Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'encliquetage destiné à un agencement de projection d'un battant d'une fenêtre ou d'une porte, qui peut au moins être pivoté, amené dans une position de rangement parallèle et déplacé dans un plan parallèle, l'ouverture dans la position de pivotement et dans la position de rangement parallèle du battant étant limitée par deux bras de projection agencés, selon un écartement latéral, à l'extrémité de battant supérieure, qui sont reliés, au niveau des deux extrémités, à rotation, à un guide monté coulissant sur un rail de guidage dans la direction longitudinale du battant et à un cadre fixe de la fenêtre ou de la porte, le dispositif d'encliquetage étant constitué d'une prise à encliquetage fixée coulissante au guide et d'un organe d'encliquetage agencé sur le rail de guidage du battant, l'organe d'encliquetage comprenant un coulisseau d'encliquetage qui, transversalement au trajet de déplacement du guide, vient en prise avec un logement de la prise à encliquetage, de façon à être guidé sur un trajet de guidage coulissant de la prise à encliquetage, en étant soumis à une force de ressort par le déplacement coulissant du guide, de manière à ce que l'organe d'encliquetage, lors de l'ouverture du battant, déplace le battant à amortissement dans la direction de son état d'encliquetage, de manière forcée par rapport au cadre et contre une force de rappel d'un ressort, l'agencement de projection adoptant une position d'encliquetage active dans la position finale d'ouverture du battant.
