An der seitlichen Schürze der Verschlusskappe ist eine Lasche ausgebildet, welche in der ausgeklappten Position der Verschlusskappe sich an dem Behälterhals abstützen kann. Die Erfindung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass an der Aussenwand des Stegabschnitts ein zweiter Vorsprung ausgebildet ist und der offene Rand in der Offenposition mit dem zweiten Vorsprung in Kontakt tritt. Der Gewindeteil ist daher frei von einem Haltevorsprung, welcher den Gewindeteil an dem Behälterhals in der Offenposition hält, wie dies im Stand der Technik vorgeschlagen ist. Der Haltevorsprung gemäss dem Stand der Technik muss aus dem Garantiering ausgeschnitten werden, wodurch dieser zwangsläufig geschwächt wird. Im Gegensatz dazu lässt sich gemäss der Erfindung an dem Stegabschnitt ein zweiter Vorsprung ausbilden, mit welchem der offene Rand des Gewindeteils in Kontakt tritt und an diesem in der Offenposition gehalten ist. Der Stegabschnitt weist demzufolge keine Verschwächung auf und ist bevorzugt gleich hoch wie der Garantiering. Dadurch besitzt die Verschlusskappe eine ausreichende Stabilität, um zerstörungsfrei auf den Behälterhals aufgeprellt werden zu können. Das Aufsetzen der Verschlusskappe auf den Behälterhals nach der Befüllung des Behälters kann daher maschinell und dementsprechend rasch durch Aufprellen erfolgen. Ferner ist der Gewindeteil frei von Vorsprüngen, wodurch bei der Benutzung des Gewindeteils ein Verhaken oder Verklemmen durch einen Vorsprung des Gewindeteils verhindert ist. Diese Ausführungsform der Vorsprünge 37 ist Inhalt der schweizerischen Patentanmeldungen mit den Anmeldenummern 01467/19 und 01695/19, deren Prioritäten in Anspruch genommen wurden und deren Offenbarungen hiermit inhaltlich in die vorliegende Patentanmeldung übernommen werden. Über den Umfang des Garantieringes 17 verteilt sind an dem Garantiering Schlitze 97 vorgesehen. Die Schlitze 97 weisen jeweils eine Oberkante 99 und eine Unterkante 101 auf. Die Oberkante 99 ist durch einen kreisbogenförmigen Abschnitt des Garantieringes 17 gebildet. Die Unterkante 101 entspricht dem freien Rand eines nach innen in radialer Richtung geneigten Wandabschnittes 103. Die Unterkante 101 besitzt durch die Innenneigung des Wandabschnittes 103 einen kleineren Radius als der Garantiering 17 und kann dadurch an einem Widerlager (Ringförmiger Vorsprung 35) des Behälterhalses 29 anschlagen, wenn der Gewindeteil 15 von dem Behälterhals 29 abgeschraubt wird. Das Widerlager ist durch den ringförmigen Vorsprung 35 realisiert, welcher unterhalb des Aussengewindes 31 an dem Behälterhals 29 ausgebildet ist. When the threaded part 15 is unscrewed, the lower edge 99 grips the projection 35 in a form-fitting manner, as a result of which the guarantee ring 17 is reliably held on the annular projection 35 even under high axial forces.

Jeder Wandabschnitt 101 weist einen ersten Teilabschnitt 105 und zwei zweite Teilabschnitte 107 auf. Der erste Teilabschnitt 105 stellt einen nach innen geklappten Mantelabschnitt dar und ist bevorzugt eben ausgebildet. Die zweiten Teilabschnitte 107 schliessen an den nach innen gewandten Seiten des ersten Teilabschnittes 105 an und verbinden diesen mit dem Garantiering 17. Die zweiten Teilabschnitte 107 können gebogen oder eben ausgebildet sein und sind schräg nach innen einander zugewandt. Die Unterkante 101 des Schlitzes 97 entspricht den freien Rändern des ersten Teilabschnittes 105 und der zweiten Teilabschnitte 107 und liegt in einer Ebene 109, welche in Figur 10 dargestellt ist. Die Ebene 109 ist bevorzugt senkrecht zur Rotationsachse 110 des Behälterhalses 29 orientiert. Diese beschriebenen Gestaltungsmerkmale des Wandabschnittes 103 haben den Vorteil, dass der Wandabschnitt 103 mit der gesamten Unterkante 101 an dem ringförmigen Vorsprung 35 anliegen kann und bei einer axialen Zugkraft nach oben in der Art eines Widerhakens nicht nachgibt. Dadurch ist der Garantiering 17 unlösbar an dem Vorsprung 35 gehalten bzw. von dem Vorsprung 35 nur unter Zerstörung entfernbar. Eine Bewegung des ersten Teilabschnittes 105 nach innen in radialer Richtung ist durch Vorsehen der zweiten Teilabschnitte 107 verhindert. Eine Bewegung des ersten Teilabschnittes 105 nach aussen in radialer Richtung ist jedoch möglich. Diese Bewegung ist flexibel und der Wandabschnitt 103 kehrt, nachdem er radial nach aussen gedrückt wurde, in seine nach innen geneigte Grundstellung zurück. Dies hat den weiteren Vorteil, dass sich der Garantiering 17 einfach entformen lässt und mit wenig Kraft auf den Behälterhals 29 zusammen mit dem Gewindeteil 15 aufprellbar ist. Das Entformen aus einer Spritzgussform und das Aufprellen auf den Behälterhals 29 können durch die Flexibilität des Wandabschnittes 103 erfolgen, ohne dass die Gefahr besteht, dass der Wandabschnitt 103 beschädigt wird.Each wall section 101 has a first section 105 and two second sections 107 . Claims (18)

  1. Closure cap (11) for closing the pouring opening (33) of a container (13), comprising
    - a cylindrical threaded part (15) with an open rim (25), a first cylindrical shell (23) and an inner thread (27) formed on the inside of the shell (23), which can cooperate with an outer thread (31) of a container neck (29) of the container (13),
    - a security ring (17) designed to be held on a first projection (35) formed on the container neck (29),
    - a plurality of security webs (63) which releasably connect the security ring (17) to the open rim (25), and
    - a first retaining strip (19a) having a first and a second end (39, 41) and a first and a second rim (43, 45), wherein the first end (39) is securely connected to the open rim (25) of the threaded part (15), the second end (41) is securely connected to the security ring (17), the first rim (43) is releasably connected to the open rim (25) of the threaded part (15) by at least one, first, predetermined breaking web (47), and the second rim (45) is releasably connected to the security ring (17) by at least one, second, predetermined breaking web (49), and
    - a second retaining strip (19b) having a third and a fourth end (51, 53) and a third and fourth rim (55, 57), wherein the third end (51) is securely connected to the open rim (25) of the threaded part (15), the fourth end (53) is securely connected to the security ring (17), the third rim (55) is releasably connected to the open rim (25) of the threaded part (15) by at least one, third, predetermined breaking web (59), and the fourth rim (57) is releasably connected to the security ring (17) by at least one, fourth, predetermined breaking web (61),
    wherein a circular-arc-shaped web section (69) of the security ring (17) is formed between the first and the third ends (39, 51), and
    the threaded part (15) can be folded from a closed position, in which it closes the pouring opening (33), into an open position, in which it completely uncovers the pouring opening (33), and vice versa,
    characterized in that
    a second projection (71) is formed on the outer wall of the web section (69), and the open rim (25), when in the open position, comes into contact with the second projection (71).
  2. Closure cap according to claim 1, characterized in that the second projection (71) is formed on the rim, facing the threaded part (15), of the security ring (17).
  3. Closure cap according to claim 1 or 2, characterized in that the second projection is a step (71) projecting radially outwards.
  4. Closure cap according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the first and the third ends (39, 51) enclose a first opening angle (75) of at least 15 degrees and at most 40 degrees, and preferably of at least 20 and at most 25 degrees, with respect to the center point (73) of the closure cap (11) as the apex, and
    the second and the fourth ends (41, 53) enclose a second opening angle (77) of at least 220 degrees and at most 270 degrees, and preferably of at least 240 and at most 260 degrees, with respect to the center point (73) of the closure cap (11) as the apex.
  5. Closure cap according to claim 4, characterized in that the opening angle, which encloses the web section with the center point (73) as the apex, substantially corresponds to the first opening angle (75).
  6. Closure cap according to claim 4 or 5, characterized in that the first and second ends (39, 41) enclose a third opening angle (79) of at least 30 degrees and at most 60 degrees, and preferably of at least 40 and at most 50 degrees, with respect to the center point (73) of the closure cap (11) as the apex.
  7. Closure cap according to claim 6, characterized in that the third and the fourth ends (51, 53) enclose a fourth opening angle (81) of at least 30 degrees and at most 60 degrees, and preferably of at least 40 and at most 50 degrees, with respect to the center point (73) of the closure cap (11) as the apex.
  8. Closure cap according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the length of the first and the second retaining strips (19a, 19b) is dimensioned in such a way that they are tensioned in the open position, and the threaded part (15) is held in the open position.
  9. Closure cap according to one of claims 1 through 8, characterized in that a first or a second narrowing (83, 85) of the cross-section of the first or the second retaining strip (19a, 19b) is provided at the second or the fourth end (41, 53), as a result of which the second or the fourth end (41, 53) can act as an articulation.
  10. Closure cap according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a first and second recess (65, 67) for receiving the first and second retaining strips (19a, 19b) is provided on the rim, facing the first and second retaining strips (19a, 19b), of the security ring (17).
  11. Closure cap according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the first and/or the second ends (39, 41) of the first retaining strip (19a), and the third and/or the fourth ends (51, 53) of the second retaining strip (19b), are bendable along predefined bending lines.
  12. Closure cap according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a groove (91) for receiving a support ring (72) formed on the container neck (29) is provided on the first cylindrical shell (23) when the threaded part (15) is in the open position.
  13. Closure cap according to claim 12, characterized in that the groove (91) is oriented to be substantially parallel to the open rim (25), wherein the groove (91) has the shape of a straight depression.
  14. Closure cap according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that a plurality of ribs (93), the length of which extends in the axial direction and the height of which extends in the radial direction of the threaded part (15), is formed on the outside of the first cylindrical shell (23).
  15. Closure cap according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the closure cap (11) is designed to cooperate with a standardized container neck (29) with an outer thread (31) and an annular first projection (35).
  16. Closure cap according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the security ring (17) has slots (95) arranged to be distributed over the circumference, with an upper edge (97) and a lower edge (99), wherein the upper edge (97) is formed by a circular-arc-shaped section of the security ring (17), and the lower edge (99) is formed by a wall section (101) inclined inwardly in the radial direction, and that the lower edge (99) of each slot (95) forms projections (37), whereby engaging means are formed for a form-fitting engagement with the annular projection (35).
  17. Container closure (13) having
    - a container body (28),
    - a container neck (29) adjoining the container body (28),
    - an outer thread (31) formed on the container neck (29), and
    - a closure cap (11) for closing a pouring opening (32) provided within the container neck (29),
    the closure cap (11) having
    - a cylindrical threaded part (15) having an open rim (25) and an inner thread (27), which can cooperate with the outer thread (31) of a container neck (29) of the pouring element (13),
    - a security ring (17) designed to be held on a first projection (35) formed on the container neck (29),
    - a plurality of security webs (64), which releasably connect the security ring (17) to the open rim (25), and
    a first retaining strip (19a) having a first and a second end (39, 41) and a first and a second rim (43, 45), wherein the first end (39) is securely connected to the open rim (25) of the threaded part (15), the second end (41) is securely connected to the security ring (17), the first rim (43) is releasably connected to the open rim (25) of the threaded part (15) by at least one, first, predetermined breaking web (47), and the second rim (45) is releasably connected to the security ring (17) by at least one, second, predetermined breaking web (49), and
    a second retaining strip (19b) having a third and a fourth end (51, 53) and a third and fourth rim (55, 57), wherein the third end (51) is securely connected to the open rim (25) of the threaded part (15), the fourth end (53) is securely connected to the security ring (17), the third rim (55) is releasably connected to the open rim (25) of the threaded part (15) by at least one, third, predetermined breaking web (59), and the fourth rim (57) is releasably connected to the security ring (17) by at least one, fourth, predetermined breaking web (61),
    wherein a circular-arc-shaped web section (69) of the security ring (17) is formed between the first and the third ends (39, 51), and
    the threaded part (15) can be folded from a closed position, in which it closes the pouring opening (33), into an open position, in which it completely uncovers the pouring opening (33), and vice versa,
    characterized in that
    the closure cap is a closure cap (11) according to one of claims 1 through 16.
  18. Container according to claim 17, characterized in that a support ring (72) is formed at the transition from the container neck (29) to the container body (28), and the threaded part (15) in the open position is in contact with the second projection (71) and the support ring (72).
