Definitions

  • the invention relates to an espagnolette fitting for windows, doors or the like, with locking pins protruding from the espagnolette, which come into engagement in the locking position for holding shoulders on the frame-side counter-closing parts and with a device for achieving a gap-open ventilation position of the window sash to the window frame in an intermediate position of the espagnolette operating handle between Opening and closing position, whereby the device has a run-up slope on a striking plate on the frame side, the apex zone of which lies opposite a catch shoulder and one of the locking pins is latched in the spring-loaded clamp seat in a gap-open ventilation position of the window sash on a plane forward of the holding shoulder, between the vertex zone and the catching shoulder.
  • Such a connecting rod fitting is known from DE-A3022163, in which a gap-open ventilation position of a window sash is possible in that a closing pin of a connecting rod of the fitting is latched by a passage.
  • the passage is formed by a cam and a leaf spring, the parts facing each other at a distance.
  • the leaf spring deviates somewhat, which means that the locking pin is held in the press fit.
  • To attach the leaf spring its ends are placed around pin parts. This training is relatively complicated and requires a correspondingly complex manufacturing process, since the leaf spring must first be bent; furthermore, pins are required for the fastening of the leaf spring ends, and means for holding the pins must be provided.
  • the pins When assembling, the pins must first be fitted, and then the leaf spring is attached to the pins.
  • the invention is therefore based on the object of constructing a connecting rod fitting of the type mentioned at the outset in terms of construction and production technology.
  • the catching shoulder is formed by the one leg of an angle slide, which is guided in the striking plate with a guide leg, and in that the guide leg has angled engagement lugs which are encased by a plastic part which forms a spring and which is in a pocket lies on the underside of the striking plate.
  • a generic connecting rod fitting with a device for achieving a gap-open ventilation position of the window sash of simple construction is specified.
  • the locking pin provided anyway on the drive rod takes on a holding pin function, so that it fulfills two tasks.
  • One is to reach behind the retaining shoulder of the counter-closing part in the closed position and to interact with the striking plate in the open position.
  • the catch shoulder is spring-loaded in the direction of the fold, so that in the gap ventilation position the spring therefore exerts a load on the retaining pin in the direction of the apex zone to achieve a rattling freedom.
  • the use of a plastic part, which lies in a pocket of the striking plate and forms the spring results in a particularly simple construction, the spring also performing a damping function in the gap-open ventilation position.
  • a clearly perceptible locking position is achieved in that the apex zone forms a locking trough for the holding pin.
  • the catching shoulder can be displaced in the direction of movement of the wing up to over the holding shoulder.
  • This movable design of the catch shoulder allows that no escape niche is to be provided in the opening leg of the window sash in the closed position of the window sash.
  • the two-part design provides the possibility of retrofitting drive rod fittings already used on windows, doors or the like with the device according to the invention. It is sufficient to attach the striking plate in the immediate vicinity of the counter-locking part on the window frame.
  • the special arrangement of the run-on slope, apex zone and catch shoulder of the striking plate allows the gap-open ventilation position to be blocked despite the relatively thick holding pin in diameter in that the holding pin is then intercepted by the catch shoulder which is displaced outward from the fold.
  • This catch shoulder is arranged so that when the window sash is closed it is covered by its impact leg.
  • the use of a locking pin to fulfill the holding pin function allows the device to be attached at any point on the window.
  • a lateral attachment of the device to the window that is to say to a vertical leg thereof, is particularly suitable.
  • the device can also be used for turn-tilt sashes, turn sashes and tilt sashes. It can also be used on windows that open outwards.
  • the window which is designed as a tilt and turn window, has a window frame 1 and a window sash 2 which closes the latter.
  • the latter can be brought into the rotary oven position about a left-hand, vertical axis. It is also possible to pivot the window sash 2 into the tilt-open position about a lower horizontal axis. Hinges 3, 4 and a tilt hinge (not shown) serve this purpose. Furthermore, a gap-open tilt position of the window sash 2 can be brought about.
  • a device 5 is attached to the right vertical leg of the window.
  • a drive rod actuating handle 6 The various positions of the window sash can be brought about by means of a drive rod actuating handle 6.
  • the latter is attached to the window sash 2 and controls a drive rod gear, not shown, from which a drive rod 7 extends.
  • the drive rod 7 is equipped with locking pins 8 which cooperate with counter-closing parts 9 to be fastened on the frame side.
  • a locking pin 8 is shown with a counter-locking part 9.
  • the drive rod 7 lies in a circumferential groove of the profiled window sash 2 and is covered by a cover rail 10.
  • the cover rail 10 forms a longitudinal slot 11, which is penetrated by a section 8 ′ of the locking pin 8 with a smaller cross section.
  • the counter-locking part 9 is of an angular cross-section, whereby which represents an angle leg, the holding shoulder 12.
  • the other angle leg 13 engages in a profile groove 14 of the window frame 1 and is fixed there by means of a screw 15.
  • the outer surface 12 'of the holding shoulder 12 is flush with the front surface 1' of the window frame 1.
  • a striking plate 16 is fastened to the window frame immediately below the counter-closing part 9. In cross section there is an angular configuration of this striking plate.
  • One angle leg 16 ' has a run-up bevel 17 which is offset inward approximately by the diameter D of the locking pin 8, while the other angle leg 16' 'is supported on the inner stop surface 1 "of the window frame 1.
  • the angle leg 16 ' forms a further run-up slope 17'.
  • the apex zone 18 is opposite a catch shoulder 19, which is formed by one leg of an angle slide 20. The latter is guided with a leg 21 in the striking plate 16.
  • a striking plate fastening screw 23 penetrates a longitudinal slot 22 of the same.
  • the guide leg 21 is widened in its area opposite the catch shoulder 19 and there has angled engagement lugs 24 for a spring 25. This is designed as a plastic part comprising the engagement lugs 24 and lies in a form-fitting manner in a pocket 26 extending from the underside of the striking plate 16.
  • the catch shoulder 19 is held in a neutral central position by the spring 25, see FIGS. 6 and 9.
  • a bar 27 attached to its underside contributes to a firm fit of the striking plate 16.
  • pins 28 extending from the underside engage in corresponding openings 29 in the strip 27.
  • the locking pin 8 shown in the drawing performs the function of a holding pin.
  • the actuating handle 6 is to be pivoted 90 ° clockwise into position 11.
  • the holding pin 8 is brought into position II in FIG. 4 by the driving rod 7 that is carried along. He has thus left the holding shoulder 12 and lies in the passage gap between the catching shoulder 19 and the holding shoulder 12, which allows the pivoting of the window sash 2 about the left-hand axis of rotation. If, however, a gap-open tilt position of the window sash 2 is desired, the actuating handle 6 must be moved into the position 111, that is to say by 45 °.
  • the holding pin 8 acts on the run-up slope 17 and is controlled by the latter in the area between the apex zone 18 and the catch shoulder 19, see position 111 in FIG. 4.
  • the window sash 2 is pushed away from the fixed frame by a gap, specifically around the lower horizontal tilt axis.
  • the catch shoulder 19 catches the holding pin 8 on a plane which is advanced in front of the fold away from the holding shoulder 12. This is because the diameter D of the holding pin 8 is larger than the dimension X between the apex zone 18 and the holding shoulder 12, see FIG. 4.
  • the spring 25 exerts a certain pressure load on the holding pin 8, so that this position can be felt as a latching position.
  • the window sash can also be tilted open from the gap-open ventilation position by turning the operating handle a further 45 ° clockwise. As a result, it moves into position IV according to FIG. 1, while the holding pin moves into position IV according to FIG. 4. It is then no longer in the area of the catch shoulder 19, which allows the window sash to be tilted accordingly.
  • the window sash By turning the handle 6 in the opposite direction, the window sash can be brought back into the closed position, the holding pin moving through the gap between the apex zone 18 and the catching shoulder 19. Then the run-up slope 17 'serves as a control aid.
  • a counter-locking part 9111 and a striking plate 16111 are integrally formed with one another.
  • the holding shoulder 19 is guided on the transverse central axis of this one-piece component, on both sides of which the holding shoulders 12 extend. It is possible to use this unit for both right and left hinges. Across from the catching shoulder 19 is the apex zone 18 with run-up slopes 17 and 17 'emanating therefrom.
