Die Unterkante 101 besitzt durch die Innenneigung des Wandabschnittes 103 einen kleineren Radius als der Garantiering 17 und kann dadurch an einem Widerlager (Haltering 35) des Behälterhalses 29 anschlagen, wenn die Schraubkappe 15 von dem Behälterhals 29 abgeschraubt wird. Das Widerlager ist durch den Haltering 35 realisiert, welcher unterhalb des Aussengewindes 31 an dem Behälterhals 29 ausgebildet ist. Die Ebene 109 ist bevorzugt senkrecht zur Rotationsachse 110 des Behälterhalses 29 orientiert. Diese beschriebenen Gestaltungsmerkmale des Wandabschnittes 103 haben den Vorteil, dass der Wandabschnitt 103 mit der gesamten Unterkante 101 an dem ringförmigen Vorsprung 35 anliegen kann und bei einer axialen Zugkraft nach oben in der Art eines Widerhakens nicht nachgibt. Dadurch ist der Garantiering 17 unlösbar an dem Haltering 35 gehalten bzw. von dem Haltering 35 nur unter Zerstörung entfernbar. Eine Bewegung des ersten Teilabschnittes 105 nach innen in radialer Richtung ist durch Vorsehen der zweiten Teilabschnitte 107 verhindert. Eine Bewegung des ersten Teilabschnittes 105 nach aussen in radialer Richtung ist jedoch möglich. Diese Bewegung ist flexibel und der Wandabschnitt 103 kehrt, nachdem er radial nach aussen gedrückt wurde, in seine nach innen geneigte Grundstellung zurück. Dies hat den weiteren Vorteil, dass sich der Garantiering 17 einfach entformen lässt und mit wenig Kraft auf den Behälterhals 29 zusammen mit der Schraubkappe 15 aufprellbar ist. Claims (19)

  1. Container closure (11) for closing the pouring opening (33) of a container (13) comprising
    - a screw cap (15) with a free edge (25), a first cylindrical shell (23), a lid plate (21) adjoining the shell (23) and an inner thread (27) configured on the inner side of the shell (23) that can interact with an outer thread (31) of a container neck (29) of the container (13),
    - a safety ring (17) that is connected to the free edge (25) of the shell (15) by desired-rupture legs (63) and that includes engaging means (37) that are configured for a positive-locking engagement into an abutment in the form of a retaining ring (35) arranged in the area of the container neck (23),
    - a first arm (19a) with a first and a second arm end (39, 41), wherein the first end (39) is fixedly connected to the free edge (25) of the screw cap (15) and the second end (41) is fixedly connected to the safety ring (17) and
    - a second arm (19b) with a third and a fourth arm end (51, 53), wherein the third end (51) is fixedly connected to the free edge (25) of the screw cap (15) and the fourth end (53) is fixedly connected to the safety ring (17),
    wherein the screw cap (15) is collapsible from a closure position in which it closes the pouring opening (33) into an open position in which it completely clears the pouring opening (33) and vice-versa,
    characterized in
    that the safety ring is an open ring (17) with a first and a second ring end (20a, 20b), wherein the second arm end (41) adjoins the first ring end (20a) and the fourth arm end (53) adjoins the second ring end (20b) and a tab (65) is configured between the first and the third arm end (39, 41) at the free end (25) of the screw cap (15).

Container according to claim 17, characterized in that a support ring (72) is configured at the transition between the container neck (29) and the container body (28) and the free end (66) of the tab (15) bears in the open position on the retaining ring (35) and the tab (65) bears on the support ring (72).
  19. Container according to claim 17 or 18, characterized in that the lengths of the tab (65) and of the first and of the second arm (19a, 19b) are dimensioned in such a way that the arms (!9a, 19b) are tensioned in the open position and the screw cap (15) is held in the open position.
