Description

Doppelwandige Schubladenseitenwand
Die Erfindung betrifft eine doppelwandige Schubladenseitenwand mit einer Außenwand und einer damit in Verbindung stehenden Innenwand. Weiters betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer solchen doppelwandigen Schubladenseitenwand sowie eine Schublade mit solchen doppelwandigen Schubladenseitenwänden.
Doppelwandige Schubladenseitenwände sind beim Stand der Technik bereits bestens bekannt. Meistens bestehen diese doppelwandigen Schubladenseitenwände aus einem hutförmig geformten Metallblech, wobei die Außenwand und die Innenwand einstückig miteinander ausgebildet sein können. Es ist aber auch möglich, dass diese beiden Wände miteinander durch bekannte Verbindungstechniken verbunden werden. Insgesamt haben solche doppelwandigen Schubladenseitenwände den Vorteil, dass im Inneren Funktionsteile aufgenommen werden können, beispielsweise im vorderen Bereich eine Verbindungseinrichtung zur lösbaren Verbindung mit einem Frontwandhalter, der an einer Frontblende der Schublade vormontiert ist. Am hinteren Ende kann ein sogenannter Rückwandhalter vorgesehen sein, an dem die Rückwand der Schublade einrastbar ist.
Die doppelwandige Schubladenseitenwand ist typischerweise hutförmig ausgebildet, wobei die Unterseite direkt oder über eine mit der Außen- und/der Innenwand verbundene Behältnisschiene auf ein Schienensystem aufsetzbar ist. Solche Schienensysteme weisen typischerweise eine am Möbelkorpus befestigte Korpusschiene und eine dazu relativ, insbesondere über Wälzkörper, bewegbare Ladenschiene auf, die im Betrieb fest mit der Schublade verbindbar ist. Zwischen diesen beiden Schienen kann noch eine Mittelschiene angeordnet sein, um einen sogenannten Vollauszug zu realisieren.
Die doppelwandige Schubladenseitenwand kann an ihrem unteren Bereich eine in Längsrichtung verlaufende profilierte Behältnisschiene aufweisen, die fest mit der doppelwandigen Schubladenseitenwand verbunden ist. Eine solche Behältnisschiene weist typischerweise auch einen zur Schubladeninnenseite weisenden Steg auf, auf dem ein Schubladenboden aufgelegt werden kann. Der im Profil ausgesparte, im Wesentlichen nach unten U-förmig offene Bereich der Behältnisschiene dient zur Aufnahme und Verbindung mit einer Ladenschiene eines Schienensystems. All diese Einzelheiten und Details können bevorzugt auch bei der erfindungsgemäßen doppelwandigen Schubladenseitenwand vorgesehen sein.
Eine Schublade mit zwei solchen doppelwandigen Schubladenseitenwänden links und rechts, einem Schubladenboden, einer hinteren Rückwand und einer vorderen Frontblende lässt sich typischerweise lösbar in einem im Korpus vorgesehenen Schienensystem einhängen und damit lösbar verbinden. Das heißt, man kann die Schublade leicht in das Schienensystem im Möbelkorpus einsetzen und daraus wieder entnehmen, beispielsweise für Reinigungszwecke oder bei der Erstmontage. Dabei besteht das Problem, dass mit der herausgenommenen Schublade eine Auflage, beispielsweise eine Arbeitsplatte der Küche durch das Hantieren mit der Schublade beschädigt, insbesondere zerkratzt wird.
Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, eine doppelwandige Schubladenseitenwand zu schaffen, mit der das Risiko von Beschädigungen beim Hantieren mit einer Schublade mit einer solchen doppelwandigen Schubladenseitenwand reduziert ist. Weiters soll ein Verfahren zum Herstellen einer solchen Schubladenseitenwand sowie eine damit ausgestattete Schublade angegeben werden.
Erfindungsgemäß wird die Aufgabe durch die Merkmale der Ansprüche 1 , 13 und 15 gelöst.
Die Erfindung geht von der Erkenntnis aus, dass die Hauptgefahr einer Beschädigung einer Auflage, insbesondere der Oberfläche einer Arbeitsplatte einer Küche durch Hochheben einer darauf aufliegenden Schublade an der Frontseite besteht, weil dann das hintere untere Ende der doppelwandigen Schubladenseitenwand, welches normalerweise scharfkantig ausgebildet ist, die Auflage zerkratzen und damit beschädigen kann.
Die Grundidee der Erfindung besteht nun darin, dieses kritische hintere untere Ende der Außenwand durch eine Abrundung weniger scharfkantig auszubilden und damit die Gefahr von Beschädigungen zu minimieren. Diese Abrundung kann entweder im Material der Schubladenseitenwand selbst ausgeformt sein, es ist aber auch gemäß einer weiteren Variante der Erfindung möglich, dass die Abrundung an einem gesonderten, mit der Außenwand - vorzugsweise über eine Rastverbindung - verbundenen Kantenschutzteil ausgebildet ist.
Eine noch weitere Verbesserung des Kratzschutzes kann dadurch erzielt werden, dass die Stirnseiten der Abrundung - wie auch die übrige doppelwandige Schubladenseitenwand - beschichtet ist. Diese Beschichtung kann beispielsweise eine Pulverbeschichtung oder ein Lack sein. Auch andere Beschichtungen sind durchaus denkbar und möglich. Wesentlich ist, dass diese Beschichtungen im Gegensatz zum meist metallischen Material der Außenwand weicher und glatter sind, vor allem bei einem Auftrag auch an der Stirnseite der Abrundung und die Kratzgefahr weiter reduziert wird.

Die Fig. 6 zeigt ein Ausführungsbeispiel des hinteren unteren Endes einer erfindungsgemäßen doppelwandigen Schubladenseitenwand.
Die Fig. 7a und 7b zeigen eine Alternative einer doppelwandigen
Schubladenseitenwand gemäß der Erfindung mit einem gesonderten Kantenschutzteil.
In der folgenden Figurenbeschreibung werden die Lagebeziehungen oben und unten in Bezug auf eine übliche Einbaulage der Schublade, bei der sie horizontal verschiebbar ist, verstanden. Die Begriffe vorne und hinten beziehen sich auf die Ausziehrichtung der Schublade, wobei in Ausziehrichtung vorne eine Frontblende angeordnet ist, während auf der in Ausziehrichtung hinten liegenden Rückseite eine Rückwand vorgesehen ist. Die beiden doppelwandigen Schubladenseitenwände, die das Schubladeninnere begrenzen, verlaufen in Ausziehrichtung unten abgeschlossen wird dann die ganze Schublade durch einen Schubladenboden.
Die Fig. 1 zeigt eine insgesamt mit 1 bezeichnete Schublade, die in Ausziehrichtung 2 aus einem Möbelkorpus 7 (hier nicht gezeigt) ausziehbar ist. Entgegen der Ausziehrichtung 2 kann die Schublade 1 wieder in einen Möbelkorpus 7 eingeschoben werden. Der Schubladenboden 3 der Schublade 1 wird seitlich von den beiden doppelwandigen Schubladenseitenwänden 4 (Außenwand 4a, Innenwand 4b) begrenzt. Eine hintere Rückwand 5 ist mit diesen Schubladenseitenwänden 4 verbunden. Im vorderen Bereich ist eine Frontblende 6 vorgesehen, die in an sich bekannter Weise über eine lösbare Rastverbindung mit den Schubladenseitenwänden 4 bzw. darin nicht näher dargestellten Verbindungseinrichtungen lösbar verbindbar ist.
Die Fig. 2 zeigt in einer schematischen Seitenansicht einen Möbelkorpus 7 mit zwei eingesetzten unteren Schubladen 1. Zur beweglichen Führung der Schubladen 1 ist jeweils eine mit dem Möbelkorpus 7 verbundene Korpusschiene 8 sowie eine relativ dazu bewegbare Ladenschiene 9 vorgesehen. Zwischen diesen beiden Schienen 8, 9 kann noch eine nicht dargestellte Mittelschiene vorgesehen sein, um einen Vollauszug zu realisieren. Jedenfalls sind die Schubladen 1 lösbar mit diesem Schienensystem 8, 9 verbunden, sodass die Schublade 1 einfach montiert werden kann, oder auch für Reinigungszwecke entnommen werden kann.
In einem solchen Fall ist es üblich, die Schublade 1 auf der Arbeitsplatte 10 oder einer anderen Auflage aufzulegen. Häufig wird dabei die Schublade 1 gemäß der Pfeilrichtung 2a vorne nach oben gekippt, womit sich wie die Figuren 3 und 3a zeigen, das hintere untere Ende der Außenwand 4a der Schubladenseitenwand 4 in die Arbeitsplatte 10 drückt. Dabei besteht die Gefahr von Beschädigungen derselben. Erfindungsgemäß ist nun - wie beispielsweise die Fig. 3a im Detail zeigt -das hintere untere Ende der Außenwand 4a mit einer Abrundung 11 versehen, die bei diesem Ausführungsbeispiel direkt durch Abrunden der Außenwand 4a ausgebildet ist. Die Abrundung 11 reduziert die Scharfkantigkeit und damit das Risiko von Beschädigungen der Arbeitsplatte 10 oder einer anderen Auflage. Die metallische Schubladenseitenwand 4 ist vorzugsweise beschichtet, wobei sich die nachträgliche Beschichtung auch auf die Stirnseite 4e der Abrundung 11 erstreckt.
Bei der in Fig. 4 gezeigten Ansicht sieht man eine Schublade 1 mit einer erfindungsgemäßen doppelwandigen Schubladenseitenwand 4 von der inneren Unterseite her. Der Bereich B ist in Fig. 4a vergrößert dargestellt.
Die Schublade 1 weist neben dem Schubladenboden 3 und der Rückwand 5 eine Schubladenseitenwand 4 auf, deren Außenwand 4a im unteren Bereich entlang der Längskante 12 umgebördelt ist. In diesem U-förmig umgebördelten Bereich ist die erfindungsgemäße Abrundung 11 vorgesehen.
Mit der Schubladenseitenwand 4 ist eine Behältnisschiene 13 fest verbunden.
Fig. 5 zeigt einen schematischen Schnitt gemäß der Linie C-C aus der Figur 4. Man sieht die doppelwandige Schubladenseitenwand 4 mit einer Außenwand 4a und einer Innenwand 4b, die einstückig miteinander ausgebildet sind und insgesamt ein hutförmiges Profil bilden (sogenannter Zargenhut). An der Unterseite ist eine Behältnisschiene 13 fest mit der doppelwandigen Schubladenseitenwand 4 verbunden, und zwar sowohl mit der Außenwand 4a als auch mit der Innenwand 4b. Die Verbindung 14 kann beispielsweise durch Verschweißen oder Verkleben erfolgen. Die Behältnisschiene 13 weist einen Auflagesteg 13a für den Schubladenboden 3 auf und dient zur lösbaren Verbindung mit einem schematisch dargestellten Schienensystem bestehend aus Ladenschiene 9, Mittelschiene und Korpusschiene 8.
Bei der in Fig. 6 gezeigten vergrößerten Darstellung ist das hintere untere Ende der Außenwand 4a gezeigt. Die gedachte Verlängerung der unteren Längskante 4c und der hinteren Hochkante 4d schneidet sich im Schnittpunkt S. Die Abrundung 11 ist bei diesem Ausführungsbeispiel im Wesentlichen kreisförmig ausgebildet, wobei der Krümmungsradius R vorzugsweise zwischen 1 mm und 10 mm und bevorzugt zwischen 2 mm und 5 mm beträgt.
Der Abstand D der Abrundung 11 vom gedachten Schnittpunkt S beträgt mindestens 1 mm, vorzugsweise mindestens 2 mm, und höchstens 2 cm.
Durch diese Dimensionierungen wird ein guter Kantenschutz realisiert. Andererseits wird die Optik nicht störend beeinträchtigt.
Bei dem in Figuren 7a und 7b dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel ist ein gesonderter Kantenschutzteil 15 vorgesehen, der aus Kunststoff bestehen kann. Er weist die Abrundung 11 auf. Der Kantenschutzteil 15 ist - wie die Figuren 7a und 7b zeigen - auf die Außenwand 4a der doppelwandigen Schubladenseitenwand 4 aufsteckbar, wobei in eine Öffnung 16 ein kleines Rastelement im Inneren des Aufnahmeschlitzes 17 des Kantenschutzteiles 15 einrastet und den Kantenschutzteil 15 sicher in Position hält. Claims

Patentansprüche:
1. Doppelwandige Schubladenseitenwand (4) mit einer Außenwand (4a) und einer damit in Verbindung stehenden Innenwand (4b), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass - in einer Seitenansicht auf die Schubladenseitenwand (4) - am hinteren, unteren Ende der Außenwand (4a) eine Abrundung (11 ) vorgesehen ist.
2. Doppelwandige Schubladenseitenwand nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abrundung (11 ) an der Außenwand (4a) selbst ausgeformt ist (Fig. 2 bis 6).
3. Doppelwandige Schubladenseitenwand nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenwand (4a) an der unteren Längskante (12) umgebördelt ist.
4. Doppelwandige Schubladenseitenwand nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenwand (4a) im Bereich der unteren Längskante (12) - im Querschnitt gesehen - im Wesentlichen U-förmig umgebogen ist, wobei der umgebogene Abschnitt (4f) an der Innenseite der Außenwand (4a) verläuft.
5. Doppelwandige Schubladenseitenwand nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der umgebogene Abschnitt (4f) und der - vorzugsweise im Wesentlichen parallel dazu verlaufende - untere Teil der Außenwand (4a) am hinteren, unteren Ende derselben, im Wesentlichen dieselbe Abrundung (11 ) aufweisen.
6. Doppelwandige Schubladenseitenwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenwand (4a) und die Innenwand (4b) aus einem - vorzugsweise zwischen 0,1 mm bis 2 mm und besonders bevorzugt zwischen 0,2 mm und 1 mm - dicken Metallblech bestehen.
7. Doppelwandige Schubladenseitenwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Außenwand (4a) und vorzugsweise auch die Innenwand (4b) - mit einer Beschichtung versehen ist, wobei diese
Beschichtung auch im Bereich der - vorzugsweise im Wesentlichen im rechten Winkel zur angrenzenden Außenfläche der Außenwand (4a) verlaufenden - Stirnseite (4e) der Abrundung (11 ) vorgesehen ist.
8. Doppelwandige Schubladenseitenwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abrundung (11 ) konvexförmig, beispielsweise im Wesentlichen kreisbogenförmig, gekrümmt ist.
9. Doppelwandige Schubladenseitenwand nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Krümmungsradius (R) des Kreisbogens zwischen 1 mm und 10 mm, vorzugsweise zwischen 2 mm und 5 mm beträgt (Fig. 6).
10. Doppelwandige Schubladenseitenwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abstand (D) der Abrundung (11 ) vom Schnittpunkt (S) der gedachten verlängerten unteren Längskante (4c) der Außenwand (4a) mit der gedachten verlängerten hinteren Hochkante (4d) der Außenwand (4a) mindestens 1 mm, vorzugsweise mindestens 2 mm beträgt, und höchstens 2 cm beträgt (Fig. 6).
11. Doppelwandige Schubladenseitenwand nach Anspruch 1 und einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abrundung (11 ) an einem gesonderten, mit der Außenwand (4a) - vorzugsweise über eine Rastverbindung - verbundenen Kantenschutzteil (15) ausgebildet ist (Fig. 7a, 7b).
12. Doppelwandige Schubladenseitenwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im unteren Bereich eine abschnittsweise U-förmig profilierte Behältnisschiene (13) zwischen Außenwand (4a) und Innenwand (4b) angeordnet ist und mit dieser verbunden ist.
13. Doppelwandige Schubladenseitenwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Abrundung (11 ) vom hinteren Ende der geraden unteren Längskante (4c) der Außenwand (4a) bis zum unteren Ende der geraden hinteren Hochkante (4d) der Außenwand (4a) erstreckt.
14. Verfahren zum Herstellen einer doppelwandigen Schubladenseitenwand nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, gekennzeichnet durch Ausbilden einer Abrundung (11 ) am hinteren, unteren Ende der Außenwand (4a) und anschließenden Beschichten der Schubladenseitenwand (4) samt deren Abrundung (11 ).
15. Verfahren zum Herstellen einer doppelwandigen Schubladenseitenwand nach Anspruch 11 , gekennzeichnet durch Formen der Schubladenseitenwand (4), gegebenenfalls Beschichten derselben, und anschließendem Anbringen eines abgerundeten Kantenschutzteiles (15) am hinteren, unteren Ende der Außenwand
(4a).
16. Schublade (1 ) mit zwei gegenüberliegenden, doppelwandigen Schubladenseitenwänden (4) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13.
17. Schublade (1 ) nach Anspruch 16, gekennzeichnet durch eine vordere Frontblende (6), eine hintere Rückwand (5) und einen Schubladenboden (3), die jeweils mit den Schubladenseitenwänden (4) - vorzugsweise lösbar - verbunden sind.
