Claims (6)

  1. Schutzvorrichtung (30) für ein Schienenfahrzeug (10), welche dazu geeignet ist, unter einem vorderen Teil (22) einer Karosserie des Schienenfahrzeugs befestigt zu sein,
    wobei die Schutzvorrichtung umfasst:
    - eine Klappe (60), welche dazu geeignet ist, unter der Karosserie des Fahrzeugs befestigt zu sein, und wenn sie an der Karosserie befestigt ist, bezüglich des vorderen Teils (22) der Karosserie um eine erste Achse (92) in Rotation bewegbar zu sein, welche im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu der Fortbewegungsrichtung des Fahrzeugs ist, zwischen einer eingefahrenen Konfiguration und einer ausgefahrenen Konfiguration; und
    - ein Mittel (32) zur Erkennung eines Hindernisses;
    wobei die Schutzvorrichtung (30) ferner umfasst:
    - ein Verriegelungsmittel (36), welches dazu in der Lage ist, die Klappe in der eingefahrenen Konfiguration zu halten, wobei das Verriegelungsmittel derart eingerichtet ist, dass eine Aktivierung des Erkennungsmittels das Verriegelungsmittel dazu veranlasst, die Klappe freizugeben,
    wobei die Klappe dazu eingerichtet ist, in Richtung der ausgefahrenen Konfiguration nach einer Freigabe durch das Verrieglungsmittel zu schwenken;
    - ein Betätigungsmittel (66, 68), welches auf die Klappe (60) eine Kraft ausübt, welche dazu neigt, die Klappe von der eingefahrenen Konfiguration in die ausgefahrene Konfiguration zu überführen; wobei das Betätigungsmittel (66, 68) eine Stange (96) und eine Traktion-Schraubenfeder (98) umfasst, wobei ein erstes Ende der Stange (96) an der Klappe bezüglich einer Rotationsachse (102) angelenkt ist, welche parallel zu der ersten Achse (92) ist, wobei eine Einschränkung, welche auf die Feder ausgeübt wird, in der eingefahrenen Konfiguration der Klappe (60) schwerwiegender als in der ausgefahrenen Konfiguration ist; und
    - einen Träger (62, 64) zum Befestigen der Klappe (60) an der Karosserie des Fahrzeugs, wobei die Klappe in Rotation bewegbar bezüglich des Befestigungsträgers (62, 64) zwischen der eingefahrenen Konfiguration und der ausgefahrenen Konfiguration montiert ist;
    wobei die Schutzvorrichtung (30) dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass:
    - der Befestigungsträger (62, 64) einen Gelenkabschnitt (88) und einen Gleitabschnitt (90) umfasst, welche miteinander verbunden sind, wobei der Gleitabschnitt bezüglich der ersten Achse (92) nach vorne angeordnet ist und eine Durchgangsöffnung (94) umfasst;
    - die Stange in der Lage ist, in der Durchgangsöffnung (94) des Trägers zu gleiten, wobei ein zweites Ende (104) der Stange (96) entgegengesetzt zu dem ersten Ende bezüglich der Durchgangsöffnung (94) angeordnet ist; und
    - ein erstes Ende der Traktion-Schraubenfeder (98) an dem zweiten Ende (104) der Stange befestigt ist, wobei ein zweites Ende der Feder an dem Gleitabschnitt (90) des Befestigungsträgers (62, 64) befestigt ist.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei das Erkennungsmittel (32) umfasst:
    - einen Stab (40), welcher dazu geeignet ist, sich unter dem vorderen Teil (22) der Karosserie zu erstrecken, wenn die Vorrichtung unter der Karosserie befestigt ist; und
    - einen mit dem Stab verbundenen Arm (42, 44), wobei der Arm dazu geeignet ist, gelenkig an dem vorderen Teil bezüglich einer zweiten Achse (46) montiert zu sein, welche im Wesentlichen parallel zu der ersten Achse ist;
    wobei die Aktivierung des Erkennungsmittels eine Kraft umfasst, welche auf den Stab in Richtung der Klappe derart ausgeübt wird, dass der Arm bezüglich des vorderen Teils (22) zum Schwenken gebracht wird.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, wobei das Verriegelungsmittel (36) umfasst: einen Übertragungsstab (110), wobei der Stab ein erstes Ende (114) umfasst, welches an dem Arm (42) angelenkt ist; und einen Riegel (112), welcher an einem zweiten Ende des Übertragungsstabs angelenkt und dazu geeignet ist, mit der Klappe (60) derart zusammenzuwirken, dass die Klappe in der eingefahrenen Konfiguration in einer verriegelten Konfiguration des Verriegelungsmittels gehalten wird und die Klappe in einer entriegelten Konfiguration des Verriegelungsmittels freigegeben wird.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, ferner umfassend ein Rad (69), welches in Rotation an der Klappe (60) montiert ist.
  5. Schienenfahrzeug (10, 12), umfassend eine Karosserie (16) und ein unter der Karosserie angeordnetes Drehgestell (18), wobei die Karosserie einen vorderen Teil (22) umfasst, welcher bezüglich des Drehgestells gemäß einer Fortbewegungsrichtung (X) des Fahrzeugs vorsteht,
    wobei das Schienenfahrzeug ferner eine Schutzvorrichtung (30) nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche umfasst.
  6. Schienenfahrzeug nach Anspruch 5, wobei sich die Klappe unter dem vorderen Teil (22) der Karosserie zwischen dem Erkennungsmittel (32) und dem Drehgestell (18) erstreckt.
