Description
The invention relates to a blasting nozzle for blasting or blasting objects such as components, tools, household items, pots, pans or the like, with the help of blasting material, which is fed to the blasting material with the aid of compressed air guided through at least one line, which is then via the blasting nozzle is discharged to the outside and can be directed to the objects to be blasted.
A jet nozzle for blasting or blasting objects such as components, tools, household items, pots, pans or the like is already generally known, in which a high level of wear occurs due to the unfavorable guidance of the blasting material within the blasting nozzle in the area of the air supply.
The invention aims to provide a remedy here and to form a wear-free jet nozzle.
The object is achieved according to the invention in that the blasting material runs over the entire length or at least partially over the length between the inlet end and the outlet end of the blasting nozzle in a straight line and / or coaxially to the center axis of the blasting nozzle and the compressed air for conveying the blasting material or granules laterally over the Line and an annular gap is guided into the interior of the jet nozzle. This ensures that the blasting material or granulate does not hit the inner walls directly, especially when entering the nozzle channels, but can be passed coaxially through the nozzle channels and also flows around the granulate when the compressed air enters the nozzle channels and continues through the nozzle channels.
For this purpose, it is advantageous that the blasting material or granulate is guided through the flow channels of the jet nozzle in such a way that the inner walls of the flow channels are not damaged even during very long use.
It is advantageous for this purpose that the annular gap in the interior of the jet nozzle is aligned coaxially to a central axis and is or can be flowed through by compressed air.
It is also advantageous that the annular gap in the interior of the nozzle is aligned coaxially to the central axis in such a way that it encases the blasting material on all sides like a pipe part or approximately concentrically encloses it and entrains the blasting material or granulate so that the granulate hardly comes into contact with the wall of the nozzle channels is.
It is also advantageous that the annular gap in the interior of the nozzle is aligned coaxially to the central axis in such a way that it surrounds the blasting material in the form of a hose.
It is also advantageous that the annular gap is formed by an inner outlet end of a front nozzle body and the opposite inner side of the cavity of a nozzle body part or centering ring.
It is of particular importance for the present invention that the jet nozzle is composed of several nozzle body parts and that an annular chamber is provided between the inlet part and the outlet part of the jet nozzle in the area of an inlet point for the compressed air, the diameter of which is larger than the diameter of the bores of the two Nozzle body in the inlet and outlet area of the jet nozzle and that a mixing body is provided on the annular chamber in which the compressed air hits the blasting material after leaving the annular chamber. As a result, the manufacturing costs are reduced and the assembly of the numerous individual parts of the jet nozzle is made considerably easier and the time required for assembly is thus shortened.
It is also advantageous that the annular chamber is on the same or approximately the same transverse plane as the inlet opening of the connecting pipe for Compressed air lies, the annular chamber being provided in front of the annular gap between the front end of the nozzle body and the conical wall part of the funnel-shaped tapered cavity in the centering ring or the nozzle body part with reference to the flow direction of the blasting material. The compressed air can collect in the annular chamber and then calm down via an annular channel adjoining the annular chamber so that the compressed air is converted into a laminar flow and only then hits the blasting material in a downstream mixing chamber, through the advantageous flow guidance the blasting material is hose-like encased and continues through the flow channel and also largely ensures that the granulate has no or almost no wall contact with the nozzle channels.
Furthermore, it is advantageous that the funnel-shaped tapered cavity is arranged downstream in the nozzle body part or centering ring with respect to the flow direction of the blasting material and that the granulate-air mixture is further accelerated by the cross-sectional constriction.
It is also advantageous that the nozzle body part or centering ring can be pushed into a cylindrical cavity of the mixing body and secured with the aid of a screw connection.
It is also advantageous that the nozzle body provided in the front outlet area and in the rear inlet area each consists of an outer and an inner concentrically arranged cylindrical pipe section and that the pipe section located on the inside is made of a very hard material such as boron carbide.

The blasting

When the solenoid valve is opened, the air flows through the air hose into the blasting
