Die Konstruktion dieser Ausführungsform entspricht im Wesentlichen der in Figur 4 gezeigten Konstruktion der Verpackung 32 beziehungsweise des Innenkragens 10. Allerdings ist in der fünften Ausführungsform der Innenkragen 10 einstückig mit der Verpackung 32 ausgebildet. Man erkennt, dass der Innenkragen 10 als Teilelement der Vorderwand 34 und den Seitenwänden 36, 38 der Verpackung 32 ausgebildet ist. Bezüglich der weiteren Merkmale der Verpackung 32 und des Innenkragens 10 gemäß der fünften Ausführungsform verweisen wir auf die Beschreibung dieser Merkmale in der vierten Ausführungsform, wobei gleiche Bezugszeichen identische Merkmale bezeichnen. Claims (11)

  1. An inner frame (10) for a packaging (32) for storing goods, in particular rod-shaped goods like cigarettes, tobacco sticks and the like, including
    - a front wall (12),
    - sidewalls (14, 16), which are connected to the front wall (12) via bending lines (18, 20), and
    - at least one engagement and vision hollow (22) in the area of the front wall (12), wherein
    the front wall (12) includes at least one locking flap (24) for locking with a lid construction (40) of the packaging (32) and in closed state of the packaging (32), characterized in that
    at least one wall element (56) is hinged to the front wall (12) in an area outside of the engagement and vision hollow (22) and the locking flap (24) is formed by means of a cutting line (60) starting from a bending line (58) connecting the wall element (56) and the front wall (12).
  2. The inner frame according to claim 1,
    characterized in that
    the locking flap (24) is arranged on the front wall (12) such that it can be locked on an inner side of the lid construction (40), in particular on an inner side of a lid front wall (42) of the lid construction (40), with a corresponding edge (26), recess (28), opening or contour (30) in closed state of the packaging (32).
  3. The inner frame according to any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the wall element (56) is formed such that it can be locked on an inner side of the lid construction (40), in particular on an inner side of a lid front wall (42) of the lid construction (40), with a corresponding edge, recess, opening or contour in closed state of the packaging (32).
  4. The inner frame according to any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    it is formed as a separate element or integrally as a partial element at least of a front wall (34) and corresponding sidewalls (36, 38) of the packaging (32).
  5. The inner frame according to any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    the inner frame (10) is composed of paper, cardboard or plastic or a combination of these materials.
  6. The inner frame according to any one of the preceding claims,
    characterized in that
    a color surface and/or a metallically shining surface and/or at least one text, shape and/or motif surface are at least partially formed on the outer and/or inner side of the wall element (56).
  7. The inner frame according to claim 6,
    characterized in that
    a contour of the text, shape and/or motif surface is at least partially formed by means of at least one cutting line.
  8. The inner frame according to claim 6 or 7,
    characterized in that
    the text, shape and/or motif surface is produced by means of laser energy and/or by means of die-cutting.
  9. A packaging (32) for storing goods, in particular rod-shaped goods like cigarettes, tobacco sticks and the like, including
    - an inner frame (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 8,
    - a front wall (34) and a rear wall, sidewalls (36, 38) connecting the front and rear walls, as well as
    - a bottom construction (62) for forming a storage space (64) for the goods, and
    - a lid construction (40) including a lid front wall (42), a lid top wall (44) and a lid rear wall (46), wherein the lid construction (40) is hinged to an end of the rear wall opposing the bottom construction (62) via a bending line (48).
  10. The packaging (32) according to claim 9,
    characterized in that
    the inner frame (10) is formed as a separate element or integrally as an element at least of the front wall (34) and the sidewalls (36, 38) of the packaging (32).
  11. The packaging (32) according to claim 9or 10,
    characterized in that
    the wall element (56) is formed such that it can be locked with an edge (26) of a flap (50) abutting on the inner side of the lid front wall (42) in the closed state of the packaging (32).
