Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to an internal frame for a package for storing goods, in particular rod-shaped goods such as cigarettes, tobacco rods and the like, comprising: a front wall; a side wall connected to the front wall by a bend line; and at least one engaging and sight hole in the region of the front wall. In addition, the invention relates to a package for storing goods, in particular rod-shaped goods, such as cigarettes, tobacco rods or the like.
Background
Such internal frames and packages are well known. In particular, these packages are flip-top packages, which represent a broad form of package for cigarettes and the like. Thus, DE 69418258T 2 and DE 10106549 a1 describe such packages which are prismatic along their longitudinal axis, wherein the lid is hinged to a container-like receiving area. These packages usually comprise a so-called frame or internal frame, which is formed as a separate element and is introduced into the containing area of the package. Wherein the frame partially protrudes from the package and comprises an engagement and a visual aperture formed at an edge of a front side of the frame, the engagement and visual aperture being aligned with a front side portion of the receiving area.
However, a disadvantage in these known inner frames and packages is that only the front side of the inner frame in particular can be used for embossing and/or attaching design surfaces and/or advertising messages in such known inner frames, which is substantially reduced by the engagement and view holes.
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a universal inner frame and packaging which ensures a higher probability of attaching stamping and/or design surfaces and/or advertising messages and the like with improved functionality.
Summary of The Invention
An internal frame with the features of claim 1 and a package with the features of claim 14 are used to solve these objects. Advantageous configurations of the inner frame according to the invention and of the package according to the invention are described in the respective dependent claims. Wherein an advantageous configuration of the inner frame is considered to be an advantageous configuration of the package and vice versa.
A first aspect of the invention relates to an inner frame for a package for storing goods, in particular rod-shaped goods such as cigarettes, tobacco rods or the like, comprising a front wall, side walls which are connected to the front wall by bending lines and in the region of the front wall at least one engaging and visual hole. Wherein the front wall comprises at least one wall element at least partly detachably connected to the front wall, wherein the wall element is formed such that it at least partly covers the engagement and the visual hole.
By the construction of the inner frame according to the invention, wherein the additional wall element at least partially covers the engaging and visual hollows, an inner frame is created which ensures an improved possibility of additional imprints and/or design surfaces and/or advertising messages or the like. The additional wall elements create additional presentation and advertising possibilities which supplement or replace the design or advertising information on the front side of the container-like receiving area of the package.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the invention, the inner frame comprises a wall element which is connected to the front wall of the inner frame by a bending line and a cutting or perforation line transversely adjoining it. However, there is also the possibility that the wall element at least partly covering the engaging and the visual hole is connected to the front wall by a continuous perforation line. Thus, there is advantageously a possibility that the wall element may be moved, for example via a bend line, so that the engagement and the visual hole are not obstructed. Wherein the wall elements are laterally delimited by cutting lines or perforation lines, which allow a corresponding separation of the wall elements from the front wall of the inner frame. However, it is also possible that the wall element is connected to the front wall of the inner frame by a continuous perforation line and is thus integrally and permanently detachable. In this embodiment, for example, there is the possibility of using the separate wall element as a coupon, a business card or the like. The invention thus also ensures an increased functionality of this element of the internal frame.
In a further advantageous configuration of the inner frame according to the invention, at least one further wall element is hinged to the wall element, which at least partially covers the engaging and the visual aperture on the side opposite to the front wall of the inner frame. By forming the further wall elements, the possibility of additional imprints and/or design surfaces and/or advertising information etc. is created. The surface of such displays is greatly increased. In addition, there is the possibility that the further wall element is formed such that it locks with the locking element and/or the inside of the cover structure of the package in the closed state of the package when the inner frame is attached in the package. The other wall element can be formed, for example, as a locking flap which extends over the entire side of the wall element opposite the front wall or at least in certain regions. Wherein the locking element of the cover structure may be formed by a terminal edge of an inner cover wall of the cover structure and/or at least one recess formed in the inner cover wall. Furthermore, it is possible to form at least one locking tab on the first wall element for locking with a lid configuration of the package when the inner frame is attached in the package and in the closed state of the package, to at least partially cover the engagement and view aperture. Furthermore, it is possible that at least one locking flap for locking with a lid structure of the package when the inner frame is attached to the package and in the closed state of the package is formed on a further second wall element, which is hinged to the first wall element. It is possible that the respective locking tab of the first and/or second wall element is formed such that it locks with a terminal edge of the inner lid wall of the lid structure and/or with at least one recess formed in the inner lid wall. In general, the construction according to the invention can advantageously create a plurality of locking possibilities of the lid construction on the inner frame of the package. In addition to further supporting and retaining the tabs of the inner frame, not only is the lid structure of the package retained, but a security lid is provided which can only be removed by applying a force to the lid structure and the locking means is deformed accordingly. Thus, the functionality of the inner frame is also greatly improved.
In a further advantageous embodiment of the internal frame according to the invention, a colored surface and/or a metallic-lustrous colored surface and/or at least one text, shape and/or pattern surface is formed at least partially on the outside and/or on the inside of the wall element and/or of the further wall element. In addition, it is possible to at least partially outline the text, shape and/or pattern surface by means of at least one cutting line. In this case, there is additionally the possibility of producing the text, shape and/or design surface by means of laser energy and/or by means of die cutting.
In another advantageous configuration of the internal frame according to the invention, it can be made of paper, cardboard or plastic or a combination of these materials. Other suitable materials are also possible.
A second aspect of the invention relates to a package for storing goods, in particular rod-shaped goods such as cigarette tobacco rods, comprising front and rear walls, side walls connecting the front and rear walls, and a base structure for forming a goods storage space, and a lid structure comprising a lid front wall, a lid top wall and a lid rear wall, wherein the lid structure is hinged by a bend line to an end of the rear wall opposite the base structure. Furthermore, the package according to the invention comprises an inner frame according to the above-described first aspect of the invention arranged inside the package. Such a packaging advantageously ensures the possibility of a possible, improved attachment of the stamping and/or design face and/or the advertising information or the like. By means of the additional wall elements of the inner frame, additional display and advertising possibilities arise, which can supplement or replace the design or advertising information on the front side of the container-like receiving area of the container. The functionality of the package is additionally significantly increased by the expanded locking possibility of the lid structure of the package according to the first aspect of the invention on the inner frame.
In a further advantageous configuration of the package according to the invention, the inner frame is formed as a separate element or as elements integrally formed at least as the front wall and the side walls of the package. In addition, the wall element may be formed such that it can be locked in the closed state of the package by the edges of the flaps abutting on the inner side of the lid front wall. This ensures a simple and safe closure security.
Further features and advantages thereof can be derived from the description of the first inventive aspect, wherein advantageous configurations of the first inventive aspect shall be regarded as advantageous configurations of the second inventive aspect and vice versa.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 shows a schematically illustrated internal frame 10 according to a first embodiment. Therein, the inner frame 10 is formed as a package for packing goods, in particular rod-shaped goods such as cigarettes, tobacco rods and the like. It is recognized that the internal frame 10 includes a front wall 12, side walls 14,16, and a joint and vision hollow 22 in the area of the front wall 12. Wherein the side walls 14,16 are connected or hinged to the front wall 12 via bend lines 18, 20.
Furthermore, it is realized that the front wall 12 comprises a wall element 24 which is partly detachably connected to the front wall 12, wherein the wall element 24 is formed such that it completely covers the engaging and viewing hollow 22. The wall element 24 is separated from the front wall 12 at the side areas adjoining the front wall 12 by cut lines 28, 30. In a central region of the wall element 24, the wall element 24 is connected to the front wall 12 by a bending line 26. In the illustrated embodiment, bend line 26 extends generally parallel to the longitudinal direction of inner frame 10. It is apparent that the wall element 24 is hinged to the front wall 12 by a bending line 26 and is correspondingly movable about the axis of the bending line 26. By the formation of the wall elements 24, the front surface of the internal frame 10 is increased in area. A portion of the joint and vision cavity 22 formed in a typical internal frame. However, the engagement and sight hole 22 does not therefore lose its purpose, i.e. to ensure easier removal of goods arranged in the package, since in the embodiment shown the wall element 24 can be moved to the front, i.e. out of the panel plane of the figure. By means of the significantly increased front surface of the inner frame 10, which consists of the front wall 12 and the wall elements 24, a plurality of possibilities of attaching stamping and/or design surfaces and/or advertising messages or the like arise. Of course, the same applies to the rear side of the inner frame 10 which faces away from the viewer first.
Furthermore, it is recognized that the bend lines 18,20 of the internal frame 10 are at least partially interrupted by the cut line 42. Wherein the cut lines 42 form locking tabs 44, which locking tabs 44 are in contact with the inside of the lid structure of the package when the inner frame 10 is arranged within the package, thereby forming a locking or frictional closure. In addition, it is recognized that the flaps 34, 36 are arranged on the side walls 14,16 via respective bending lines 38, 40 which lie against the inner side of the rear wall of the respective package and/or the lid rear wall of the lid structure of the respective package.
Fig. 2 shows a schematic view of an inner frame 10 according to a second embodiment. In contrast to the embodiment of the inner frame 10 shown in fig. 1, here the wall element 24 is connected to the front wall 12 by a continuously formed perforation line 32. It is recognized that the wall member 24 may be completely separated from the front wall 12 during use. Thus, for example, the possibility arises of constructing the wall element 24 as a coupon, business card or the like type, and then the wall element 24 may optionally be stored separately from the inner frame 10 and the corresponding packaging, respectively. With respect to other features of the second embodiment, we refer to the same features shown and described in fig. 1.
Fig. 3 shows a schematic view of an inner frame 10 according to a third embodiment. It is appreciated that the third embodiment of the internal frame 10 is similar to the first embodiment shown in fig. 1. In contrast to the first embodiment shown in fig. 1, however, the further second wall element 46 is here hinged to the wall element 24. Hinged by bend line 80, bend line 80 extends generally parallel to bend line 26 and is formed on a side opposite bend line 26 and front wall 12, respectively. By means of the additional wall element 46, the available front surface of the inner frame 10 is again increased significantly, since the available front surface of the inner frame 10 is now formed by the front wall 12, the wall element 24 and the additional further wall element 46. As shown in fig. 5a and 5b below, the lid in the further second wall element 46 may also serve as a closing and/or locking element for the lid structure of the package.
With respect to other features of the third embodiment of the internal frame 10 shown in fig. 3, we refer to the description of these features of the first embodiment of the internal frame 10 shown in fig. 1.
Fig. 4 shows a schematic view of an inner frame 10 according to a fourth embodiment. Wherein this fourth embodiment of the inner frame 10 corresponds to the third embodiment of the inner frame shown in fig. 3. In contrast thereto, however, the wall element 24 is again connected to the front wall 12 of the inner frame 10 by a continuous perforation line 32. This means that the wall element 24 and the further wall element 46 hinged thereto can be completely separated from the inner frame and the front wall 12, respectively. With regard to further features of the internal frame 10 according to the fourth embodiment, we refer to the description of the previous embodiments including the same features.
Fig. 5a shows a schematic view of a package 56 in a partially opened state, comprising an inner frame 10 according to fig. 3. The package 56 is used, among other things, for storing goods, particularly rod-shaped goods such as cigarettes, tobacco sticks, and the like. It is recognized that the package 56 includes a front wall 58, a rear wall 60, and side walls 62,64 connecting the front wall 58 and the rear wall 60. In addition, the package 56 includes a bottom configuration 66 for forming a storage space 68 for goods (not shown). It is recognized that the package 56 further includes a lid structure 70, wherein the lid structure 70 includes a lid front wall 72, a lid top wall 74, and a lid rear wall 76. The lid structure 70 is hinged to the rear wall 60 at its end opposite the base structure 66 by a bend line 78 (compare fig. 8 a). The inner frame 10 is disposed within the package 56. It is realized that the further wall element 46 connected to the wall element 24 by the bending line 48 enters the visual range of the user of the package 56 when opening the package 56. Thus, a corresponding advertisement message may be communicated, for example. However, the additional wall element 46 may also rest on the inner side of the lid structure 70, i.e. in the closed state of the package 56 (not shown), and be locked therewith, thereby forming additional closure security.
Fig. 5b shows a package 56 according to fig. 5a with a folded wall element 24 of the inner frame 10. It is realized that after folding the wall element 24 and the additional wall element 46 connected thereto, the engagement and the sight hole 22 of the inner frame 10 are not blocked. Thus, the goods in the package 56 can be simply taken out.
Fig. 6 and 7 show schematic views of an inner frame 10 according to fifth and sixth embodiments, respectively. It is realized that in both embodiments the wall element 24 is connected to the front wall 12 via the cut lines 28, 30 and the curved line 26. In addition, the wall elements 24 each comprise a further wall element 46, which is hinged to the wall element 24 via a bending line 80. In contrast to the embodiment of the inner frame 10 shown in fig. 1 to 4, in the embodiment according to fig. 6 and 7 the front wall 12 is formed smaller in the region below the engaging and viewing aperture 22. However, the functionality of the embodiments shown in fig. 6 and 7 corresponds to the functionality of the embodiments shown in fig. 1 to 4. Further, it is apparent that the embodiment of the inner frame 10 shown in fig. 7 does not include a rear flap. With regard to the description of the other features, we refer to the corresponding features described in fig. 1 to 4.
Fig. 8a and 8b show a schematic view of a blank of a package 56 and a blank of an inner frame 10 of a package 56 according to another embodiment. Therein, the blank for producing the package of the package 56 shown in fig. 8a comprises a front wall 58 and a rear wall 60, wherein the front wall 58 is connected to the respective side walls 62,64 by means of bend lines. It is recognized that the bottom structure 66 includes a bottom wall 86 that is connected to the front wall 58 and the rear wall 60 by respective bend lines. In addition, the rear wall 60 comprises further side walls 62,64 which are hinged to the rear wall 60 by respective bending lines. The side walls 62,64 of the front wall 58 and the rear wall 60 are adhered to each other and form respective side walls in the folded state of the package.
The lid structure 70 includes a lid back wall 76, a lid top wall 74, and a lid front wall 72. Which are connected to each other by respective bending lines. The cover structure 70 additionally comprises side walls 88, 90, the side walls 88, 90 being adhered to each other or resting on the inside of the cover structure 70 in the folded state of the blank. The side walls 88, 90 are again connected to the lid walls 72, 74, 76, respectively, via respective bend lines. In the illustrated embodiment, the additional flap 82 is additionally hinged to the lid front wall 72 via a respective bend line. The lid structure 70 is hinged to the rear wall 60 by a bend line 78.
The blank of the inner frame 10 shown in fig. 8b further comprises a front wall 12 and side walls 16, 14 hinged via respective bend lines. In addition, the locking tab 44 is formed again. The wall elements 24 covering the engaging and sight cavities 22 are again delimited from the front wall 12 by respective cut and bend lines. The additional wall element 46 is hinged to the wall element 24 via a bending line 80.
Fig. 9 shows a schematic partial view of a package produced by means of the blank shown in fig. 8a and 8 b. Wherein the package is shown in an open state. It will be appreciated that the wall flap 82 is connected to the lid front wall 72 by a bend line 92 and rests against the inside of the lid front wall in the folded condition of the pack. Wherein the end edge 94 of the additional wall flap 82 is arranged such that it can be locked with a corresponding edge of the additional wall element 46 of the inner frame 10. These two elements form a closure security in the closed state of the package. The locking can only be easily released by compressing the cap structure.
Fig. 10 shows a schematic view of an inner frame 10 according to an eighth embodiment. The inner frame 10 is composed of a front wall 12 and two side walls 14, 16. The wall element 24 is bounded by cut lines 28, 30 and bend line 26 and is at least partially connected to the front wall 12. The other wall element 46 is again hinged to the wall element via a bending line 80. In contrast to the previous embodiment of the inner frame 10, two latching lugs 50,52 are formed here in the region of the curved line 80. Through respective cuts and bending lines 80 in the wall element 24, the locking lugs 50,52 project out of the plane of the wall element 24 and can lock or engage with the inside of the cover structure of the respective package, in which the inner frame 10 is arranged. For example, corresponding recesses for receiving the locking lugs 50,52 may be formed in the additional flaps 82 adjacent the inside of the lid structure.
The depicted package 56, as well as the internal frame 10, is typically constructed of paperboard, paper, or plastic, or a combination of these materials. Other suitable materials are also possible.
