Abstract

Description

The invention relates to a carton, which can be used for housing and for the transport of objects.

Folding cartons have been known for a long time. They are made of cardboard by punching, folding and gluing. After punching and sometimes also after assembly, the folding boxes can still be transported in the folded state of the factory ration of the carton to the places where they are filled with objects. The cartons are used to group these items into sales units, to transport the items and also to accommodate before use. Frequently, such cartons are refilled after complete emptying or used for other purposes.

Usually folding cartons have a fixed size, adapted to the size of the objects to be accommodated in them.

There are now cases where relatively long items should be packed. These long items, such as screws, are produced in different lengths. It is possible to have a separate box made, stocked and used for each different size of these items. However, if it is relatively small series of items, this means an increased effort.

Folding boxes, which are composed of a front open shell and built in this insert slot are known. There are such cartons, in which the shell has an opening in its top as a viewing window. The box is thus transformed by the different positions into a box of different sizes.
