Claims

Patentansprüche claims
1. Kunststoffbehälter umfassend einen Behälterkörper (1), eine Behälterabdeckung (2, 2', 2") und ein Öffnungsmittel (9) zum Öffnen der Behälterabdeckung (2, 2', 2"); der Behälterkörper (1) umfasst eine Behälterwand (3) und einen in einem unteren Bereich angeordneten Behälterboden (4), wobei an einem oberen dem Behälterboden (4) gegenüberliegenden Ende des Behälterkörpers (1) eine Behälteröffnung (5) ausgebildet ist; der Behälterkörper (1) umfasst im oberen Bereich eine umlaufende obere Umrandung (6); wobei die Behälterabdeckung (2, 2', 2") zum Abdecken der Behälteröffnung an der oberen Umrandung (6) des Behälterkörpers (1) befestigt ist; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obere Umrandung (6) von einer oberen Kante (7) der Behälterwand (3) radial nach aussen beabstandet und über einen gelenkigen Verbindungsabschnitt (8) mit der Behälterwand (3) verbunden ist, wobei der gelenkige Verbindungsabschnitt (8) eine Verschiebung der oberen Umrandung (6) relativ zur Behälterwand (3) und zum Öffnungsmittel (9) erlaubt, so dass der Kunststoffbehälter von einer Geschlossenstellung in eine Offenstellung bringbar ist.
