Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un dispositif de revêtement de bandes adhésives (5) comprend au moins un dispositif d'amenée de bandes adhésives (11), avec lequel l'au moins une bande adhésive (6) peut être guidée vers la surface de pièce (2), dans lequel l'au moins un dispositif d'amenée de bandes adhésives (11) comprend au moins un dispositif de séparation (18) pour sectionner la bande adhésive (6) sur un emplacement de séparation, de préférence dans lequel l'au moins un dispositif de séparation (18) comprend un tranchant (20) pouvant être déplacé par rapport à un contre-tranchant immobile, et l'au moins un dispositif d'amenée de bandes adhésives (11) comprend au moins un dispositif de guidage et/ou de maintien (21, 22) destiné à guider et/ou maintenir la bande adhésive (6) devant et/ou derrière l'emplacement de séparation, de préférence dans lequel l'au moins un dispositif de guidage et/ou de maintien (22) est réalisé pour guider et/ou maintenir une section restante (23) de l'au moins une bande adhésive (6) disposée entre l'au moins un rouleau de pression (9) et l'au moins un dispositif de séparation (18) et restant à appliquer sur la surface de pièce (2).
  5. Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, dans lequel
    - au moins un dispositif de réglage (10) est prévu, avec lequel l'au moins un rouleau de convoyage (8) et/ou l'au moins un rouleau de pression (9) peuvent être ajustés en position, de préférence dans lequel l'au moins un dispositif de réglage (10) comprend au moins une unité de piston-cylindre, un entraînement linéaire et/ou un entraînement par pivotement, et/ou
    - l'au moins un rouleau de convoyage (8) et/ou l'au moins un rouleau de pression (9) peuvent être ajustés en position sur un trajet d'ajustement de 0,1 mm à 10,0 mm, de préférence de 0,5 mm à 2,5 mm.
  6. Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, dans lequel l'au moins un dispositif de revêtement de bandes adhésives (5) comprend au moins un dispositif d'amenée de bandes adhésives (11), avec lequel l'au moins une bande adhésive (6) peut être guidée vers la surface de pièce (2), et l'au moins un dispositif d'amenée de bandes adhésives (11)
    - comprend l'au moins un rouleau de convoyage (8) et/ou
    - comprend au moins une mâchoire de guidage (12) et/ou au moins un guidage (13) pour la bande adhésive (6), de manière préférée dans lequel l'au moins une mâchoire de guidage (12) et/ou l'au moins un guidage (13) sont réalisés pour guider des bandes adhésives (6) avec différentes largeurs (16), de manière particulièrement préférée, dans lequel l'au moins une mâchoire de guidage (12) et/ou l'au moins un guidage (13) peuvent être ajustés ou remplacés par rapport à une base (14, 15), et/ou
    - est disposé dans l'extension longitudinale selon un angle (17) supérieur à 35°, de préférence selon un angle (17) d'environ 55°, par rapport à la surface de pièce (2) à revêtir.
  7. Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel au moins un dispositif d'activation (24, 25) est prévu pour activer, de préférence pour chauffer, la surface de pièce (2) et/ou l'au moins une bande adhésive (6), de manière préférée dans lequel l'au moins un dispositif d'activation (24, 25) comprend une source de chaleur, de manière particulièrement préférée un émetteur infrarouge, un laser et/ou une source d'air très chaud.
  8. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 7, dans lequel au moins deux dispositifs d'activation (24, 25) sont prévus, dans lequel un des deux dispositifs d'activation (24, 25) est disposé par rapport à une direction de défilement (26) de la pièce (3) devant l'au moins un rouleau de pression (9) et l'autre des deux dispositifs d'activation (24, 25) est disposé par rapport à la direction de défilement (26) de la pièce (3) derrière l'au moins un rouleau de pression (9), de préférence dans lequel le dispositif d'activation (24) disposé devant l'au moins un rouleau de pression (9) est réalisé pour activer la surface de pièce (2) non revêtue, et/ou le dispositif d'activation (25) disposé derrière l'au moins un rouleau de pression (9) est réalisé pour activer la surface de pièce (2) revêtue au préalable avec l'au moins une bande adhésive (6).
  9. Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel
    - au moins une interface (27) est prévue pour fixer de manière amovible un dispositif d'encollage, de préférence dans lequel l'au moins une interface (27) est disposée par rapport à une direction de défilement (26) de la pièce (3) entre l'au moins un dispositif de revêtement de bandes adhésives (5) et l'au moins un dispositif de revêtement de matériau de recouvrement (7), et/ou
    - au moins un magasin (28) est prévu pour loger une bobine (29) avec l'au moins une bande adhésive (6), de préférence dans lequel au moins un rouleau de guidage (30) est prévu pour guider l'au moins une bande adhésive (6) vers au moins un dispositif de revêtement de bandes adhésives (5), de manière préférée dans lequel l'au moins un magasin (28) comprend un boîtier pouvant être ouvert, de manière particulièrement préférée dans lequel le boîtier comprend au moins un raccordement pour remplir le boîtier d'un gaz, et/ou
    - au moins un dispositif de transport de pièce (37) est prévu pour poursuivre le déplacement de la pièce (3) dans une direction de défilement (26) prédéfinie.
  10. Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, dans lequel l'au moins un dispositif de revêtement de matériau de recouvrement (7) comprend au moins un dispositif d'amenée de matériau de recouvrement (31), avec lequel le matériau de recouvrement (4) peut être guidé vers la surface de pièce (2), dans lequel l'au moins un dispositif d'amenée de matériau de recouvrement (31) est réalisé de telle manière que le matériau de recouvrement (4) peut être amené à la surface de pièce (2) selon un angle (32), qui est inférieur à l'angle (17), selon lequel l'au moins une bande adhésive (6) peut être amenée à la surface de pièce (2), de manière préférée dans lequel l'au moins un dispositif d'amenée de matériau de recouvrement (31) comprend au moins une clavette de guidage (33) et/ou au moins un rouleau de pression de serrage (34, 35, 36), de manière particulièrement préférée dans lequel l'au moins un rouleau de pression de serrage (34, 35, 36) peut être entraîné et/ou est réalisé de manière conique.
  11. Ensemble composé d'un dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10 et au d'au moins une bande adhésive (6), dans lequel l'au moins une bande adhésive (6) est constituée d'une masse homogène sans support, de préférence dans lequel l'au moins une masse comprend au moins un polymère réactif avec l'isocyanate, lequel peut être activé sous l'effet de la chaleur.
  12. Procédé pour revêtir une surface (2), de préférence une face étroite, d'une pièce (3) de préférence en forme de panneau ou de baguette, avec un matériau de recouvrement (4) de préférence en forme de bande, au moyen d'un dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, dans lequel lors d'une première étape de procédé, la surface de pièce (2) est revêtue au préalable avec au moins une bande adhésive (6) et la surface de pièce (2) revêtue au préalable avec l'au moins une bande adhésive (6) est revêtue lors d'une deuxième étape de procédé avec le matériau de recouvrement (4), dans lequel l'au moins un rouleau de convoyage (8) est ajusté en position dans le cadre de la première étape de procédé de telle manière qu'un contact avec l'au moins une bande adhésive (6) est supprimé dès que l'au moins une bande adhésive (6) adhère par endroits à la surface de pièce (2), et/ou dans lequel l'au moins un rouleau de pression (9) est ajusté en position de telle manière dans le cadre de la première étape de procédé qu'un contact avec l'au moins une bande adhésive (6) est établi lors ou directement après une adhérence par endroits pour la première fois de l'au moins une bande adhésive (6) à la surface de pièce (2).
  13. Procédé pour revêtir une surface (2), de préférence une face étroite, d'une pièce (3) de préférence en forme de panneau ou de baguette, avec un matériau de revêtement (4) de préférence en forme de bande, au moyen d'un dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, dans lequel lors d'une première étape de procédé, la surface de pièce (2) est revêtue au préalable avec l'au moins une bande adhésive (6) et la surface de pièce (2) revêtue au préalable avec l'au moins une bande adhésive (6) est revêtue avec le matériau de recouvrement (4) lors d'une deuxième étape de procédé, dans lequel l'au moins une bande adhésive (6) est sectionnée dans le cadre de la première étape de procédé encore avant que la surface de pièce (2) à revêtir ne soit totalement revêtue avec l'au moins une bande adhésive (6), de préférence dans lequel le dispositif (1) comprend au moins un dispositif de guidage et/ou de maintien (21, 22) destiné à guider et/ou maintenir la bande adhésive (6) devant et/ou derrière l'emplacement de séparation et une section restante (23) de l'au moins une bande adhésive (6) disposée entre l'au moins un rouleau de pression (9) et au moins un dispositif de séparation (18) et restant à appliquer sur la surface de pièce (2) est guidée et/ou est maintenue temporairement par l'au moins un dispositif de guidage et/ou de maintien (22) avant d'être appliquée sur la surface de pièce (2).
  14. Procédé selon la revendication 13,
    dans lequel l'au moins un rouleau de convoyage (8) est ajusté en position de telle manière dans le cadre de la première étape de procédé qu'un contact avec l'au moins une bande adhésive (6) est supprimé dès que l'au moins une bande adhésive (6) adhère par endroits à la surface de pièce (2), et/ou l'au moins un rouleau de pression (9) est ajusté en position de telle manière dans le cadre de la première étape de procédé qu'un contact avec l'au moins une bande adhésive (6) est établi lors ou directement après une adhérence par endroits pour la première fois de l'au moins une bande adhésive (6) sur la surface de pièce (2).
  15. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 14,
    dans lequel le dispositif (1) comprend au moins deux dispositifs d'activation (24, 25), dans lequel un des deux dispositifs d'activation (24, 25) est disposé par rapport à une direction de défilement (26) de la pièce (2) devant l'au moins un rouleau de pression (9) et l'autre des deux dispositifs d'activation (24, 25) est disposé par rapport à la direction de défilement (26) de la pièce (3) derrière l'au moins un rouleau de pression (9), et dans lequel le dispositif d'activation (24) disposé devant l'au moins un rouleau de pression (9) active avant la première étape de procédé la surface de pièce (2) non revêtue, et/ou le dispositif d'activation (25) disposé derrière l'au moins un rouleau de pression (9) active après la première étape de procédé et avant la deuxième étape de procédé la surface de pièce (2) revêtue au préalable avec l'au moins une bande adhésive (6).
