Definitions
- a crosshead having a base plate from which two long stanchions and two short stanchions protrude. Furthermore, a locking pin is held captive in a breakthrough opening of the base plate, but can be moved in the breakthrough opening in the vertical direction will.
- the locking pin serves to secure the crosshead to a head plate which is provided on a tubular body of a prop. For this purpose, the crosshead is twisted against the top plate or the prop during assembly, as a result of which openings in the crosshead are brought into alignment with openings in the top plate of the prop. As a result, the locking pins are lowered so far that the locking pins protrude into the openings in the top plate.
- the DE 93 18 334 U1 discloses a support fork with a base plate having upturned fork legs at the top to hold ceiling supports etc.
- a straight bolt and a curved bolt are provided on the underside of the base plate.
- the bolt has a transverse hole into which a spring pin or cotter pin can be inserted.
- Holding heads for formwork props are also off DE 31 47 382 A1 , EP 3 121 349 A1 , DE 203 18 912 U1 and EP 3 228 777 A1 known.
- the object of the present invention is to alleviate or eliminate at least individual disadvantages of the prior art.
- the invention aims in particular to create a holding head that is easy to assemble and that is held reliably and securely on the formwork support.
- a wedge is provided as the locking element, which can be displaced between a clamping position that clamps the head part of the formwork prop and a release position that releases the head part of the formwork prop, and one retaining flange each protrudes downward from the opposite transverse sides of the base, with at least one of the retaining flanges having at least one retaining opening for slidably receiving the wedge.
- a locking element is provided which can be displaced at a distance from the ground in order to fasten the holding head to the head part of the formwork prop.
- the holding head in the assembled state, is releasably held on the head part, in particular on a head plate, of the formwork support by the securing element on the one hand and the displaceable locking element on the other hand.
- the intervention of Securing element on the retaining head in the corresponding securing element on the head part causes a positive connection, which secures the retaining head in the assembled state against rotation of the retaining head about the longitudinal axis of the formwork prop.
- the locking element is designed to secure the holding head against lifting off the upper support part.
- the locking element can be moved from a release position, in which the lifting of the holding head from the upper support part is still possible, into a locking position, in which the lifting of the holding head from the upper support part is blocked.
- the displacement of the locking element is advantageously independent of the engagement of the securing element on the holding head in the corresponding securing element on the formwork support. Due to the sliding locking element, the attachment of the holding head at the support end can be much safer and more reliable than in the prior art according to EP 1 482 105 be accomplished, in which the edges of the headstock - at the same time as the arrangement of the locking pin of the crosshead in the associated breakthrough opening on the headstock - had to be pivoted into the side slots on the crosshead.
- the retaining head can also be mounted particularly easily, even when the formwork support is in the upright position.
- the holding head is first placed on the head part on the upper support part, so that the securing element on the holding head engages in the corresponding securing element on the head part in order to secure the holding head against rotation relative to the upper support part.
- the locking element is then shifted from the release position to the locking position in order to releasably attach the holding head to the upper support part.
- the location and direction information relate to an intended use state of the holding head when the formwork support is aligned vertically.
- “Releasable” means that the connection can be made and released again several times, preferably without tools, without significant functional losses.
- two holding elements on opposite long sides of the holding head are designed to to hold the opposite longitudinal portions of a lower chord of the formwork girder.
- a gripping element is provided as the holding element, which grips around one of the lateral longitudinal areas of the lower chord of the formwork girder, i.e. holds it in place at the side and at the top.
- Two gripping elements are preferably provided for gripping around the two opposite longitudinal regions of the formwork support.
- the locking element In order to prevent the locking element from protruding laterally beyond the long side of the formwork support during use, it is favorable for the locking element to be displaceable essentially in the longitudinal direction of the holding head, ie in the longitudinal direction of the formwork support.
- a wedge is provided according to the invention as a locking element which can be displaced between a clamping position clamping the head part of the formwork prop and a release position releasing the head part of the formwork prop.
- the wedge has at least one wedge surface that tapers in the direction of insertion, so that the further the wedge is pushed forward in the direction of the clamping position, the more the wedge is pressed against the underside of the head plate of the formwork prop.
- play between the holding head and the formwork support can advantageously be avoided.
- the retaining head is particularly securely fixed to the formwork support by the positive connection by means of the securing element on the one hand and the non-positive connection by means of the wedge on the other hand. Furthermore, this version is insensitive to contamination. Installation is also particularly easy.
- the wedge has two wedge parts which are arranged at a distance from one another, in particular in the transverse direction of the holding head.
- the upper support part is located between the two wedge parts of the wedge.
- a retaining flange protrudes downwards from the opposite transverse sides of the base, with at least one of the retaining flanges having at least one retaining opening for slidably receiving the wedge.
- the retaining flanges are formed in one piece with the base, for example by bending at the transverse sides of the base.
- the retaining flanges each have two retaining openings, in which the two wedge parts of the wedge are displaceably guided.
- a safety pin is provided as a safety element, which essentially immovably protrudes downwards from an underside of the floor.
- the safety pin is inserted into the corresponding safety element in the form of a safety opening on the top plate of the formwork prop.
- the locking pin is preferably arranged with an essentially precise fit in the locking opening. This creates a positive connection between the holding head and the formwork support, which can then be secured by the locking element.
- Two securing elements namely two securing pins, are provided in the holding head according to the invention.
- the securing elements are preferably arranged on opposite longitudinal sides of the base, in particular opposite a holding element, in particular a gripping element. In the mounted state of the holding head, the longitudinal sides extend essentially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the formwork support.
- an anti-rotation element is provided to secure the formwork support against twisting.
- the anti-rotation element prevents the formwork support from rotating about a vertical axis (parallel to the longitudinal axis of the formwork support) relative to the retaining head avoided.
- the anti-twist element preferably has a spring which can be moved between a locking position that secures the formwork support against twisting and an assembly or disassembly position that releases the formwork support from twisting.
- the spring is preferably arranged in the relaxed state in the securing position and in the tensioned state in the assembly or disassembly position.
- the spring can be tensioned by placing the formwork girder in place.
- the spring is released, relaxed and thus pressed into the securing position.
- the spring When dismantling the formwork support from the holding head, the spring is pressed against the spring force into the dismantling position so that the formwork support can be rotated into a release position in such a way that the gripping elements are released from the lower strap of the formwork support and the formwork support can thus be removed from the holding head.
- the spring has a spring clip which can be pivoted between the securing position and the assembly or disassembly position.
- the spring preferably has a bulge for temporarily attaching a tool for transferring the spring from the securing position to the dismantling position.
- the base has a recess, with a retaining section of the spring protruding upwards through the recess in the securing position and in the assembly or Dismantling position is lowered into the recess.
- the formwork support is placed at an angle on the retaining head so that the spring is pressed into the recess by the formwork support.
- the retaining element is aligned with the lower chord of the formwork girder.
- the spring preferably has an actuating section below the base. This also makes it easier to move the spring into the dismantling position by pulling the spring down on the actuating section.
- FIG. 1 shows a slab formwork 1 with telescopic formwork supports 2 which, as usual, each have a lower support part 3 in the form of an outer tube and an upper support part 4 in the form of an inner tube that can be displaced therein.
- the length of the telescopic formwork prop 2 is set using a locking element 5 .
- a nut is provided for fine adjustment of the length of the formwork support 2 and is screwed onto an external thread of the lower support part 3 .
- the formwork supports 2 have at the upper ends of the upper support part 4 holding or supporting heads 6, on which formwork supports 7 are supported.

- the second connecting bracket 19 also has a guide element 23 which protrudes obliquely upwards from the second coupling part 20, here the bolt receptacle 20, in order to facilitate the hanging of the bolt 21 into the bolt receptacle 22.
- the second connecting strap 19 has a retaining element 24, which covers the bolt receptacle 22, so that the bolt 21 abuts against the retaining element 24 when it is lifted vertically. As a result, the formwork support 7 is secured against excavation.
- a retaining element 24 is in the embodiment shown a plate part is provided which completely covers the bolt receptacle 22 .
- first connecting strap 17 and the second connecting strap 19 each have an upper support part 25 in contact with the inner side 13a (i.e. with the side facing away from the formwork panel 9) of the upper chord 13 and a lower support part 26 in contact with the inner side 14a (ie with the side facing away from the formwork support 2) of the lower belt 14 of the formwork girder 7. The invention aims in particular to create a holding head that is easy to assemble and that is held reliably and securely on the formwork support.
This object is achieved by a holding head with the features of
- a floor with an upper side for supporting the formwork girder,
- at least one holding element for holding a longitudinal area of the formwork support,
- at least one securing element for engaging in a corresponding securing element on a head part of the formwork prop, and
- a locking element which is slidable at a distance from the ground in order to fasten the holding head to the head part of the formwork prop, the locking element being slidable essentially in the longitudinal direction of the holding head.
According to the invention, a wedge is provided as the locking element, which can be displaced between a clamping position that clamps the head part of the formwork prop and a release position that releases the head part of the formwork prop, and one retaining flange each protrudes downward from the opposite transverse sides of the base, with at least one of the retaining flanges having at least one retaining opening for slidably receiving the wedge.
In the holding head according to the invention, a locking element is provided which can be displaced at a distance from the ground in order to fasten the holding head to the head part of the formwork prop.
For the purposes of this disclosure, the location and direction information, such as "horizontal", "vertical" etc., relate to an intended use state of the holding head when the formwork support is aligned vertically. "Releasable" means that the connection can be made and released again several times, preferably without tools, without significant functional losses.
In a preferred embodiment, two holding elements on opposite long sides of the holding head are designed to to hold the opposite longitudinal portions of a lower chord of the formwork girder.
In a preferred embodiment, a gripping element is provided as the holding element, which grips around one of the lateral longitudinal areas of the lower chord of the formwork girder, i.e. holds it in place at the side and at the top. Two gripping elements are preferably provided for gripping around the two opposite longitudinal regions of the formwork support.
In order to prevent the locking element from protruding laterally beyond the long side of the formwork support during use, it is favorable for the locking element to be displaceable essentially in the longitudinal direction of the holding head, ie in the longitudinal direction of the formwork support.
In order to achieve clamping of the retaining head on the formwork prop, a wedge is provided according to the invention as a locking element which can be displaced between a clamping position clamping the head part of the formwork prop and a release position releasing the head part of the formwork prop. For this purpose, the wedge has at least one wedge surface that tapers in the direction of insertion, so that the further the wedge is pushed forward in the direction of the clamping position, the more the wedge is pressed against the underside of the head plate of the formwork prop. In this embodiment, play between the holding head and the formwork support can advantageously be avoided. The retaining head is particularly securely fixed to the formwork support by the positive connection by means of the securing element on the one hand and the non-positive connection by means of the wedge on the other hand. Furthermore, this version is insensitive to contamination. Installation is also particularly easy.
In order to enable the holding head to be securely fixed to the formwork support, it is advantageous if the wedge has two wedge parts which are arranged at a distance from one another, in particular in the transverse direction of the holding head. When assembled, the upper support part is located between the two wedge parts of the wedge. The holding head is particularly secure with this design held on the formwork prop, as tilting moments on the retaining head are effectively diverted to the upper part of the prop.
In order to make the displacement of the wedge simple and reliable, it is provided according to the invention that a retaining flange protrudes downwards from the opposite transverse sides of the base, with at least one of the retaining flanges having at least one retaining opening for slidably receiving the wedge. In a preferred embodiment, the retaining flanges are formed in one piece with the base, for example by bending at the transverse sides of the base. Preferably, the retaining flanges each have two retaining openings, in which the two wedge parts of the wedge are displaceably guided.
A safety pin is provided as a safety element, which essentially immovably protrudes downwards from an underside of the floor. When the retaining head is placed on the top plate of the formwork prop, the safety pin is inserted into the corresponding safety element in the form of a safety opening on the top plate of the formwork prop. In order to achieve effective anti-twist protection, the locking pin is preferably arranged with an essentially precise fit in the locking opening. This creates a positive connection between the holding head and the formwork support, which can then be secured by the locking element.
Two securing elements, namely two securing pins, are provided in the holding head according to the invention. The securing elements are preferably arranged on opposite longitudinal sides of the base, in particular opposite a holding element, in particular a gripping element. In the mounted state of the holding head, the longitudinal sides extend essentially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the formwork support.
In order to hold the formwork support in the intended position of use on the holding head, it is advantageous if an anti-rotation element is provided to secure the formwork support against twisting. The anti-rotation element prevents the formwork support from rotating about a vertical axis (parallel to the longitudinal axis of the formwork support) relative to the retaining head avoided.
For this purpose, the anti-twist element preferably has a spring which can be moved between a locking position that secures the formwork support against twisting and an assembly or disassembly position that releases the formwork support from twisting. The spring is preferably arranged in the relaxed state in the securing position and in the tensioned state in the assembly or disassembly position. When assembling the formwork girder, the spring can be tensioned by placing the formwork girder in place. When the formwork support reaches the position of use, the spring is released, relaxed and thus pressed into the securing position. When dismantling the formwork support from the holding head, the spring is pressed against the spring force into the dismantling position so that the formwork support can be rotated into a release position in such a way that the gripping elements are released from the lower strap of the formwork support and the formwork support can thus be removed from the holding head.
According to a preferred embodiment, the spring has a spring clip which can be pivoted between the securing position and the assembly or disassembly position.
In order to facilitate the removal of the formwork support from the holding head, the spring preferably has a bulge for temporarily attaching a tool for transferring the spring from the securing position to the dismantling position.
In order to enable the spring to be transferred from the assembly or disassembly position to the securing position, it is advantageous if the base has a recess, with a retaining section of the spring protruding upwards through the recess in the securing position and in the assembly or Dismantling position is lowered into the recess. During assembly, the formwork support is placed at an angle on the retaining head so that the spring is pressed into the recess by the formwork support. By twisting the formwork girder, the retaining element is aligned with the lower chord of the formwork girder. When the formwork support reaches its intended use position the holding section of the spring is released, which is pressed upwards by the spring preload into the securing position, in which the holding section of the spring rests laterally on the lower chord of the formwork girder.
In order to produce a favorable spring effect, the spring preferably has an actuating section below the base. This also makes it easier to move the spring into the dismantling position by pulling the spring down on the actuating section.
