Claims (12)

  1. Étiquette (1) ayant une surface supérieure et une surface inférieure (3) prévue au moins partiellement avec de l'adhésif, laquelle étiquette (1) comprend au moins un joint d'étanchéité (5) défini par au moins trois incisions (t1, t2, t3) qui raccordent la surface supérieure avec la surface inférieure (3) de l'étiquette (1) et définissent également un appendice (6) qui fait saillie vers l'intérieur du joint d'étanchéité (5) et est assemblé à une première partie (1a) de l'étiquette (1) à l'extérieur du joint d'étanchéité (5), dans laquelle la surface inférieure du joint d'étanchéité (5) est prévue au moins partiellement avec de l'adhésif, caractérisée en ce que la surface inférieure de l'appendice (6) est sensiblement dépourvue d'adhésif, de sorte que l'appendice (6) est approprié pour être arraché du joint d'étanchéité (5) lorsque l'étiquette (1), appliquée sur une surface (2), est levée de cette surface (2).
  2. Étiquette (1) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que le joint d'étanchéité (5) occupe, dans l'étiquette (1), au moins une surface égale à un cercle ayant un diamètre d'au moins 13 mm, de préférence supérieur à 15 mm.
  3. Étiquette (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'au moins une incision (t3) définissant le joint d'étanchéité (5) est sensiblement en forme d'arc circulaire/elliptique.
  4. Étiquette (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les incisions (t1, t2) définissant l'appendice (6) sont sensiblement parallèles entre elles et/ou parallèles à un diamètre du périmètre du joint d'étanchéité (5).
  5. Étiquette (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'extrémité libre d'au moins l'une des incisions (t1, t2) définissant l'appendice (6) est raccordée à une incision incurvée (t4, t5) qui s'étend dans le joint d'étanchéité (5) à l'extérieur par rapport à l'appendice (6).
  6. Étiquette (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que l'extrémité de l'appendice (6) qui est assemblée à la première partie (1a) de l'étiquette (1) fait face au bord de l'étiquette (1) le plus proche du joint d'étanchéité (5).
  7. Étiquette (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la surface inférieure de la première partie (1a) de l'étiquette (1) est au moins partiellement dépourvue d'adhésif.
  8. Étiquette (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que la surface inférieure de la première partie (1a) de l'étiquette (1) est assemblée à une seconde partie (1b) de l'étiquette (1) ayant une surface inférieure qui a, à son tour, une région (8) dépourvue d'adhésif, entourée par une bande adhésive périmétrale (9).
  9. Étiquette (1) selon la revendication précédente, caractérisée en ce que le joint d'étanchéité (5) est agencé entre la première partie (1a) et la seconde partie (1b) de l'étiquette (1).
  10. Étiquette (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que deux incisions ou plus (t1, t2, t3, t4, t5) sont raccordées entre elles afin de former une découpe continue dans l'étiquette (1).
  11. Feuille (2) caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend au moins une ouverture (10) recouverte par une étiquette (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes.
  12. Récipient caractérisé en qu'il comprend au moins une étiquette (1) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10.
