Definitions

  • formwork props are off GB 1 457 136 A , CN 201738566 U , EP 2 080 853 A1 , DE 42 04 788 A1 and U.S. 2017/0275902 A1 famous.
  • the object of the present invention is to alleviate or eliminate at least individual disadvantages of the prior art.
  • the aim of the invention is in particular to create a formwork support with which transverse forces can be reliably dissipated when used in a ceiling formwork.
  • the holding head has a first connection element for detachable connection to a crossbar essentially perpendicular to the formwork support.
  • transverse forces can be transferred directly from the retaining head of the formwork prop to one end of the crossbar.
  • the other end of the crossbar is preferably connected to the retaining head of another formwork support, in particular to the formwork support that is adjacent to the side. This results in lateral stabilization of the formwork prop.
  • the crossbar is designed to be essentially rigid in order to prevent the formwork support from tipping about its longitudinal axis due to transverse forces. Since the holding head is arranged at the upper end of the formwork prop, tilting forces are diverted at a favorable point, so that the slab formwork can be used reliably is secured.
  • the crossbar between the retaining heads of the formwork props does not affect the passage spaces for the workers between adjacent rows of formwork props, since the crossbar extends overhead between the formwork props. Due to the connection of the cross bar to the retaining head, the transverse forces are always absorbed directly under the formwork girder, regardless of the adjusted length of the telescopic formwork prop. Furthermore, the assembly of the crossbar on the holding head is particularly simple because the formwork support is also detachably fastened to the holding head and the formwork support and the arrangement of the crossbar can thus be attached at the same place.
  • the holding head with the connection to the crossbar takes over the lateral stabilization of the formwork support as an additional function.
  • the connection element of the holding head is set up for a detachable connection with a corresponding connection element of the crossbar.
  • references to location and direction such as “horizontal”, “vertical”, etc., refer to a vertical orientation of the formwork prop.
  • “Releasable” means that the connection can be made and released again several times, preferably without tools, without significant functional losses.
  • the holding head has a base body, in particular made of metal, on which the first connection element for the crossbar and the holding element for the formwork support are formed.
  • the connecting element for the crossbar and the holding element for the lower longitudinal area of the respective formwork support on the base body are made in one piece, i.e. from a single piece, without connecting devices. This creates a particularly simple, stable design.
  • two holding elements on opposite longitudinal sides of the holding head are designed to hold the opposite longitudinal areas of a lower chord of the formwork girder.
  • a gripping element is provided as the holding element, which grips around one of the lateral longitudinal areas of the lower chord of the formwork girder, i.e. holds it in place at the side and at the top.
  • Two gripping elements are preferably provided for gripping around the two opposite longitudinal regions of the formwork support.
  • the holding head preferably has at least one first connection element on opposite longitudinal sides of the holding head for detachable connection to two crossbars.
  • Two crossbars can thus be attached to each holding head, preferably in each case essentially perpendicularly to the formwork support.
  • first connection elements are provided, preferably at opposite ends, on one long side and/or on the other long side of the holding head. This also makes it easier to assemble the crossbar.
  • the two first connection elements on each longitudinal side can be connected to one another via a stiffening element.
  • a continuous first connection element extends essentially over the entire length of the holding head on one long side and/or on the other long side of the holding head.
  • the crossbar can be fitted particularly easily.
  • the retaining bolt is hooked into the mount on the retaining head from above at one end of the crossbar.
  • the other end of the crossbar also has a retaining bolt, which is hooked into the receptacle on a further retaining head.
  • the holding head preferably has an upwardly directed, in particular oblique, head upwardly directed guide hooks adjacent to the crossbar retaining bolt receptacle.
  • the guide hook has a guide surface with which the retaining bolt is guided towards the receptacle during assembly.
  • the crossbar can be hung into the receptacle from above with little effort.
  • first connection element and the second connection element are set up to fix the crossbar in the transverse and longitudinal direction of the holding head when they are connected to one another.
  • the longitudinal direction of the holding head runs in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the formwork support.
  • a retaining bolt is preferably provided as the second connection element, which is hooked into the first connection element of the retaining head.
  • the crossbar has a bar element and holders for the second connection elements at the opposite ends of the bar element.
  • the rod element preferably has a cross section that is constant over its length, for example a substantially square cross section. Of course, other cross sections are also possible for the rod element, for example a round cross section.
  • the crossbar is telescopic, so that the length of the crossbar can be adjusted. In order to enable the transmission of the lateral forces with this version, the telescoping ability of the crossbar can be blocked at the set length.
  • two formwork girders are supported by at least two of the formwork props described above.
  • the crossbar connects the two retaining heads of the formwork props essentially perpendicular to the longitudinal axes of the parallel formwork beams.
  • further telescopic formwork supports can be provided with a lower and an upper support part for supporting the formwork supports, which, however, do not have to have the retaining head described above.
  • At least individual formwork supports are free of support legs which protrude from the lower support part. Due to the transverse stabilization via the crossbar, at least on individual formwork supports, preferably inside the floor formwork, i.e. not on the edge areas of the floor formwork, can be dispensed with.
  • FIG. 1 shows a slab formwork 1 with telescopic formwork supports 2 which, as usual, each have a lower support part 3 in the form of an outer tube and an upper support part 4 in the form of an inner tube that can be displaced therein.
  • the length of the telescopic formwork prop 2 is set using a locking element 5 .
  • a nut is provided for fine adjustment of the length of the formwork support 2 and is screwed onto an external thread of the lower support part 3 .
  • the formwork supports 2 have at the upper ends of the upper support part 4 holding or supporting heads 6, on which formwork supports 7 are supported.
  • the tops of the formwork panels 9 form the formwork skin on which a ceiling element (or a floor element) is cast from concrete.
  • the formwork supports 2 each have a plurality of support legs 10 on the lateral edge regions of the floor formwork 1, which are supported on a floor surface 11.
  • the formwork props 2 inside the slab formwork 1, between the lateral edge areas of the slab formwork 1, are free of such support legs 10, so that the formwork props 2 are only supported via base plates 12 at the lower ends of the lower support parts 3 on the floor surface 11. This leaves more space between the formwork props 2.
  • the formwork supports 7 each have an upper chord 13, a lower chord 14 and a web 15 connecting the upper chord 13 to the lower chord 14, so that the formwork supports 7 are I-shaped in cross section (perpendicular to the longitudinal axis).
  • the upper chord 13, the lower chord 14 and the web 15 are each predominantly formed from a wooden material.
  • Protective caps 16 made of plastic are provided at the ends of the formwork support 7 .
  • a first connecting strap 17 with a first coupling part 18 is also mounted on the first end of the formwork support 7 and a second connecting strap 19 with a second coupling part 20 is mounted on the second end of the formwork support 7 .
  • the first and the second connecting strap 19 are made of metal, preferably steel or aluminum, or made of a plastic.
  • the formwork supports 7 can be connected to one another in pairs by hooking the first coupling part 18 of one formwork support 7 into the second coupling part 20 of the other formwork support 7 .
  • the first coupling part 18 and the second coupling part 20 are thus set up for a detachable connection to one another.
  • a bolt 21 is provided as the first coupling part 18
  • a bolt receptacle 22 in the form of a depression open at the top is provided as the second coupling part 20 .
  • the second connecting bracket 19 also has a guide element 23 which protrudes obliquely upwards from the second coupling part 20, here the bolt receptacle 20, in order to facilitate the hanging of the bolt 21 into the bolt receptacle 22.
  • the second connecting strap 19 has a retaining element 24, which covers the bolt receptacle 22 so that the bolt 21, when lifted vertically, against the retaining element 24 bumps. As a result, the formwork support 7 is secured against excavation.
  • a plate part is provided as the retaining element 24 , which completely covers the bolt receptacle 22 .
  • first connecting strap 17 and the second connecting strap 19 each have an upper support part 25 in contact with the inner side 13a (i.e. with the side facing away from the formwork panel 9) of the upper chord 13 and a lower support part 26 in contact with the inner side 14a (ie with the side facing away from the formwork support 2) of the lower belt 14 of the formwork girder 7. In this way, favorable load transfer is achieved when the formwork supports 7 are in the connected state.
  • first connecting strap 17 and the second connecting strap 19 each have a fastening leg 27 on the opposite longitudinal sides 15a of the web 15 .
  • the fastening legs 27 are pushed onto the web 15 in such a way that the first coupling element 18 is arranged in front of the first end face of the I-shaped longitudinal section of the formwork support 7 and the second coupling element 20 is arranged in front of the second end face of the I-shaped longitudinal section of the formwork support 7.
  • the web 15 of the formwork support 7 has at least one through-opening 28, here two through-openings 28 at longitudinal distances from one another, which in the assembled state are aligned with fastening openings 29 of the first connecting lug 17 and the second connecting lug 19, respectively, in order to align the arrangement of fasteners 30, here screws to allow.
  • the holding head 6 has a first connection element 31 which is set up for a detachable connection to a second connection element 32 at the first end of a crossbar 33 .

  • the guide hook 38 projects obliquely upward from a lower end portion of the holding head 6 in order to facilitate the arrangement of the holding bolt 37 during assembly.
  • the 17 to 20 show the connection of the holding head 6 with a head plate 39 at the upper end of the upper support part 4 of the formwork support 2.
  • the holding head 6 has a horizontal Floor 40 with a top 40a for supporting the formwork girder 7.
  • the two gripping elements 35 protrude from the floor 40 and grip the two opposite side edges of the lower chord 14 of the formwork support 7 when the formwork support 7 is in the assembled state.
