The invention relates to an inner frame for storing goods, in particular rod-shaped goods such as cigarettes, tobacco rods or the like, comprising a front wall, side walls connected to the front wall by bending lines, and at least one engaging and visual hollow in the region of the front wall. Furthermore, the invention relates to a package for storing goods, in particular rod-shaped goods such as cigarettes, tobacco rods or the like.

Background

Such inner frames and packs are well known. In particular, these packages are flip-top packages, which represent a broad form of package for cigarettes and the like. Thus, DE 69418258T 2 and DE 10106549 a1 describe such packages which are prismatic along their longitudinal axis, wherein the lid is hinged to a container-like receiving area. These packs usually comprise a so-called frame or inner frame, which is formed as a separate element and is introduced into the receiving area of the pack. Wherein the frame partially protrudes from the package and comprises an engaging and visual hollow formed at an edge of a front side of the frame, the engaging and visual hollow being partially aligned with the front side of the receiving area.

However, a disadvantage in these known inner frames and packagings is that there is only insufficient closure security in such known inner frames and corresponding packagings. Thus, the package can usually be opened without applying a force. This is particularly problematic if a child attempts to open such a package for cigarettes.

Summary of The Invention

It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a universal inner frame and packaging which ensures improved closure security.

An inner frame having the features of claim 1 and a pack having the features of claim 13 are used to solve these objects. Advantageous configurations of the inner frame according to the invention and the package according to the invention are described in the respective dependent claims. Wherein an advantageous configuration of the inner frame is considered to be an advantageous configuration of the pack and vice versa.

A first aspect of the invention relates to an inner frame for a pack for storing goods, in particular rod-shaped goods such as cigarettes, tobacco rods or the like, the inner frame comprising a front wall, side walls connected to the front wall by bending lines, and at least one engaging and visually hollow portion in the region of the front wall. Wherein the front wall comprises at least one locking flap for locking with a lid structure of the package and in a closed state of the package.

By the construction of the inner frame according to the invention with an additional locking tab on the front wall, an inner frame is created which ensures improved closure security. By means of the locking tab, the package and the lid structure, respectively, can only be opened by a considerable force. In particular, it is necessary to exert a pressure on the lid structure in the lateral direction to open the package. Thus, the risk of a child opening the package is greatly reduced. In a further advantageous design of the inner frame according to the invention, the locking tab is arranged on the front wall such that it can be locked on the inside of the lid structure, in particular on the inside of the lid front wall of the lid structure, with the respective edge, groove, opening or contour in the closed state of the package. Thereby, the closure security is greatly improved, since the locking of the lid structure and the inner frame of the pack takes place.

In a further advantageous embodiment of the inner frame according to the invention, the locking flap is formed by a cut and bend line formed on the front wall. Since the locking flap is formed integrally with the front wall, it allows for a simple and inexpensive production of the locking flap. However, it is also possible that at least one wall element is hinged to the front wall in the outer region of the engaging and visual hollow. Wherein the locking tab may be formed by a cut line starting from a bend line connecting the wall element and the front wall. This construction possibility of the locking tab also allows for its simple and inexpensive production. In addition, by means of the additional wall element, the possibility is provided of forming at least partially a coloured surface and/or a metallic lustrous coloured surface and/or at least one text, shape and/or pattern surface on the outside and/or inside of the wall element. Wherein the contour of the text, shape and/or pattern surface can be formed at least partially by means of at least one cutting line. In addition, there is the possibility of producing text, shapes and/or patterned surfaces by laser energy and/or by die cutting. The wall elements significantly increase the printable surface of the front wall of the inner frame so that it can be used for additional advertising effects etc. However, it is also possible to form at least one locking flap on the wall element itself for locking with the lid structure of the package and in the closed state of the package. Therein, the wall element may for example be formed such that it can be locked on the inner side of the cover structure, in particular on the inner side of the cover front wall of the cover structure, with the respective edge, groove, opening or contour in the closed state of the package. Thus, the wall element provides additional closure security.

In a further advantageous design of the inner frame according to the invention, it is formed as a separate element or integrally as at least a partial element on the front wall and the respective side wall of the pack. If the inner frame is formed as a separate element, it is for example adhered to the inside, in particular the inside of the front wall of the package. This additional production step may be omitted if the inner frame is integrally formed with the front wall and the respective side wall of the pack.

The inner frame is usually composed of paper, cardboard or plastic or a combination of these materials. In particular, the locking tab should be formed with relatively rigid material properties. Other materials are also conceivable, in particular coating materials may also be used for the inner frame and/or the package according to the second inventive aspect.

A second aspect of the invention relates to a package for storing goods, in particular rod-shaped goods such as cigarettes, tobacco rods, comprising a front wall and a rear wall, side walls connecting the front and rear walls and a bottom structure for forming a goods storage space, and a lid structure comprising a lid front wall, a lid top wall and a lid rear wall, wherein the lid structure is hinged by a bend line to an end of the rear wall opposite the bottom structure. Furthermore, the pack according to the invention comprises an inner frame according to the first aspect of the invention described above. As already described with respect to the first aspect of the invention, such a package advantageously ensures improved closure security.

In a further advantageous design of the pack according to the invention the inner frame is formed as a separate element or integrally formed as elements of at least the front wall and the side walls of the pack. In addition, the wall element may be formed such that it can be locked in the closed state of the package by the edges of the flaps abutting on the inner side of the lid front wall. This ensures a simple and safe closure security.

Further features and advantages thereof can be derived from the description of the first inventive aspect, wherein an advantageous configuration of the first inventive aspect is considered as an advantageous configuration of the second inventive aspect and vice versa.

Fig. 4 shows a schematic view of a pack 32 with an inner frame 10 according to a fourth embodiment. It is appreciated that in addition to the embodiment shown in fig. 1-3, inner frame 10 further comprises wall elements 56, which wall elements 56 are hinged to front wall 12 via bend lines 58 in the region engaging and viewing outside of hollow 22. The additional wall element 56 provides on the one hand an additional surface for possible advertising impressions or the like.
