Description

The present invention relates to a packaging with an inner collar for storing goods, in particular rod-shaped goods such as cigarettes, tobacco sticks and the like, comprising a front wall, side walls which are connected to the front wall via bending lines, and at least one engagement and viewing recess in the area of front wall.

A wide variety of such inner collars and packaging are known. In particular, these packages are folding boxes, which are a widespread form of packaging for cigarettes and the like. That's how they describe it DE 694 18 258 T2 and the DE 101 06 549 A1 Such packaging in the form of a prismatic body along its longitudinal axis, with a lid being hinged to a container-like receiving area. These packagings usually have a so-called collar or inner collar (“inner frame”), which is designed as a separate element and is inserted into the receiving area of the packaging. The collar partially protrudes from the packaging and has an edge-shaped engagement and viewing recess on the front of the collar, which is partially aligned with the front of the receiving area. From the US 5,137,148 A a packaging for storing goods is known, which includes the features of the preamble of claim 1.

However, the disadvantage of these known inner collars and packaging is that in such known inner collars only the front side of the inner collar is used for printing and/or attaching design surfaces and/or Advertising spaces and/or advertising messages are available, which are significantly reduced in size by the intervention and viewing recess.

It is therefore the object of the present invention to provide a generic packaging which ensures improved options for attaching prints and/or design areas and/or advertising areas and/or advertising messages or the like with improved functionality.

A packaging with the features of claim 1 is used to solve these tasks. Advantageous embodiments of the packaging according to the invention are described in the respective subclaims.

The invention relates to packaging for storing goods, in particular rod-shaped goods such as cigarettes, tobacco sticks and the like, comprising a front wall and a rear wall, side walls connecting the front and rear walls, as well as a base structure for forming a storage space for the goods and a lid structure comprising a Lid front wall, a lid top wall and a lid rear wall, the lid construction being articulated via a bending line at an end of the rear wall opposite the bottom construction. Furthermore, the packaging according to the invention comprises an inner collar arranged within the packaging. The inner collar includes a front wall, side walls that are connected to the front wall via bending lines and at least one engagement and viewing recess in the area of the front wall. The front wall has at least one wall element that is at least partially detachably connected to the front wall, the wall element being designed in such a way that it at least partially covers the engagement and viewing recess. In addition, at least one further wall element is articulated on the wall element that at least partially covers the engagement and viewing recess on the side opposite the front wall of the inner collar. The area for such presentations will be significantly increased. The further wall element is designed as a latching tab, so that when the inner collar is attached to the packaging, it latches with a latching element and/or an inside of a lid structure of the packaging when the packaging is closed. The further wall element can be designed, for example, as a locking tab that extends over the entire side of the wall element opposite the front wall or at least in certain areas. The latching element of the lid construction is formed by means of a closing edge of an inner lid wall of the lid construction and/or at least one recess formed in an inner lid wall. Such packaging advantageously ensures that improved options for attaching prints and/or design areas and/or advertising areas and/or advertising messages and the like are possible. The additional wall element of the inner collar creates additional display and advertising options that can supplement or replace the design or advertising messages on the front of the container-like receiving area of the packaging. The extended locking options for the lid construction of the packaging on the inner collar according to the first aspect of the invention also significantly increase the functionality of the packaging.

The inventive design of the inner collar of the packaging with the additional wall element that at least partially covers the engagement and viewing recess results in an inner collar which ensures improved options for attaching prints and/or design areas and/or advertising areas and/or advertising messages or the like. The additional wall element creates additional display and advertising options that complement or replace the design or advertising messages on the front of the container-like receiving area of the packaging.

Furthermore, there is the possibility that on the first wall element of the Inner collar for at least partially covering the engagement and viewing recess at least one locking tab for locking with a lid structure of the packaging is formed when the inner collar is attached in the packaging and in the closed state of the packaging. Furthermore, there is the possibility that at least one locking tab is formed on the further, second wall element of the inner collar, which is articulated on the first wall element, for locking with the lid structure of the packaging when the inner collar is attached in the packaging and in the closed state of the packaging . It is possible that the respective locking tab of the first and/or second wall element is designed in such a way that it locks with a terminal edge of an internal cover wall of the cover construction and/or at least one recess formed in an internal cover wall. Overall, the construction according to the invention can advantageously form a variety of locking options for the lid construction on the inner collar of the packaging. In addition to further support and retaining tabs on the inner collar, this not only results in a retention of the lid construction of the packaging but also a type of safety closure that can only be released by exerting a force on the lid construction and a corresponding deformation of the locking means mentioned. This also significantly increases the functionality of the inner collar.

In further advantageous embodiments of the invention, the inner collar has a wall element which is connected to the front wall of the inner collar via a bending line and laterally adjoining cutting or perforation lines. However, there is also the possibility that the wall element that at least partially covers the engagement and viewing recess is connected to the front wall via a continuous perforation line. Advantageously, there is therefore the possibility that the wall element can be moved over the bending line, for example, so that the engagement and viewing trough is released. The wall element is delimited laterally by cutting or perforation lines, which enable the wall element to be detached from the front wall of the inner collar. But there is also the possibility that the wall element a continuous perforation line is connected to the front wall of the inner collar and can thus be completely and permanently detached. In this embodiment, for example, there is the possibility that the separated wall element can be used as a voucher, business card or similar. The invention therefore also guarantees increased functionality of this element of the inner collar.

In further advantageous embodiments of the packaging according to the invention, the inner collar on the outside and/or inside of the wall element and/or the further wall element at least partially has a colored area and/or a shiny metallic colored area and/or at least one text, shape and/or or motif area. There is also the possibility that a contour of the text, shape and/or motif surface is at least partially formed by means of at least one cutting line. There is also the possibility that the text, shape and/or motif surface is produced using laser energy and/or punching.

In a further advantageous embodiment of the packaging, the inner collar consists of paper, cardboard or plastic or a combination of these materials. Other suitable materials are also conceivable.

In further advantageous embodiments of the packaging according to the invention, the inner collar is designed as a separate element or in one piece as an element of at least the front wall and the side walls of the packaging. Furthermore, the wall element is designed in such a way that, when the packaging is closed, it can be locked with an edge of a tab resting on the inside of the front wall of the lid. The Figure 1 shows a schematically illustrated inner collar 10 according to a first embodiment. The inner collar 10 is designed for packaging for storing goods, in particular rod-shaped goods such as cigarettes, tobacco sticks and the like. It can be seen that the inner collar 10 has a front wall 12, side walls 14, 16 and an engagement and viewing recess 22 in the area of the front wall 12. The side walls 14, 16 are connected to the front wall 12 via the bending lines 18, 20 or are articulated to it.

Furthermore, it can be seen that the front wall 12 has a wall element 24 which is partially detachably connected to the front wall 12, the wall element 24 is designed such that it completely covers the engagement and viewing recess 22. The wall element 24 is separated from the front wall 12 by means of cutting lines 28, 30 in the lateral areas adjacent to the front wall 12. In a central region of the wall element 24, the wall element 24 is connected to the front wall 12 via a bending line 26. In the exemplary embodiment shown, the bending line 26 runs approximately parallel to the longitudinal extent of the inner collar 10. It is clear that the wall element 24 is articulated to the front wall 12 via the bending line 26 and can be moved accordingly about the axis of the bending line 26. Due to the design of the wall element 24, the front surface of the inner collar 10 increases by the area of the engagement and viewing trough 22 formed in conventional inner collars. However, the engagement and viewing trough 22 does not lose its purpose, namely easier removal of the goods arranged in the packaging to ensure that the wall element 24 in the illustrated embodiment can be moved forward, that is, out of the leaf plane of the figure. The significantly enlarged front surface of the inner collar 10 consisting of the front wall 12 and the wall element 24 results in a variety of options for attaching prints and/or design areas and/or advertising areas and/or advertising messages or the like. The same naturally also applies to the back of the inner collar 10, which is initially facing away from the viewer.

Furthermore, it can be seen that the bending lines 18, 20 of the inner collar 10 are at least partially interrupted by cutting lines 42. The cutting lines 42 form locking tabs 44, which come into contact with the inside of a lid structure of the packaging when the inner collar 10 is arranged within a package and thus form a locking or friction closure. It can also be seen that tabs 34, 36 are arranged on the side walls 14, 16 via respective bending lines 38, 40, which rest on an inside of a rear wall of the corresponding packaging and/or on a lid rear wall of the lid construction of the corresponding packaging.

Figure 2 shows a schematic representation of an inner collar 10 according to one second embodiment. In contrast to that in Figure 1 In the illustrated embodiment of the inner collar 10, the wall element 24 is connected to the front wall 12 via a continuous perforation line 32. It can be seen that the wall element 24 can be completely separated from the front wall 12 during use. This creates the possibility, for example, of designing the wall element 24 as a type of voucher, business card or similar, which can then optionally be stored separately from the inner collar 10 or the corresponding packaging. Regarding the further features of this second exemplary embodiment, we refer to the in Figure 1 identical features shown and described.

Figure 3 shows a schematic representation of an inner collar 10 according to a third embodiment. It can be seen that the third embodiment of the inner collar 10 in Figure 1 shown first embodiment. In contrast to that in Figure 1 In the first embodiment shown, however, a further second wall element 46 is articulated here on the wall element 24. The articulation takes place via a bending line 80, which runs approximately parallel to the bending line 26 and is formed on the side opposite the bending line 26 or the front wall 12. The additional wall element 46 significantly increases the usable front surface of the inner collar 10, since this is now formed by the front wall 12, the wall element 24 and the additional additional wall element 46. The additional wall element 46 can also be used as a closure and/or locking element for a lid construction of a packaging, as in the following Figures 5a and 5b shown.

Regarding the other features of the in Figure 3 shown third embodiment of the inner collar 10 we refer to the description of these features in Figure 1 shown first embodiment of the inner collar 10.

Figure 4 shows a schematic representation of an inner collar 10 according to a fourth embodiment. This fourth embodiment of the inner collar 10 corresponds to that in Figure 3 shown third embodiment of the inner collar. In contrast, however, the wall element 24 is again connected to the front wall 12 of the inner collar 10 by a continuous perforation line 32. This means that the wall element 24 with the further wall element 46 articulated thereon can be completely detached from the inner collar or the front wall 12. Regarding the further features of the inner collar 10 according to the fourth embodiment, we refer to the descriptions of the previous embodiments, which have identical features.

Figure 5a shows a schematic representation of a packaging 56 in a partially opened state comprising the inner collar 10 according to Figure 3 . The packaging 56 is used to store goods, in particular rod-shaped goods such as cigarettes, tobacco sticks and the like. It can be seen that the packaging 56 has a front wall 58, a rear wall 60 and side walls 62, 64 connecting the front and rear walls 58, 60. Furthermore, the packaging 56 includes a floor structure 66 to form a storage space 68 for the goods (not shown). It can be seen that the packaging 56 also has a lid construction 70, the lid construction 70 having a lid front wall 72, a lid top wall 74 and a lid rear wall 76. The cover construction 70 is articulated to an end of the rear wall 60 opposite the base construction 66 via a bending line 78 (see Figure 8a ). The inner collar 10 is arranged within the packaging 56. It can be seen that when the packaging 56 is opened, the additional wall element 46, which is connected to the wall element 24 via the bending lines 48, comes into the field of vision of the user of the packaging 56. This means, for example, that appropriate advertising messages can be conveyed. The additional wall element 46 can also rest on an inside of the lid construction 70 - namely in the closed state of the packaging 56 (not shown) - on an inside of the lid construction 70 and lock with it and thus form an additional locking security.

Figure 5b shows the packaging 56 according to Figure 5a with a folded out wall element 24 of the inner collar 10. It can be seen that after the wall element 24 and the associated additional wall element 46 have been folded out, the engagement and viewing recess 22 of the inner collar 10 is released. This makes it possible to easily remove the goods contained in the packaging 56.

The Figures 6 and 7 each show schematic representations of an inner collar 10 according to a fifth and sixth embodiment. It can be seen that in both embodiments the wall element 24 is connected to the front wall 12 via the cutting lines 28, 30 and the bending line 26. The wall elements 24 also each have further wall elements 46, which are articulated to the wall element 24 via the bending lines 80. In contrast to those in the Figures 1 to 4 illustrated embodiments of the inner collar 10 is in the embodiments according to Figures 6 and 7 the front wall 12 is made smaller in the area below the engagement and viewing trough 22. In the exemplary embodiment shown, an additional tab 82 is also articulated on the front wall of the lid 72 via a corresponding bending line. The cover construction 70 is articulated to the rear wall 60 via a bending line 78.

It can be seen that the wall tab 82 is connected to the front wall of the lid 72 via a bending line 92 and rests against the inside of the front wall of the lid when the packaging is folded. A final edge 94 of the additional wall tab 82 is arranged in such a way that it can be locked with a corresponding edge of the additional wall element 46 of the inner tab 10. These two elements form a locking device when the packaging is closed. This locking can only be easily released by squeezing the lid construction.

Figure 10 shows a schematic representation of an inner collar 10 according to an eighth embodiment. The inner collar 10 consists of the front wall 12 and the two side walls 14, 16. The wall element 24 is limited by the cutting lines 28, 30 and the bending line 26 and is at least partially connected to the front wall 12. Another wall element 46 is in turn articulated to the wall element via the bending line 80. In contrast to the previously described exemplary embodiments of the inner collar 10, two locking lugs 50, 52 are formed here in the area of the bending line 80. Through corresponding cuts in the wall element 24 and through the bending line 80, the locking lugs 50, 52 protrude from the plane of the wall element 24 and can lock or engage with the inside of a lid structure of a corresponding packaging - within which the inner collar 10 is arranged. For example, corresponding recesses for receiving the locking lugs 50, 52 can be formed in the additional tab 82 resting on the inside of the cover construction.

The packaging 56 described as well as the inner collar 10 usually consist of cardboard, paper or plastic or a combination of these materials. Other suitable materials are also conceivable.

Claims (11)

1. A packaging (56) for storing goods, in particular rod-shaped goods like cigarettes, tobacco sticks and the like, including

   - a front wall (58) and a rear wall (60), sidewalls (62, 64) connecting the front and rear walls (58, 60), as well as

   - a bottom construction (66) for form ing a storage space (68) for the goods, and

   - a lid construction (70) including a lid front wall (72), a lid top wall (74) and a lid rear wall (76), wherein the lid construction (70) is hinged to an end of the rear wall (60) opposing the bottom construction (66) via a bending line (78), and

   - an inner frame (10) arranged within the packaging (56), wherein the inner frame includes

   - a front wall (12),

   - sidewalls (14, 16), which are connected to the front wall (12) via bending lines (18, 20), and

   - at least one engagement and vision hollow (22) in the area of the front wall (12), and

   wherein the front wall (12) comprises at least one wall element (24) at least partially detachably connected to the front wall (12), wherein the wall element (24) is formed such that it at least partially covers the engagement and vision hollow (22),

   and wherein at least one further wall element (46) is hinged to the wall element (24) on the side opposing the front wall (12),

   characterized in that

   the further wall element (46) is formed as a locking flap such that it locks with a locking element of the lid construction (70) in closed state of the packaging (56), wherein the locking element is formed by means of a terminal edge (94) of an internal lid wall (82) of the lid construction (70) and/or at least one recess formed in an internal lid wall (82).

   the wall element (24) is connected to the front wall (12) via a bending line (26) and cutting or perforation lines (28, 30) laterally adjoining thereto.

   the wall element (24) is connected to the front wall (12) via a perforation line (32).

   characterized in that
   the further wall element (46) formed as a locking flap is formed extending across the entire side of the wall element (24) opposing the front wall (12) or at least in certain areas there.

   at least one locking flap (50, 52) for locking with a lid construction (70) of the packaging (56) in closed state of the packaging (56) is formed on the wall element (24).

   a color surface and/or a metallically shining color surface and/or at least one text, shape and/or motif surface are at least partially formed on the outer and/or inner side of the wall element (24) and/or of the further wall element (46).

   a contour of the text, shape and/or motif surface is at least partially formed by means of at least one cutting line.
10. The packaging according to claim 8 or 9,
    characterized in that
    the text, shape and/or motif surface is produced by means of laser energy and/or by means of die-cutting.
11. The packaging according to claim 1,
    characterized in that
    the inner frame (10) is formed as a separate element or integrally as an element of at least the front wall (34) and the sidewalls (36, 38) of the packaging (56).
