Claims (8)
- Eine Uhrwerkbegrenzungsvorrichtung (100) für eine Uhr, umfassend einen Oszillator (200) und umfassend Mittel zum Begrenzen der Gangabweichung des Oszillators (200) in den verschiedenen Positionen der Uhr (1000) im Raum, wobei die Vorrichtung (100) mindestens ein Tourbillon (300) oder ein Karussell umfasst, das einen Gestell (10) umfasst, der um eine Gestellachse (D) schwenkbar relativ zu einer Trägerplatine (900) eines feststehendes Rades (210) montiert ist, wenn die Begrenzungsvorrichtung (100) ein Tourbillon umfasst, wobei das Gestell (10) den Oszillator (200) trägt und einen Gestellrad (5) umfasst, das eingerichtet ist, um von einer Energiequelle (400) der Uhr (1000) oder einem Uhrwerk (800) über ein Räderwerk angetrieben zu werden, und wobei das Gestell (10) einen Hemmungsmechanismus (700) trägt, der eingerichtet ist, um mit dem Oszillator (200) zusammenzuwirken und einen Hemmungstrieb (201) umfasst, der in das feststehende Rad (210) eingreift, wenn die Begrenzungsvorrichtung (100) ein Tourbillon umfasst oder in ein Zwischenrad oder ein Sekundenrad eingreift, welches das Räderwerk umfasst, wenn die Begrenzungsvorrichtung (100) ein Karussell umfasst, wobei die Vorrichtung (100) eine Steuerstange (30) umfasst, die eingerichtet ist, um mit einem externen Steuerelement des Tourbillons (300) oder Karussells zusammenzuwirken, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stange eingerichtet ist, um im Wesentlichen radial in Bezug auf die Gestellachse (D) eine elastische Lamelle (4) zu drücken, die eingerichtet ist, um im Wesentlichen tangential am Gestellrad (5) anzuliegen, um den Gestell (10) während eines Durchlaufs des Steuerelements von einer Ruhestellung in eine Arbeitsstellung zu stoppen und um vom Gestellrad (5) beabstandet zu bleiben, wenn sich das Steuerelement in seiner Ruhestellung befindet.
- Begrenzungsvorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Vorrichtung (100) Mittel zur Zeigereinstellung (500) umfasst, die das Steuerelement bilden oder steuern, das eingerichtet ist, um die Steuerstange (30) in eine erste Aktivierungsrichtung zu bewegen während des Durchlaufs der Mittel zur Zeigereinstellung (500) von einer Ruhestellung T1 in eine Arbeitsstellung T2, und um die Steuerstange (30) in eine zweite Richtung zu bewegen, entgegen der ersten Richtung während des Durchlaufs der Mittel zur Zeigereinstellung (500) von der Arbeitsstellung T2 in die Ruhestellung T1.
- Begrenzungsvorrichtung (100) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastische Lamelle (4) eine Zahnung (41) umfasst, die eingerichtet ist, um in Eingriff mit der Zahnung des Gestellrades (5) zusammenzuwirken.
- Begrenzungsvorrichtung (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die elastische Lamelle (4) bezüglich ihrer Befestigung an der Steuerstange (30) freitragend erstreckt.
- Begrenzungsvorrichtung (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastische Lamelle (4) eine konvexe Oberfläche an der Seite des Gestell (10) aufweist.
- Begrenzungsvorrichtung (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die elastische Lamelle (4) eine konkave Oberfläche an der Seite des Gestell (10) aufweist.
- Begrenzungsvorrichtung (100) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Oszillator (200) ein Unruh-Spiralsystems ist.
- Uhr (1000), die ein Uhrwerk (800) umfasst, das Energiespeichermittel (400), einen Oszillator (200), Mittel zur Zeigereinstellung (500) und eine Begrenzungsvorrichtung (100) umfasst, nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, umfassend den Oszillator (200), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Tourbillon (300) oder Karussell ein Anzeigeelement der Uhr (1000) bildet oder eingerichtet ist, um mindestens ein Anzeigeelement der Uhr (1000) anzutreiben, und dass die Mittel zur Zeigereinstellung (500) das Steuerelement bilden oder steuern.
