Abstract

A dry mixture of concrete and aggregates is mixed with water prior to bulk injection by tube or pipe to a structure. The mixing action of water to dry components is supplemented in a secondary mixing assembly which is a pipe (1) containing a rising V-shaped plane, translating through a saddle to a descending through a V-shaped plane.

Description

A major problem with the dry spray concrete method is, inter alia, the 100% mixing of the dry mix with water. To solve this problem, there are numerous devices, both in the water jet area, and in other parts of the system. However, it is still a problem to mix dry mix in continuous mixing dust-free with water. There is already a Nachmischrohr, as in the patent application EP 05 000 200.5 described. However, this post-mixing tube can become clogged.

Such a mixing tube is in the DE 20 2004 000 656 U1 shown. The post-mixing tube has an inlet and a discharge tube section, between which a mixing section is arranged with impact surfaces and reflection surfaces oriented obliquely with respect to the mixture to be flowed through. The flow-side and downstream-side impact surfaces have a cross-sectionally v-shaped form, while the reflection surfaces are flat in cross-section.

The object of the invention is to find a simple, cost-effective and site-specific solution. This object is achieved with a post-mixing tube according to claim 1. Further advantageous embodiments are specified in the dependent claims.

In the post-mixing tube, the wetted material first meets the impact surfaces (2.1) and (4.1) and is deflected by these onto the reflection surfaces (3.1) and (3.2). Another deflection occurs when hitting the impact surface (2.2) from where the mix is further blown down and forward into the pipe.

The impact surfaces (2.2) go with one or more connection surfaces (2.3) shallower in the subsequent lower tube area conical or concave or flat.

This deflection process results in intensive mixing of the mixed material with water, so that dust formation on leaving the mixture from the pipe is negligible or absent. The rebound is also much lower due to the good mixing of the mix with water.

3An embodiment of the post-mixing tube is designed so that the water nozzles for the wetting of the mixed material in the extended, feeding tube (5) are arranged. This feeding tube (5) is pushed into a receiving part (6) with water connection. 3
