Abstract

Für Archivschachteln (2) mit einem Oberteil (3) und einem Unterteil (5), die durch ein Scharnierteil (7) bildenden Abschnitt verbunden sind und von denen mindestens eines mindestens zwei an einer Kante aneinander angrenzende Seitenwände (13, 39; 15, 40) aufweist, für die Langzeitarchivierung insbesondere von Dokumenten wird ein einteiliger Zuschnitt angegeben, der mit Karton geringerer Stärke als üblich ausgeführt ist, ohne dabei an Verschlusssicherheit zu verlieren, wobei für den sicheren Verschluss kein Fremdmaterial nötig ist. Erreicht wird dies durch eine Riegellasche (32) in der einen von den zwei Seitenwänden (39; 15), die über eine an der benachbarten Seitenwand (13; 40) angeordnete Lasche (19; 25) gelegt und in einen in dieser Lasche vorhandenen Schlitz (22; 29) gesteckt ist. Dadurch sind jeweils zwei benachbarte Seitenwände sicher miteinander verriegelt. Ausserdem ist das Verschliessen der Archivschachtel, d. h. das nötige Biegen der Zunge 50, mit zunehmend unangenehmerem Kraftaufwand verbunden.
