Claims (7)
- Uhren-Begrenzungsvorrichtung (100) für eine Uhr (1000), umfassend einen Oszillator (200) und Mittel für die Begrenzung der Gangabweichung des Oszillators (200) in den verschiedenen Positionen der Uhr (1000) im Raum, wobei die Vorrichtung (100) wenigstens ein Tourbillon (300), oder ein Karussell, umfasst, das ein Gestell (4) umfasst, das drehbar um eine Gestellachse (D) in Bezug auf eine Platine (900) montiert ist, die ein festes Rad oder auch ein Mittelrad oder ein Sekundenrad trägt,wobei das Gestell (4) den Oszillator (200) trägt und ein Gestellrad (6) umfasst, das angeordnet ist, um von einer Energiequelle (400) der Uhr (1000) oder eines Werks (800) angetrieben zu werden, und wobei das Gestell (4) einen Hemmungsmechanismus (700) trägt, der angeordnet ist, um mit dem Oszillator (200) zusammenzuwirken, und der einen Hemmungszwischentrieb (201) umfasst, der in das feste Rad oder auch in das Mittelrad oder Sekundenrad eingreift,wobei die Vorrichtung (100) imstande ist, den Oszillator (200) zu stoppen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung eine Steuerstange (3) umfasst, die angeordnet ist, um mit einem Steuerorgan außerhalb des Tourbillon (300) oder Karussells zusammenzuwirken, um gemäß der Richtung derGestellachse (D) in eine aktive Sperrposition einen Hebefinger (9) gegen ein erstes elastisches Rückstellmittel (90) axial zu schieben, das dazu neigt, gemäß der Richtung der Gestellachse (D), den Hebefinger (9) in eine axiale Ruheposition aufliegend auf dem Gestellrad (6) axial zurückzustellen, wobei der Hebefinger (9) eine Rampe (99) umfasst, die angeordnet ist, um, in Bezug auf die Gestellachse (D), einen Anschlagfinger (11) gegen ein zweites elastisches Rückstellmittel (12) radial zurückzuschieben, das dazu neigt, den Anschlagfinger (11) von der Gestellachse (D) radial zu beabstanden, wobei sich der Anschlagfinger (11) in seiner von der Gestellachse (D) am weitesten entfernten radialen Position befindet, wenn sich der Hebefinger (9) in seiner Ruheposition befindet, und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass, in der aktiven Sperrposition des Hebefingers (9), der Anschlagfinger (11) angeordnet ist, um in eine Anschlagkurvenscheibe (14) einzugreifen, die mit einem Drehteil des Oszillators (200) fest verbunden ist, und die Anschlagkurvenscheibe (14) in einer Winkelposition zu sperren, die von der Totpunktposition des Oszillators (200) entfernt ist.
- Begrenzungsvorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (100) Mittel zur Zeigerstellung (500) umfasst, die das Steuerorgan bilden oder steuern, das angeordnet ist, um die Steuerstange (3) beim Übergang der Mittel zur Zeigerstellung (500) von einer Ruheposition T1 in eine betätigte Position T2 in eine erste Betätigungsrichtung zu bewegen, und um die Steuerstange (3) beim Übergang der Mittel zur Zeigerstellung (500) von der betätigten Position T2 in die Ruheposition T1 in eine zweite, der ersten Richtung entgegengesetzte Richtung zu bewegen.
- Begrenzungsvorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anschlagfinger (11) das distale Ende einer Gabel (110) bildet, die auf einer unteren Gestellbrücke (7) geführt wird, welche das Gestell (4) umfasst, gemäß einer radialen Richtung in Bezug auf die Gestellachse (D), durch Zusammenwirken von Langlöchern (111) und Stiften (112), wobei die einen mit der unteren Brücke (7) und die anderen mit der Gabel (110) fest verbunden sind, oder umgekehrt.
- Begrenzungsvorrichtung (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Anschlagfinger (11), auf Höhe seiner Kontaktfläche mit der Anschlagkurvenscheibe (14), eine Spitze (113) oder eine zugespitzte Oberfläche umfasst.
- Begrenzungsvorrichtung (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anschlagkurvenscheibe (14), auf Höhe ihrer Kontaktfläche mit dem Anschlagfinger (11), eine Spitze (143) oder eine zugespitzte Oberfläche umfasst.
- Begrenzungsvorrichtung (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Oszillator (200) eine Unruh-Spiralfeder-Einheit ist.
- Uhr (1000), umfassend ein Uhrwerk (800), umfassend Energiespeichermittel (400), einen Oszillator (200), Mittel zur Zeigerstellung (500) und eine Begrenzungsvorrichtung (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, umfassend den Oszillator (200), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tourbillon (300) oder Karussell ein Anzeigeorgan der Uhr (1000) bildet oder angeordnet ist, um wenigstens ein Anzeigeorgan der Uhr (1) anzutreiben, und dadurch, dass die Mittel zur Zeigerstellung (500) das Steuerorgan bilden oder steuern.
