Claims (9)

  1. Dispositif flottant (B, B') de blocage et de récupération de polluants dispersés dans des sites environnementaux alimentés en eau (A), comprenant au moins un corps allongé creux (1), capable d'être disposé sur l'eau (A), muni d'une surface intérieure (11), capable de recevoir lesdits polluants, et une surface externe (12) capable d'être en contact avec l'eau (A), lors de son utilisation, sur une partie de ladite surface externe (12), une ouverture (13) est obtenue pour l'entrée desdits polluants à l'intérieur dudit au moins un corps creux (1), lorsque ledit dispositif flottant (B, B') est en utilisation immergé dans de l'eau (A), celui-ci présente une première partie (1a) immergée dans de l'eau (A) et une seconde partie (1b) émergeant de l'eau (A), ladite ouverture (13) s'agence en correspondance de la surface d'eau (A), elle comprend au moins un élément de stabilisation (16) couplé à ladite première partie (1a), ledit dispositif flottant (B, B') est caractérisé
    en ce que ledit élément de stabilisation (16) est pourvu d'une première extrémité (161) et d'une seconde extrémité (162) opposée à ladite première extrémité (161), dans lequel ladite première extrémité (161) est sensiblement en forme de coin et est positionnée au niveau de ladite ouverture (13), de manière à entrer en contact avec les polluants présents à la surface de l'eau (A), et
    en ce que ladite seconde extrémité (162) présente une forme sensiblement arrondie pour favoriser la stabilisation et le flottement.
  2. Dispositif flottant (B, B') selon les revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une cloison coulissante (131) passant d'une position d'ouverture, dans lequel ladite cloison coulissante (131) est rétractée par rapport à l'eau (A), à une position fermée, dans lequel ladite cloison (113) est extraite et proche de l'eau (A), de manière à recouvrir partiellement ou totalement ladite ouverture (13).
  3. Dispositif flottant (B, B') selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé
    en ce que ledit corps allongé creux (1) se développe le long d'un axe longitudinal principal (X), et
    en ce que ledit corps allongé creux (1) comprend une première extrémité (14) et une seconde extrémité (15) opposée à ladite première extrémité (15).
  4. Dispositif flottant (B, B') selon la revendication précédente, caractérisé
    en ce qu'un élément de couplage (141) est agencé sur ladite première extrémité (14) pour couplage avec des éléments externes, et
    en ce qu'un élément de couplage (151) est agencé sur ladite seconde extrémité (15) pour couplage avec des éléments externes.
  5. Dispositif flottant (B, B') selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisé
    en ce qu'une partie ouvrable (142) est agencée sur ladite première extrémité (14) pour couplage avec un système d'aspiration, et
    en ce qu'une partie ouvrable (142) est agencée sur ladite seconde extrémité (15) pour couplage avec un système d'aspiration.
  6. Dispositif flottant (B, B') selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément de couplage (141) de ladite première extrémité (14) et l'élément de couplage (151) de ladite seconde extrémité (15) peuvent être couplés à une pluralité d'autres dispositifs flottants (B1, B2, ..., Bn ; B'1, B'2, ..., B'n).
  7. Dispositif flottant (B, B') selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend une source de lumière agencée sur ledit au moins un corps creux (1) alimentée par des batteries ou par un panneau photovoltaïque.
  8. Dispositif flottant (B, B') selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un réservoir (18) couplé à ladite surface extérieure (12) pour la collecte desdits polluants.
  9. Dispositif flottant (B, B') selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la surface de contact dudit élément de stabilisation (16) avec l'eau est ondulée afin d'assurer un contact stable avec les polluants présents dans l'eau.
