Definitions
- the invention also relates to a support device for a formwork beam.
- ceiling formwork with longitudinal and transverse girders for supporting formwork panels are known (cf. WO 2016/116543 ).
- the side members are mounted on the holding heads of formwork props.
- the cross members are placed on the side members, across them.
- formwork panels are placed on the cross members.
- the formwork props absorb the vertical loads during the assembly of the formwork elements.
- lateral forces occur, which are usually absorbed with support legs on the formwork props and sometimes with nailing of the longitudinal and transverse beams.
- the disadvantage is that the space between the formwork supports is restricted by the support legs mounted below or the formwork of the longitudinal and cross members is made more difficult by the nailing.
- the object of the present invention is to alleviate or eliminate at least individual disadvantages of the prior art.
- the invention has a particular aim to provide a form support with which a reliable transfer of transverse forces can be achieved when used in a slab formwork.
- the holding head has a first connection element for the detachable connection to a transverse rod essentially perpendicular to the formwork support.
- lateral forces can be transferred from the holding head of the formwork prop directly to one end of the crossbar.
- the other end of the crossbar is preferably connected to the holding head of another formwork prop, in particular to the laterally adjacent formwork prop. This results in lateral stabilization of the formwork prop.
- the crossbar is designed to be essentially rigid in order to prevent the formwork prop from tilting about its longitudinal axis due to transverse forces. Since the holding head is arranged at the upper end of the formwork support, tilting forces are diverted at a favorable point, so that the ceiling formwork is reliably secured.
- the crossbar between the holding heads of the formwork supports does not impair the passage spaces for the workers between adjacent rows of formwork supports, since the crossbar extends overhead between the formwork supports. Due to the connection of the cross bar to the holding head, the transverse forces are always absorbed directly under the formwork support, regardless of the set length of the telescopic formwork prop. Furthermore, the assembly of the crossbar on the holding head is particularly simple because the formwork carrier is also detachably attached to the holding head and the formwork carrier can thus be attached and the crossbar can be arranged at the same location.
- the holding head with the connection of the crossbar takes on the lateral stabilization of the formwork prop as an additional function.
- the connection element of the holding head is for a releasable connection with a corresponding one Connecting element of the crossbar set up.
- the location and direction information relate to a vertical alignment of the formwork prop.
- “Detachable” means that the connection can be established and detached several times, preferably without tools, without significant loss of functionality.
- the holding head has a base body, in particular made of metal, on which the first connection element for the crossbar and the holding element for the formwork support are formed.
- the connection element for the transverse rod and the holding element for the lower longitudinal area of the formwork beam on the base body are in one piece, i.e. from a single piece, without connecting devices, formed together. This creates a particularly simple, stable design.
- two holding elements on opposite longitudinal sides of the holding head are designed to hold the opposite longitudinal areas of a lower strap of the formwork support.
- a gripping element is provided as the holding element, which grips around one of the lateral longitudinal regions of the lower strap of the formwork support, i.e. at the sides and above.
- Two encompassing elements are preferably provided for encompassing the two opposite longitudinal regions of the formwork support.
- the holding head preferably has in each case at least one first connection element on opposite longitudinal sides of the holding head for the detachable connection to two transverse rods.
- two transverse rods can be attached to each holding head, preferably each essentially perpendicular to the formwork support.
- first connection elements are provided, preferably at opposite ends, on one longitudinal side and / or on the other longitudinal side of the holding head.
- the first two connection elements on each longitudinal side can be connected to one another via a stiffening element.
- a continuous first connection element extends on the one longitudinal side and / or on the other longitudinal side of the holding head essentially over the entire length of the holding head.
- the crossbar can be mounted particularly easily.
- the retaining bolt at one end of the crossbar is hooked into the receptacle on the retaining head from above.
- the other end of the crossbar preferably also has a retaining bolt which is correspondingly hooked into the receptacle on a further retaining head.
- the holding head preferably has an upwardly directed, in particular obliquely upwardly directed, guide hook adjacent to the receptacle for the holding bolt of the crossbar.
- the guide hook has a guide surface with which the retaining bolt is guided towards the receptacle during assembly.
- the transverse rod can be hooked into the receptacle from above with little effort.
- first connection element and the second connection element are set up to fix the crossbar in the transverse and longitudinal direction of the holding head in the interconnected state.
- the longitudinal direction of the holding head runs in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the formwork support.
- a retaining bolt which is hooked into the first connection element of the retaining head, is preferably provided as the second connection element.
- the transverse rod has a rod element and holders for the second connection elements at the opposite ends of the rod element.
- the rod element preferably has a cross-section that is constant over its length, for example an essentially square cross-section. Of course, other cross-sections are also possible for the rod element, for example a round cross-section.
- the cross bar is telescopic so that the length of the cross bar can be adjusted. In order to enable the transmission of the transverse forces in this version, the telescopic ability of the crossbar can be blocked in the set length.
- two formwork supports are placed under at least two of the formwork supports described above.
- the crossbar here connects the two holding heads of the formwork supports essentially perpendicular to the longitudinal axes of the parallel formwork supports.
- further telescopic formwork props with a lower and an upper prop part for supporting the formwork props can be provided, but these do not have to have the holding head described above.
- At least individual formwork supports are free of support legs which protrude from the lower support part. Due to the transverse stabilization via the crossbar, at least individual formwork props, preferably inside the ceiling formwork, i.e. not be dispensed with at the edge areas of the slab formwork.
- Fig. 1 shows a ceiling formwork 1 with telescopic formwork props 2, which, as usual, each have a lower prop part 3 in the form of an outer tube and an upper prop part 4 displaceable therein in the form of an inner tube.
- the length of the telescopic formwork prop 2 is adjusted by means of a locking element 5.
- a nut is provided which is screwed onto an external thread of the lower prop part 3.
- the formwork props 2 have at the upper ends of the upper prop part 4 holding or support heads 6, on which formwork supports 7 are supported.
- transverse girders 8 are arranged, essentially perpendicular thereto, on which in turn formwork panels 9 are placed.
- the tops of the shuttering panels 9 form the shuttering skin on which a concrete ceiling element (or a floor element) is poured.
- the formwork props 2 each have a plurality of support legs 10 on the lateral edge regions of the ceiling formwork 1, which are supported on a floor surface 11.
- the formwork props 2 in the interior of the ceiling formwork 1, between the lateral edge areas of the ceiling formwork 1, are free of such support legs 10, so that the formwork props 2 are supported on the floor surface 11 only via foot plates 12 at the lower ends of the lower prop parts 3. This leaves more space between the formwork props 2.
- the formwork supports 7 each have an upper belt 13, a lower belt 14 and a web 15 connecting the upper belt 13 to the lower belt 14, so that the formwork supports 7 are I-shaped in cross section (perpendicular to the longitudinal axis).
- the upper belt 13, the lower belt 14 and the web 15 are each formed predominantly from a wood material in the embodiment shown.
- the formwork support 7 protective caps 16 made of plastic are provided.
- At the first end of the formwork support 7 there is also a first connection strap 17 with a first coupling part 18 and at the second end of the formwork support 7 a second connection strap 19 with a second coupling part 20 is mounted.
- the first and second connection tabs 19 are made of metal, preferably steel or aluminum, or of a plastic.
- the formwork supports 7 can be connected to one another in pairs by hooking the first coupling part 18 of one formwork support 7 into the second coupling part 20 of the other formwork support 7.
- the first coupling part 18 and the second coupling part 20 are thus set up for a detachable connection with one another.
- a bolt 21 is provided as the first coupling part 18, and a bolt receptacle 22 in the form of an upwardly open recess is provided as the second coupling part 20.
- the second connecting strap 19 also has a guide element 23 which protrudes obliquely upward from the second coupling part 20, here the bolt receptacle 20, in order to facilitate the hooking of the bolt 21 into the bolt receptacle 22.
- the second connecting strap 19 has a retaining element 24 which covers the bolt receptacle 22 so that the bolt 21 strikes the retaining element 24 when it is lifted vertically. As a result, the formwork support 7 is secured against excavation.
- a plate part is provided as the retaining element 24, which completely covers the bolt receptacle 22.
- first connecting tab 17 and the second connecting tab 19 each have an upper support part 25 in contact with the inside 13a (ie with the side facing away from the shuttering panel 9) of the upper belt 13 and a lower support part 26 in contact with the inside 14a (ie with the side facing away from the formwork prop 2) of the lower strap 14 of the formwork support 7.
- a favorable load transfer is thus achieved in the connected state of the formwork supports 7.
- first connecting tab 17 and the second connecting tab 19 each have a fastening leg 27 on the opposite longitudinal sides 15 a of the web 15.
- the fastening legs 27 are pushed onto the web 15 in such a way that the first coupling element 18 is arranged in front of the first end face of the I-shaped longitudinal section of the formwork support 7 and the second coupling element 20 is arranged in front of the second end face of the I-shaped longitudinal section of the formwork support 7.
- the web 15 of the formwork support 7 each has at least one through opening 28, here two through openings 28 at longitudinal distances from one another, which in the assembled state are aligned with fastening openings 29 of the first connecting strap 17 and the second connecting strap 19, respectively, around the arrangement of fastening elements 30, here screws, to enable.
- the holding head 6 has a first connection element 31, which is set up for a detachable connection to a second connection element 32 at the first end of a transverse rod 33.
- the transverse rod 33 projects in a horizontal plane essentially perpendicular to the formwork support 7 from the holding head 6.
- a corresponding second connection element 32 is provided, which is hooked into the corresponding first connection element 31 of the holding head 6 of the adjacent formwork prop 2 (cf. Fig. 1 ).
- the holding head 6 has a base body 34 made of metal, on which the first connection element 31 for the crossbar 33 and two hook-shaped encompassing elements 35 - which are in connection with Fig. 17ff . are explained in more detail - are formed in one piece.

- an upper support part which is telescopically connected to the lower support part, and
- a holding head at the upper end of the upper support part, the holding head having at least one holding element for holding a longitudinal region of the formwork carrier.
The invention also relates to a support device for a formwork beam.
- a support device,
- two formwork beams, which are held on the holding heads of the formwork supports.
In contrast, the object of the present invention is to alleviate or eliminate at least individual disadvantages of the prior art. The invention has a particular aim to provide a form support with which a reliable transfer of transverse forces can be achieved when used in a slab formwork.
This object is achieved by a formwork prop with the features of
According to the invention, the holding head has a first connection element for the detachable connection to a transverse rod essentially perpendicular to the formwork support.
In the assembled state of the crossbar, lateral forces can be transferred from the holding head of the formwork prop directly to one end of the crossbar. The other end of the crossbar is preferably connected to the holding head of another formwork prop, in particular to the laterally adjacent formwork prop. This results in lateral stabilization of the formwork prop. The crossbar is designed to be essentially rigid in order to prevent the formwork prop from tilting about its longitudinal axis due to transverse forces. Since the holding head is arranged at the upper end of the formwork support, tilting forces are diverted at a favorable point, so that the ceiling formwork is reliably secured. It is also advantageous that the crossbar between the holding heads of the formwork supports does not impair the passage spaces for the workers between adjacent rows of formwork supports, since the crossbar extends overhead between the formwork supports. Advantageously, the holding head with the connection of the crossbar takes on the lateral stabilization of the formwork prop as an additional function. The connection element of the holding head is for a releasable connection with a corresponding one Connecting element of the crossbar set up.
For the purposes of this disclosure, the location and direction information, such as "horizontal", "vertical" etc., relate to a vertical alignment of the formwork prop. "Detachable" means that the connection can be established and detached several times, preferably without tools, without significant loss of functionality.
According to a preferred embodiment, the holding head has a base body, in particular made of metal, on which the first connection element for the crossbar and the holding element for the formwork support are formed. Thus, the connection element for the transverse rod and the holding element for the lower longitudinal area of the formwork beam on the base body are in one piece, i.e. from a single piece, without connecting devices, formed together. This creates a particularly simple, stable design.
In a preferred embodiment, two holding elements on opposite longitudinal sides of the holding head are designed to hold the opposite longitudinal areas of a lower strap of the formwork support.
In a preferred embodiment, a gripping element is provided as the holding element, which grips around one of the lateral longitudinal regions of the lower strap of the formwork support, i.e. at the sides and above. Two encompassing elements are preferably provided for encompassing the two opposite longitudinal regions of the formwork support.
In order to enable versatile use of the holding head, the holding head preferably has in each case at least one first connection element on opposite longitudinal sides of the holding head for the detachable connection to two transverse rods. Thus, two transverse rods can be attached to each holding head, preferably each essentially perpendicular to the formwork support. When used in a ceiling formwork, a favorable lateral load dissipation is achieved, with the holding head at the upper end of the formwork support between the two cross bars in the transverse direction is fixed.
In order to be able to withstand high loads during use, it is advantageous if two first connection elements are provided, preferably at opposite ends, on one longitudinal side and / or on the other longitudinal side of the holding head. In addition, the assembly of the crossbar is made easier. The first two connection elements on each longitudinal side can be connected to one another via a stiffening element. In an alternative embodiment, a continuous first connection element extends on the one longitudinal side and / or on the other longitudinal side of the holding head essentially over the entire length of the holding head.
If a receptacle for a retaining bolt of the crossbar is provided as the first connection element of the holding head, the crossbar can be mounted particularly easily. For this purpose, the retaining bolt at one end of the crossbar is hooked into the receptacle on the retaining head from above. The other end of the crossbar preferably also has a retaining bolt which is correspondingly hooked into the receptacle on a further retaining head.
In order to facilitate the assembly of the crossbar, the holding head preferably has an upwardly directed, in particular obliquely upwardly directed, guide hook adjacent to the receptacle for the holding bolt of the crossbar. The guide hook has a guide surface with which the retaining bolt is guided towards the receptacle during assembly.
If the guide hook protrudes upwards, in particular obliquely upwards, from a lower end region of the holding head, the transverse rod can be hooked into the receptacle from above with little effort.
When used in a support device for a formwork support, it is advantageous if the first connection element and the second connection element are set up to fix the crossbar in the transverse and longitudinal direction of the holding head in the interconnected state. The longitudinal direction of the holding head runs in the direction of the longitudinal axis of the formwork support.
A retaining bolt, which is hooked into the first connection element of the retaining head, is preferably provided as the second connection element.
In order, on the one hand, to effect a favorable transmission of transverse forces and, on the other hand, to enable the transverse rod to be detachably attached to the holding heads, the transverse rod, according to a preferred embodiment, has a rod element and holders for the second connection elements at the opposite ends of the rod element. The rod element preferably has a cross-section that is constant over its length, for example an essentially square cross-section. Of course, other cross-sections are also possible for the rod element, for example a round cross-section. In a preferred embodiment, the cross bar is telescopic so that the length of the cross bar can be adjusted. In order to enable the transmission of the transverse forces in this version, the telescopic ability of the crossbar can be blocked in the set length.
In the case of ceiling formwork, two formwork supports are placed under at least two of the formwork supports described above. The crossbar here connects the two holding heads of the formwork supports essentially perpendicular to the longitudinal axes of the parallel formwork supports. In addition, further telescopic formwork props with a lower and an upper prop part for supporting the formwork props can be provided, but these do not have to have the holding head described above.
According to a preferred embodiment of the ceiling formwork, at least individual formwork supports are free of support legs which protrude from the lower support part. Due to the transverse stabilization via the crossbar, at least individual formwork props, preferably inside the ceiling formwork, i.e. not be dispensed with at the edge areas of the slab formwork.
