be introduced into the main boom and the telescopic sections can continue to be telescoped.
- guy rods to further luffing supports and are in extension of the luffing cable used for the main boom extension in order to ultimately achieve a connection with the main boom extension to be luffed instead of a continuous luffing rope from the winch to the main boom extension, at least parts of it from the first luffing support in the direction of the main boom extension can be replaced by guy rods, straps, chains or other flexible components with high tensile strength.
- the guy support is arranged on the main boom so that it can pivot about a horizontal axis and the guy support can be raised from a rest position into an operating position.
- the at least one guy support is advantageously arranged on a head of a telescopic section of the telescopic boom.
- the guy support closes an angle to the main boom in the operating position in the range of 75 to 85 degrees, preferably 80 degrees , a.
- An angle of 90 degrees is preferable for raising the support with a hydraulic cylinder.
- the guy support in the operating position encloses an angle to the main boom in the range of 75 to 90 degrees.
- a particularly simple erection of the guy support in terms of self-erecting is achieved in that the main boom is designed as a telescopic boom and the guy support can be erected from the rest position into the operating position via an extension movement of the telescopic boom.
- a telescopic boom can be extended further for comparable loads and correspondingly higher lifting heights are achieved.
- the guy support can be erected via a raising rope, which acts on the end of the guy support via a bracket on the guy support and is connected to a head of a telescopic section above the guy support.
- a safety rope limits a maximum erection of the guy support and the safety rope acts on the end of the guy support and is connected to a head of a telescopic section below the guy support.
- the guy support is prevented from folding away upwards.
- guy supports are arranged on different heads of telescopic sections of the telescopic boom.
- a guy support that can be variably adjusted in terms of its length is particularly preferred.
- the deflection point or guide point between the guy support and the luffing cable can be shifted as far as possible away from the main boom in the orthogonal direction.
- the figure 1 is a schematic side view of a mobile crane 1, in particular a mobile crane, with an undercarriage 2 and an uppercarriage 3.
- the undercarriage 2 has a driver's cab 4 and six axles 5, each with two roadworthy and rubber-tyred wheels 6.
- the undercarriage 2 can, of course, have more or fewer than six vehicle axles 5 or, alternatively, a crawler chassis.
- the upper carriage 3 is mounted pivotably about a vertically aligned axis of rotation D on the undercarriage 2 .
- the upper carriage 3 and the undercarriage 2 can also be mounted rigidly one on top of the other.
- a main boom 7 is arranged, which as Telescopic boom is designed arranged.
- the main boom 7 comprises a boom base box 7a and a plurality of telescope sections 7b to 7f which are arranged one inside the other and can be telescoped out.
- the boom base box 7a can be erected on the superstructure 3 by a luffing cylinder 8, whereby the main boom 7 can be placed on the undercarriage 2 for road travel after the telescopic sections 7b to 7f have been fully retracted into the boom base box 7a.
- a luffing main boom extension 8 designed as a lattice mast carrier is pivotably attached, which can be erected about a horizontal luffing axis W relative to the main boom 7 .
- the luffing axis W is aligned orthogonally to the longitudinal axis of the main boom 7 in the usual way.
- at least one luffing cable 9 is provided for the luffing process of the main boom extension 8, which extends from a winch, not shown, which is arranged in the rear area of the superstructure 3, to a first luffing support 10a and is fastened there.
- the function of the luffing rope 9 is taken over by guy rods 16, which are fastened in a corresponding manner between the first luffing support 10a and a second luffing support 10b and between the second luffing support 10b and approximately the middle of the main boom extension 8.
- the first luffing support 10a and the second luffing support 10b are articulated about horizontal axes in the usual manner in the region of the main boom head 7g and extend rearwardly in relation to the main boom 7 and in a V-shape to one another.
- This at least one luffing cable 9 is additionally braced via a further guy support 11 according to the invention in the area of the main boom 7 .
- the guy support 11 is pivotable about a horizontal axis A approximately in the middle of the main boom 7 and is thus arranged in an articulated manner.
- the guy support 11 can be arranged between the articulation of the luffing cylinder 8 on the main boom 7 and the main boom head 7g. From a static point of view, in terms of relieving the main boom 7, there will certainly be a middle range at the end.
- two or more guy supports 11 can also be arranged at a distance along the rear side of the main boom 7 .
- another secondary guy support 12a is fastened to the head or upper end of the boom base box 7a, which also extends approximately at right angles to the rear, starting from the boom base box 7a.
- This secondary guy support 12a is part of a main boom guying, which includes a secondary guy cable 12b.
- the guy rope 12b is guided from a foot of the boom base box 7a via the auxiliary guy support 12a to the main boom head 7g.
- the secondary guy support 12a can also be designed as a pair of guy supports arranged next to one another in a V-shape in a horizontal plane. This additional secondary guying 12a, 12b also serves to stiffen the main boom 7.
- FIG. 12 is a partial view of the main boom 7 of the mobile crane 1 according to FIG figure 1 shown, wherein the guy support 11 is shown in one of three positions.
- the main boom extension 8 has been left out to show the guy support 11 better. Since the figure 1 for the most part identical to the Figures 2a to 2c is, only the differences between the individual figures in the area of the guy support 11 will be discussed in the following paragraphs.
- the Figure 2a shows the second guy support 15 in a rest position or transport position which is not erected on the main boom 8 but folded in and almost resting on the main boom 7 .
- the telescopic sections 7b, 7c, 7e and 7f are fully or far extended and the third telescopic section 7d only partially (about 10%).
- the third telescopic section 7d is only telescoped out so far that a righting rope 14 is tightened, but the guy support 11 has not yet moved away from the rest position resting against the main boom 7 .
- the righting rope 14 is attached at one end to an upper end of the third telescopic section 7d and at the other end to the guy support 11 in the region of its free end 11a on a console 11b, in particular a front-end console.
- the console 11b is arranged at right angles to the guy support 11 and protrudes backwards, and the righting rope 14 acts on the free end of the console. Furthermore, from the Figure 2a It can be seen that the free end 11a of the guy support 11 rotatably carries a deflection pulley 11c which is in engagement with the luffing cable 9 in the operating position (see Figure 2c ).
- the righting rope 19 can of course also be attached to a head of another telescopic section 7e or 7f.
- a safety rope 15 hangs without tension between the free end 11a of the guy support 11, the second guy support 15 and the head of the first telescopic section 7a.
- the safety rope 15 can also be mounted on the head of another telescopic section 7b to 7f--depending on where the guy support 11 is installed--on the head of the boom base box 7a or on the superstructure 3.
- the function of the safety rope 15 is to prevent the guy support 11 from folding away upwards. In the rest position shown here, there is no contact between the deflection roller 11c and the luffing cable 9.
- the luffing cable 9 thus leads from the superstructure 3 to the first luffing support 10 without deflection.
- the guy support 11 is in an intermediate position, ie between the rest position and an operating position.
- the telescopic sections 7b and 7f of the main boom 8 are fully extended, the second telescopic section 7c approximately 90%, the third telescopic section 7d approximately 20% and the fourth telescopic section 7e approximately 45%.
- the third telescopic shot 7d is compared to that Figure 2a further telescoped out, so that the righting rope 14 raises or pulls up the guy support 11 from its stored rest position and the deflection roller 11 comes into first contact with the luffing rope 9 and threads it into it.
- the safety rope 15 is still not tensioned in this intermediate position of the guy support 11 .
- the luffing cable 9 is not yet deflected by the deflection pulley 11c. There is only a first contact between the seesaw cable 9, which forms a guying, and the deflection roller 11c.
- the Figure 2c shows another partial view of figure 1 , in which the guy support 11 is shown in the upright operating position.
- An angle between the guy support 11 and the second telescopic section 7c is about 75 to 90 degrees, preferably 80 degrees, so that under the action of the deflection force from the luffing cable 9, the guy support 11 automatically returns to the idle state for transport even when telescoping telescopic section 7d.
- the telescopic sections 7b and 7c of the main boom 8 are about 90% extended and the telescopic committees 7d to 7f about 45%. Because the second and third telescopic committee 7c, 7d are each not fully extended, the tension in the righting rope 14 and the safety rope 15 can be adjusted.
- the guy support 11 engages in the luffing cable 9 with its deflection pulley 11c and deflects the luffing cable 9 via the deflection pulley 11c.
- the main boom 7 is braced or stabilized in addition to the secondary guying 12a, 12b. Deformation of the main boom 7 in the direction of loading and large deflections of the main boom 7 can be reduced as a result.
- the invention is described using a mobile crane with a telescopic boom. It goes without saying that the principle of the present invention is also applicable to lattice booms or folding jibs (lattice boom or box-type foldable boom), and also to crawler cranes.
- the guy support can be brought into the operating position via at least one hydraulic righting cylinder. In this alternative, an angle of about 90 degrees between the main boom 7 and guy support 11 would be preferred.
- mobile crane 1 has a main boom 7 as a telescopic boom with a boom base box 7a and several telescopic sections 7b to 7f, the at least one guy support 11 on the main boom 7 between the boom base box 7a and the innermost telescopic section 7f is arranged.
- the at least one guy support 11 on the main boom 7 should be in the middle three (if the total number of boom base box 7a and telescopic sections 7b to 7f is odd), preferably two (if the total number of boom base box 7a and telescopic sections 7b to 7f is even), particularly preferably of a central telescopic section 7c, 7d (if the total number of boom base boxes 7a and telescopic sections 7b to 7f is odd) is arranged.
- the mobile crane 1 is equipped with a main boom 7 as a telescopic boom with a boom base box 7a and several telescopic sections 7b to 7f
- the main boom 7 can be luffed via a luffing cylinder 13 articulated on the boom base box 7a, then the at least one guy support 11 is on the Main boom 7 is arranged between a linkage of the luffing cylinder 13 on the boom base box 7a and the innermost telescopic section 7f.

In order to be able to luff the main boom extension, a first luffing support, a second luffing support, a first tension cable, a block and tackle, a winch and a second tension cable are provided. The lower end of the first tensioning cable is fastened in the area of the foot of the telescopic boom and on the opposite side at the tip of the first luffing support, which extends essentially horizontally. The first luffing support is articulated at the upper end of the base box of the telescopic boom. The first tension cable thus has a fixed length. The pulley block is attached to the top of the first rocker support, the opposite end of which is attached to the top of the second rocker support, which is also horizontal. The pulley is operated via a winch, which is mounted approximately in the middle of the first luffing support. The second luffing support is pivoted at the base of the main boom extension. Like the first guy wire, the second guy wire also has a fixed length and is attached to the tip of the second luffing prop on one side and to the head of the main boom extension on the other side. By operating the block and tackle, the distance between the two luffing supports and can be changed and the main boom extension can be tilted and raised.

This object is achieved by a mobile crane with the features of
According to the invention, in a mobile crane, in particular a mobile crane, with a main boom and a main boom extension mounted thereon that can be luffed via at least one luffing cable, the main boom being designed as a telescopic boom with a boom base box and several telescopic sections and the main boom being mounted on an upper carriage of the mobile crane so that it can be raised, the luffing cable starting from a winch on the mobile crane at least one guy support and at least one luffing support guided in the area of a main boom head and fastened there, an improved carrying capacity is achieved in that the winch is arranged in a rear area of the superstructure, the at least one guy support is arranged on the main boom between the boom base box and the innermost telescopic section , which deflects the luffing rope for guying the main boom and alternatively the luffing rope is guided further from the luffing support to the main boom extension and fastened there. As a result, the luffing cable is supported on the guy support, at least when the vehicle crane is in operation, and is correspondingly deflected or deflected by the guy support. The normal force in the guy support is introduced into the main boom via this guy support with the luffing rope, which again stabilizes a main boom that is bent under load in the sense of reducing the deflection. This allows the lifting capacity of the mobile crane to be increased by relieving the individual telescopic sections. This guy support advantageously interacts with the already existing and prestressed luffing cable and thus avoids the installation of an additional guy line, which would otherwise have to be mounted and prestressed in a time-consuming manner. In order to optimize the supporting force, the guy support is positioned in the middle area of the main boom, ie outside of the head and base of the main boom. With regard to a mobile crane with a main boom, which is designed as a telescopic boom with a boom base box and several telescopic sections, it is advantageously provided that the at least one guy support is arranged on the main boom between the boom base box and the innermost telescopic section, i.e. between the base box and head box is. It is particularly advantageous here that the at least one guy support is arranged on the main boom in the region of the middle three, preferably two, particularly preferably the one middle, telescopic section.
Advantageously, a deflection pulley is mounted on a free end of the guy support, over which the luffing cable is guided. In this way, the supporting forces from the luffing cable can simply be introduced into the main boom and the telescopic sections can continue to be telescoped.
In the event that the luffing rope ends in the area of at least one luffing support, guy rods to further luffing supports and are in extension of the luffing cable used for the main boom extension in order to ultimately achieve a connection with the main boom extension to be luffed. Instead of a continuous luffing rope from the winch to the main boom extension, at least parts of it from the first luffing support in the direction of the main boom extension can be replaced by guy rods, straps, chains or other flexible components with high tensile strength.
Transport and assembly of the guy support is facilitated in that the guy support is arranged on the main boom so that it can pivot about a horizontal axis and the guy support can be raised from a rest position into an operating position. The at least one guy support is advantageously arranged on a head of a telescopic section of the telescopic boom.
In order to obtain clearly defined kinematics in the sense of a backwards pivoting direction of the guy support under its own weight or under the deflection force resulting from the deflected luffing cable, the guy support closes an angle to the main boom in the operating position in the range of 75 to 85 degrees, preferably 80 degrees , a. An angle of 90 degrees is preferable for raising the support with a hydraulic cylinder. Overall, the guy support in the operating position encloses an angle to the main boom in the range of 75 to 90 degrees.
A particularly simple erection of the guy support in terms of self-erecting is achieved in that the main boom is designed as a telescopic boom and the guy support can be erected from the rest position into the operating position via an extension movement of the telescopic boom. In addition, under the existing guying according to the invention, a telescopic boom can be extended further for comparable loads and correspondingly higher lifting heights are achieved.
For this purpose, it is advantageously provided that the guy support can be erected via a raising rope, which acts on the end of the guy support via a bracket on the guy support and is connected to a head of a telescopic section above the guy support.
For safety reasons it is provided that a safety rope limits a maximum erection of the guy support and the safety rope acts on the end of the guy support and is connected to a head of a telescopic section below the guy support. The guy support is prevented from folding away upwards.
In an advantageous embodiment, it is provided that several guy supports are arranged on different heads of telescopic sections of the telescopic boom.
A guy support that can be variably adjusted in terms of its length is particularly preferred. As a result, the deflection point or guide point between the guy support and the luffing cable can be shifted as far as possible away from the main boom in the orthogonal direction.

Furthermore, at an upper end of the fifth
This at least one luffing
