Claims (9)
- Agencement de ferrure (10) destiné à une fenêtre coulissante ou à une porte coulissante (1), comprenant un mécanisme d'actionnement (11) pouvant être disposé sur un vantail coulissant (5, 6), qui peut être déplacé au moins avec une section (12) dans la direction périphérique d'une feuillure, un premier élément de commande (13), qui est disposé sur la section (12) du mécanisme d'actionnement (11), et un deuxième élément de commande (14), qui est disposé sur un coulisseau transversal (15), sachant que ledit coulisseau transversal (15) est muni d'un élément de verrouillage (18), et que les éléments de commande (13, 14) interagissent et sont mutuellement coordonnés de façon telle que, lors d'un mouvement de la section (12) dans une direction de verrouillage, ledit élément de verrouillage (18) soit mû à l'écart du vantail coulissant (5, 6), perpendiculairement à un plan principal de la fenêtre coulissante ou de la porte coulissante (1), caractérisé par le fait qu'un troisième élément de commande (26), prévu sur le mécanisme d'actionnement (11), coopère avec un quatrième élément de commande (27) d'un second coulisseau transversal (25) pourvu d'un élément de fermeture (28), lesdits troisième et quatrième éléments de commande (26, 27) étant mutuellement coordonnés de telle sorte que, lors d'un mouvement dudit mécanisme d'actionnement (11) et notamment de la section (12), dans la direction de verrouillage, ledit élément de fermeture (28) soit mû vers le vantail coulissant (5, 6) perpendiculairement au plan principal de la fenêtre coulissante ou de la porte coulissante (1).
- Agencement de ferrure selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est prévu une pièce (16) de fixation au vantail, sur laquelle le coulisseau transversal (15) est disposé avec faculté de déplacement.
- Agencement de ferrure selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'un (14) des éléments de commande est réalisé en tant que profil de commande s'étendant, au moins par zones, transversalement par rapport à la direction périphérique de la feuillure, et l'autre élément de commande (13) est réalisé en tant que tourillon de commande coopérant avec ledit profil de commande.
- Agencement de ferrure selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que l'élément de verrouillage (18) peut être fixé au coulisseau transversal (15), notamment vissé dans ledit coulisseau transversal (15).
- Agencement de ferrure selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est prévu une pièce complémentaire (22) dédiée à l'élément de verrouillage (18), et munie d'un logement (23) conçu pour recevoir ledit élément de verrouillage (18) par complémentarité de formes.
- Agencement de ferrure selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que le logement (23) est réalisé en tant qu'évidement de passage.
- Agencement de ferrure selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par le fait que le tronçon (12) est un tronçon de tige de manoeuvre.
- Fenêtre coulissante ou porte coulissante (1) dotée d'un agencement de ferrure (10) conforme à l'une des revendications précédentes.
- Fenêtre coulissante ou porte coulissante selon la revendication 8, caractérisée par le fait qu'un longeron (21) en particulier stationnaire, faisant notamment partie du cadre fixe ou d'un champ fixe, comporte un évidement dans la région du logement (23) de la pièce complémentaire (22) en vue de la réception, au moins partielle, de l'élément de verrouillage (18).
