Claims (12)

  1. Closure device for a container, having a base element (100), which can be fastened on an opening of the container and has a dispensing opening (160), and having a lid (200), which can be moved back and forth between a fully closed and a fully open position,

    wherein the closure device has at least one degassing channel (222), which is closed in a fully closed position of the lid and which, in the defined intermediate position of the lid (200), allows pressure equalization between the surroundings and a side of the closure device which is to be directed towards the container interior,
    characterized in that the lid (200) comprises a centring ring (240) or at least one crosspiece element (246) and a sealing element (220), wherein, in the fully closed position of the lid (200), the sealing element (220) projects, at least in part, into a discharge opening (160) of the spout (140),
    wherein the spout, on its inside, comprises sealing lips (142) which interact with the sealing element (220) of the lid, wherein the centring ring (240) or at least one crosspiece element (246) comprises a stop element (244), which interacts with a corresponding stop element (144) at the upper end of the outside of the spout (140) in order to stop the lid in the defined intermediate position,
    wherein only by applying an increased level of force or by shifting the movement direction during opening is it possible to go beyond the defined intermediate position, and in that the sealing element (220) of the lid has an aperture (222) as degassing channel,
    wherein the sealing lip (142) of the spout, in the defined intermediate position, is located in the region of this aperture (222), and therefore the degassing channel is open.
  2. Closure device according to Claim 1, characterized in that it comprises a stop device (140, 144, 240, 244) which is designed such that, when the lid (200) is being moved from the fully closed position into the fully open position, an increased amount of force has to be applied in order to move the lid (200) beyond the defined intermediate position.
  3. Closure device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that both the base element (100) and the lid (200) each have at least one stop element (144, 244), and these butt against one another, at least in part, in the defined intermediate position of the lid (200).
  4. Closure device according to Claim 3, characterized in that at least one stop element (144, 244) is of elastically compliant design.
  5. Closure device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the base element comprises a spout (140), in which the dispensing opening (160) is arranged, wherein a bead-like element (144) is provided on the outside of the spout (140), at least over a sub-region of the circumference.
  6. Closure device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the lid (200) comprises a sealing element (220) which, in the closed position of the lid (200), engages in the dispensing opening (160) of the closure device and is connected thereto with sealing action.
  7. Closure device according to Claim 6, characterized in that at least one aperture (222) is provided on the outside of the sealing element (220) of the lid (200), this aperture serving as degassing channel.
  8. Closure device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the lid (200), on its inside, comprises at least one crosspiece (246), on which a stop element (244) is formed.
  9. Closure device according to one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the lid (200) is designed as a swing-action lid which can be pivoted back and forth between a fully closed position and a fully open position via at least one hinge device (260).
  10. Closure device according to Claim 9, characterized in that at least one stop device (140, 144, 240, 244) is arranged essentially on a side which is located opposite the hinge device (260).
  11. Closure device according to one of Claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the lid (200) is designed as a plug-in cap.
  12. Closure device according to Claim 11, characterized in that at least two stop devices are arranged in essentially opposite positions.
