dans lequel ledit premier élément en plaque (1) au-dessous de la rainure disposée verticalement (11) présente un espace libre (12) pour une formation contenant le ressort du second élément en plaque (2), dans lequel les deux éléments en plaque adjacents (1, 2) à l'état connecté à côté du composé rainure (11) et ressort (21) forment une rainure (3) pour l'évacuation des eaux de surface,
