Description

The invention relates to a bundle of cigarette papers, a modular cigarette paper packaging system, a product combination pack and a manufacturing method for a bundle of cigarette papers.

Cigarette paper bundles that accommodate cigarette papers (in other words: rolling papers) from which cigarettes can be rolled are already known. For example, the DE 10 2009 025 882 A1 , the DE 203 17 744 A1 as well as the DE 20 2011 050 360 U1 one such bundle of cigarette papers each. Single bundles are known, in which a stack of often 50 or 100 cigarette papers is arranged, and double bundles, in which two stacks of often 50 cigarette papers are arranged side by side.

In addition, boxes or caskets for receiving such bundles of cigarette papers are known. For example, the US 5,927,488A such a box with a first chamber for receiving a bundle of cigarette papers and with further chambers arranged underneath.

A disadvantage of known bundles of cigarette papers is that the manufacturing effort is considerable and/or there is often no desirable flexibility for manufacturing differently configured cigarette paper bundle is achieved.

The object of the invention is to create a bundle of cigarette papers, a modular cigarette paper packaging system and a manufacturing method for a bundle of cigarette papers which improve this disadvantage or enable this disadvantage to be overcome.

This object is achieved by the bundle of cigarette papers specified in claim 1, the modular cigarette paper packaging system specified in claim 5, the product combination packaging specified in claim 6 and the manufacturing method specified in claim 7 for a bundle of cigarette papers.

The bundle of cigarette papers according to the invention has an outer packaging which includes a lid. The cover of the outer packaging preferably serves to cover the cigarette paper. The cigarette paper bundle also includes at least one cigarette paper bundle insert, which accommodates exactly one stack of cigarette papers. The cigarette paper is inserted in the insert in the form of a stack of cigarette papers. In this way, a manageable unit is achieved that can be manipulated much more quickly and flexibly than a loose stack of cigarette papers. Within the scope of this document, the cigarette paper book insert is also referred to as an insert for short. It can also be called a help book. The use of a significant increase in production is possible.

According to the invention, the cigarette paper bundle insert is not visible from the outside when the cover of the outer packaging is closed or open. The insert is particularly preferably completely covered by the outer packaging. In this way, the external appearance of the bundle of cigarette papers is not impaired by the use. The external appearance of the cigarette paper bundle according to the invention is preferred consistent with the outward appearance of a conventional cigarette paper bundle without an insert.

The bundle of cigarette papers can have exactly one insert, exactly two inserts or more than two inserts. The insert can thus be used, for example, in single cigarette paper bundles or in double cigarette paper bundles. The bundle of cigarette papers can therefore be a single bundle, a double bundle or a multiple bundle.

The insert preferably at least partially surrounds the stack of cigarette papers from all sides. In this way, the cigarette paper is preferably secured against falling out of the insert, and an easy-to-manipulate unit is formed from the insert and stack of cigarette papers.

The insert advantageously has a removal opening for removing cigarette paper. Advantageously, the removal opening does not extend over an entire side of the insert. The cigarette papers are preferably folded in the middle in a manner known per se and stacked one inside the other. The cigarette paper stack therefore has a base area which corresponds to about half the area of a rolling paper. As a result of the nesting and the removal of a leaflet, one longitudinal side of the leaflet underneath is preferably automatically guided through the removal opening or openings, so that it can also be removed more easily later on.

The removal opening is preferably, as in known cigarette paper bundles, smaller than half a cigarette paper, so that the cigarette papers are preferably prevented from falling out of the cigarette paper bundle by the edge or the border of the removal opening.

The insert advantageously has no cover. In the context of this publication, the term "cover" refers in particular to an element which optionally covers a removal opening.

The bundle of cigarette papers can have closure elements for reclosing the lid of the outer packaging, such as a magnet, a loop or a tuck-in flap.

The outer packaging advantageously has a removal opening for removing cigarette paper. The removal opening of the outer packaging can be designed in the same way as the removal opening of the insert. In the embodiment in which the outer packaging and the insert have a removal opening, these openings advantageously overlap or can be congruent.

The insert advantageously has a spring element, preferably exactly one. The spring element advantageously comprises at least one spring which causes the cigarette papers to be advanced in the direction of the removal opening. As a result, the cigarette papers can be removed in a similarly convenient manner, even if only a few cigarette papers are still contained in the cigarette paper bundle, as at the beginning of using the cigarette paper bundle when it is full. For example, the risk is reduced that the top cigarette paper slips completely into the cigarette paper bundle and can only be removed with difficulty. It is conceivable that the spring is designed in such a way that it always presses the cigarette papers against the edge of the removal opening, even if only a few are still contained in the bundle. It can be sufficient if the spring is designed in such a way that it does not press the cigarette papers against the edge of the removal opening when there are only a few left in the bundle, but pushes them closer to the removal opening than would be the case without a spring. The spring element is preferably in one piece.

The at least one spring preferably comprises a bending spring, particularly preferably a leaf spring. It has been shown that such a spring can be manufactured particularly economically. Preferably, the at least one pen comprises paper. It is particularly preferably made of paper. In the context of this document, "paper" also means cardboard. The spring can also be made of other materials, such as metal or plastic include or be formed from it. However, it has been shown that paper is well suited. In principle, it is conceivable that the spring element has a plurality of springs that are approximately spaced apart from one another. However, the spring element preferably has exactly one spring, preferably a one-piece spring.

The insert is preferably arranged in the outer packaging. Preferably the insert is formed from a blank, preferably made of paper. In the context of this publication, the term "cut" means a flat, flat structure with a specific, selected outline. The spring element is preferably integrated into the blank. The spring element is preferably formed from a portion of the blank of the insert and is preferably integral with this blank. The spring element therefore preferably does not require any further cutting or the like. The insert is advantageously formed from exactly one blank. The spring is preferably formed by folding over a portion of the blank. The tongue is preferably formed by an area of the blank, which is preferably formed by a cut, preferably along a folded edge, and more preferably by two cuts in the blank, preferably perpendicular thereto, and preferably a perforation in the blank, preferably parallel to the folded edge . The spring is preferably formed by folding over this area, preferably along the fold line. Intriguing the spring in the blank advantageously eliminates the need to manufacture and insert a separate spring during production. The width of the spring is preferably less than the length of the cigarette paper.

The width of the insert is advantageously less than 23 or 22 mm. In one embodiment, the width of the insert is approximately 21mm or 20.5mm. The width of the insert is advantageously smaller than the width of a conventional, normal-sized single yoke known per se. In this way, the insert can be used with advantage in a known simple booklet. In the embodiment in which the bundle of cigarette papers is a single bundle, the outer dimensions of the insert are preferably slightly smaller than the inner dimensions of the outer packaging. The size and shape of the insert is therefore preferably precisely matched to the outer packaging. In the embodiment in which the cigarette paper bundle is a double bundle, exactly two inserts are advantageously matched in size and shape to the outer packaging.

The outer packaging can comprise a conventional bundle of cigarette papers known per se or be formed by it.

In one embodiment, the at least one insert is glued in the outer packaging. In another embodiment, the insert is not glued into the outer packaging. The insert is preferably held in a form-fitting manner by the outer packaging—preferably at least largely free of play.

The outer packaging and/or the insert preferably has a viewing window cutout to make the cigarette papers still arranged in the insert visible. The insert preferably has a window section that overlaps with a window section of the outer packaging.

The insert can be designed in such a way that it accommodates exactly one stack of cigarette papers.

The invention also relates to a modular cigarette paper packaging system with only the same cigarette paper bundle inserts, each cigarette paper bundle insert being designed according to one of claims 1 to 4, and with different outer packaging into which at least one cigarette paper bundle insert can be inserted. Or to put it another way: a modular cigarette paper packaging system, comprising cigarette paper bundles with the above features, in particular according to one of Claims 1 to 4, wherein at least two cigarette paper bundles have both different outer packaging for receiving the cigarette paper bundle inserts and also each exclusively comprise the same cigarette paper bundle inserts. The cigarette paper packaging modular system includes various outer packaging, each of which is suitable for receiving the cigarette paper bundle insert. In this way, a high level of flexibility in production can be achieved with low costs Costs. Because the demanding production step of packaging a loose stack of cigarette papers can be carried out by a machine that does not need to be flexible. The less demanding process step of inserting the unit consisting of insert and stack of cigarette papers can then be carried out by another machine or another section of a machine, which makes it possible to switch production over to a different type of outer packaging without great effort. The stack of cigarette papers inserted into the insert results in a manageable unit that can be manipulated much more quickly and flexibly than individual cigarette papers or a stack of cigarette papers that has not yet been combined into a unit. In the preferred embodiment, in which the insert does not have a lid, the manufacture of the insert and the filling of the insert with the stack of cigarette papers is further simplified compared to the manufacture of a bundle of cigarette papers known per se.

The cigarette paper packaging modular system includes, for example, in addition to the same cigarette paper bundle inserts, outer packaging for a single bundle and outer packaging for a double bundle and/or outer packaging that differs in terms of different closure elements for reclosing the lid.

The invention also relates to a product combination package comprising a cigarette paper bundle with the above features, in particular according to one of claims 1 to 4, in particular with an outer packaging and with at least one cigarette paper bundle insert. The insert is advantageously designed according to one of claims 1 to 4. The product combination package also includes a product other than cigarette paper. This can be a filter, for example.
