Claims (13)
- Unité d'emballage comprenant(i) un contenant en carton ayant une surface du haut (1), un fond (2), au moins trois surfaces latérales (3) et une surface supérieure (11), dans laquelle au niveau d'une desdites surfaces du haut (1) ou latérales (3) une fermeture (4) est fournie, dans laquelle ladite fermeture (4) est faite de carton et est mobile de manière coulissante entre une position fermant le contenant et une position fournissant une ouverture (O) permettant d'enlever, décharger, verser ou retirer le contenu dudit contenant,
dans laquelle ladite fermeture (4) comprend un panneau plat (5) pris en sandwich de manière mobile entre la surface du haut (1) ou une desdites surfaces latérales (3), et ladite surface supérieure (11), caractérisée en ce que le panneau plat (5) comprend deux bossages (6, 7), ladite surface du haut (1) ou latérale (3) comportant au moins deux trous poinçonnés (8, 9), qui, quand la fermeture (4) est fermée, sont en prise avec les bossages (6, 7), dans laquelle ladite surface du haut (1) ou latérale (3) est formée par un panneau de carton séparé et appliquée sur le reste du contenant au moyen d'un adhésif, d'un matériau de fixation ou d'un dispositif de fixation, et(ii) un(des) article(s) formé(s) ou granulaire(s) comprenant(a) une composition détergente ou de nettoyage, ou(b) une composition d'adoucissement d'eau. - Unité d'emballage selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle ladite surface du haut (1) ou latérale (3) au niveau d'un bord fournit un passage (10) permettant à une extrémité terminale (E) du panneau plat (5) de ladite fermeture (4) d'être déplacée dans une direction vers l'intérieur et vers l'extérieur.
- Unité d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle au moins certains des composants dudit contenant en carton comprennent en outre au moins une couche servant de barrière contre l'humidité ou de barrière contre la vapeur, de préférence au moins le corps principal de contenant.
- Unité d'emballage selon la revendication 3, dans laquelle ladite barrière contre l'humidité ou barrière contre la vapeur est faite de ou comprend au moins un parmi : (i) un composé cireux, (ii) un surfactant, en particulier un surfactant solide à 20°C (iii) un polymère, (iv) un composé comprenant de la triazine ; (v) un matériau de nano-cellulose ; (vi) un matériau de nano-argile ; et/ou (vii) un matériau d'oxyde inorganique, ou est en papier huilé, dans laquelle la présence d'au moins un des composés (i), (ii) ou (iii) est préférée, plus préférablement la barrière contre l'humidité est un film de polymère, en particulier un film de polyéthylène.
- Unité d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle au moins une des caractéristiques suivantes est vérifiée :(i) le contenant - sauf ladite surface du haut (1) ou latérale (3) fournissant les trous poinçonnés (8, 9) et ladite fermeture (4) - est découpée dans un panneau de carton continu,(ii) ladite fermeture (4) du contenant en carton et/ou ledit panneau de surface du haut (1) ou latérale (3) fournissant les trous poinçonnés (8, 9) du contenant en carton est faite du même matériau de carton que le reste dudit contenant,(iii) ladite fermeture (4) du contenant en carton et/ou ledit panneau de surface du haut (1) ou latérale (3) fournissant les trous poinçonnés (8, 9) du contenant en carton ne comprennent pas de couche de barrière contre l'humidité,(iv) lesdits trous poinçonnés (8, 9) sont placés alignés dans la direction du déplacement de la fermeture (4)(v) ledit fond (2) comprend deux volets de fond (2a), (2c) comportant des trous poinçonnés (13).
- Unité d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle les trous poinçonnés (8, 9) fournis dans la surface du haut (1) ou latérale (3) sont espacés l'un de l'autre d'une distance (D) d'au moins 1 cm, de préférence d'au moins 1,5 cm, plus préférablement d'au moins 2 cm et encore plus préférablement d'au moins 2,5 cm, mesurée d'un bord d'un trou au bord le plus proche de l'autre trou.
- Unité d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le premier trou poinçonné (8) vient en prise avec un bossage (6) et le second trou poinçonné (9) vient en prise avec un autre bossage (7) quand la fermeture (4) est entièrement insérée, fermant ainsi le contenant, dans laquelle le premier trou poinçonné (8) fournit ladite ouverture (O), si la fermeture (4) est déplacée de telle manière que l'extrémité terminale (E) du panneau plat (5) fait saillie depuis le contenant, de préférence en passant à travers le passage (10).
- Unité d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ledit contenant en carton, ladite surface du haut (1) ou latérale (3) fournissant les trous poinçonnés (8, 9) et ladite fermeture (4) sont tous préparés à partir de carton ondulé ou d'un carton stratifié ayant une épaisseur de 0,5 mm à 3 mm, de préférence de 0,8 à 2,5 mm et plus préférablement de 1 mm à 2 mm.
- Unité d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ladite surface supérieure (11) comprend une perforation ou une prédécoupe pour une autre ouverture (01) directement sous l'ouverture (O) de la surface du haut (1) quand la fermeture (4) est dans la position "ouverte", dans laquelle ladite perforation ou prédécoupe avant la première décharge d'un contenu quelconque du contenant peut être poussée vers le bas pour obtenir ladite autre ouverture (01) directement sous l'ouverture (O) de la surface du haut (1).
- Unité d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle l'(les) article(s) formé(s) ou granulaire(s) comprennent (a) un composé de détergent ou de nettoyage sélectionné parmi un composé de lavage de linge ou un composé de lavage de vaisselle comprenant au moins un surfactant anionique et/ou non ionique et un composé alcalin ou acide, ou (b) un composé d'adoucissement d'eau comprenant un composé acide.
- Unité d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle l'(les) article(s) formé(s) ou granulaire(s) est/sont sélectionné(s) parmi des corps formés, des tablettes, des sphères, des pochettes, des sachets, des capsules, des pastilles, ou des billes, de préférence comprenant ou faits de (a) une composition détergente ou de nettoyage, ou (b) un adoucisseur d'eau, qui est présent sous forme de liquide, de gel, de pâte, de particules, pressée, frittée, de granulés ou de poudre ou toute autre combinaison des formes susmentionnées.
- Unité d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle ladite composition détergente ou de nettoyage est une pochette ou un sachet de détergent comprenant au moins un film de polymère formant un, deux, trois, quatre ou plus compartiments indépendants, chacun d'eux rempli indépendamment d'une composition de détergent liquide ou en particules, ou d'une tablette de détergent à dose unitaire ou d'un corps formé de détergent.
- Contenant en carton pour l'unité d'emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, assemblé à partir de :(i) un corps de contenant principal comportant au moins trois, de préférence au moins quatre surfaces latérales (3), une surface supérieure (11) et un fond (2), découpé à partir d'une pièce continue d'un panneau de carton ondulé ou de carton stratifié(ii) un panneau de surface du haut (1), et(iii) une fermeture (4) comprenant un panneau plat (5) et étant prise en sandwich de manière mobile entre la surface supérieure (11) du corps principal et le panneau de surface du haut (1),caractérisé en ce que le panneau de surface du haut (1) comporte au moins deux trous poinçonnés (8, 9) et de préférence un passage (10), dans lequel la fermeture (4) comprend deux bossages (6, 7) s'ajustant dans les trous poinçonnés (8, 9) du panneau de surface du haut (1), dans lequel le corps de contenant principal et le panneau de surface du haut (1) sont liés ensemble par un adhésif, un matériau de fixation ou un dispositif de fixation, et dans lequeltous les composants (i), (ii) et (iii) sont faits d'un carton ondulé ou stratifié ayant une épaisseur de 0,5 à 3 mm.
