Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif d'insertion, de préférence en affleurement, dans le revêtement de rues ou de chaussées, par exemple de regards de chaussée, de puits d'évacuation, d'ouvertures de révision ou autres, comprenant un cadre (2) définissant une ouverture et un couvercle (1) pouvant être positionné avec un jeu dans le cadre (2), dans lequel, entre le cadre (2) et le couvercle (1), agissent différents éléments de compensation concrets (7), de sorte que lors de l'insertion du couvercle (1), le jeu entre le cadre (2) et le couvercle (1) est au moins réduit ou bien il en résulte un ajustement, de préférence un ajustement par serrage, dans lequel les éléments de compensation (7) sont des composants indépendants du couvercle (1) et du cadre (2), dans lequel le couvercle (1) présente une partie d'insertion (5) pour le positionnement du couvercle (1) dans le cadre (2), à laquelle correspondent les éléments de compensation (7), dans lequel les éléments de compensation (7) présentent une forme de U et entourent la partie d'insertion (5) à partir du bord côté insertion,
    caractérisé en ce que la partie d'insertion (5) présente des évidements ou des encoches dans lesquelles les éléments de compensation (7) peuvent être insérés et encliquetés de manière fixe à partir du bord libre, et en ce que les éléments de compensation (7) peuvent être encliquetés, par l'intermédiaire de tiges de blocage intégrales ou autres, de manière fixe aux évidements ou encoches de la partie d'insertion (5).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins trois, de préférence quatre cinq ou plus, éléments de compensation (7) sont prévus.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (1) comprend une partie d'insertion cylindrique (5).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de compensation (7) font face, lorsque le couvercle (1) est inséré, à une surface d'appui (8) du cadre (2), dans lequel les éléments de compensation (7) ou des parties ou zones de ceux-ci sont au moins légèrement déformés lors de l'insertion du couvercle (1) dans le cadre (2).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la surface d'appui (8) est constituée d'une partie annulaire ou à bride du cadre (2), dépassant au moins légèrement vers l'intérieur et au moins partiellement circulaire ou en ce que la surface d'appui (8) est en affleurement avec la surface interne du cadre (2).
  6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de compensation (7) sont conçus comme des clips ou des agrafes, des capuchons ou autres.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que, sur au moins un côté externe de chaque élément de compensation (7), est réalisé au moins une nervure (9) déformable ou autre, de sorte que, lors de l'insertion du couvercle (1) dans le cadre (2), les éléments de compensation (7) se centrent avec la nervure.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de compensation (7) sont équipés, dans la direction d'insertion du couvercle (1), c'est-à-dire sur la partie de bord du côté de l'insertion, d'un chanfrein ou d'un cône.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que, pour un regard de chaussée réglable en hauteur, le cadre (2) fait partie d'une pièce supérieure (3) pouvant être insérée dans une pièce inférieure.
  10. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de compensation (7) sont constitués d'une matière plastique, de préférence résistante à la chaleur.
  11. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (1) et, le cas échéant, le cadre (2) ou la pièce supérieure (3), est constitué de métal, de préférence de fonte, plus particulièrement de fonte grise.
