Description
The invention relates to a scaffolding arrangement which is built onto a building wall, in particular onto an external building wall.
In order to fix a scaffold on a building wall, eyebolts are usually fixed over a dowel in the building wall today. The framework is then connected with the eye bolts. However, since the distance between the scaffolding and the building wall and thus also the length of the shank of the eye bolt tend to increase due to the increasing thickness of the insulation layer or the thickness of the wall structures, the classic way of fixing the scaffolding to the building wall is reaching its limits. In particular, with long eye bolts, transverse forces can only be insufficiently supported or the facade can be damaged when removing or unscrewing the eye bolts deformed as a result of the action of force immediately after their manufacture. In this respect, facade anchors are increasingly used today, which are better suited to supporting transverse forces due to their load-appropriate shape, their structural shape and their material. These anchors therefore remain on the building as permanent anchors after the facade has been produced. So you can too can be used and re-occupied in the future, for example when scaffolding is being rebuilt on the building as part of a facade renovation. The problem here, however, is that the scaffolding must be aligned relative to the permanent anchor in order to ensure that the scaffolding is securely fastened to the building wall.
The object of the present invention is to provide an improved way of securing a scaffolding on a building wall.
To achieve the object, the invention has the features of
The particular advantage of the invention is that the relative positioning of the scaffolding to the anchors fixed on the building wall needs to be provided less precisely. The railing serves as a compensation element. On the one hand, it is fixed to the building wall with the help of the anchors. On the other hand, the scaffolding can be fixed at any point on the railing. An exact spatial assignment of the anchors to an element of the scaffolding is therefore no longer necessary when using the scaffolding arrangement according to the invention.
The core idea of the invention is to move away from the multitude of individual fastening points that are now defined by the eyebolts or eye bolts to a fastening rail that offers a variety of stopping or fastening options. If several railings are provided vertically spaced on the building wall, they define a mounting plane on which the scaffolding can be fixed very flexibly and at the same time securely.
In addition to the system frame, the decking boards or decking planks and the railing elements, the scaffolding can of course include other components, for example diagonal struts, threaded feet and toe boards oriented lengthways or transversely. As railing elements, for example, railing poles, front railings or self-supporting longitudinal railings can be provided which are oriented in the direction of the decking boards or decking planks and are suspended in the system frame. Furthermore, elevator systems and / or stairs can be provided as part of the scaffolding. The specific geometry or dimensions and / or design of the framework is of secondary importance. In particular, the scaffolding arrangement according to the invention can be used for scaffolding from different suppliers.
The anchors can have an optimal or maximum spacing, regardless of the shape of the scaffolding, so that as little work as possible needs to be done when setting the anchors and the visual impairment of the facade is minimal. Two rails that are adjacent in the horizontal direction, which are preferably fixed parallel to one another on the building wall, can preferably have a distance of approximately four meters or two standard scaffolding heights.
According to a preferred embodiment of the invention, the first coupling and / or the second coupling are fixed on the coupling connector so as to be detachable and / or displaceable in a connector longitudinal direction. A pipe, for example, can be used as a coupling connector. Advantageously, by securing the couplings to the coupling connector so that they can be moved or removed, improved tolerance compensation can be achieved both in terms of the length of the coupling connector and thus the distance between the scaffolding and the building wall and in terms of the angle or inclination of the coupling connector. In this respect, tolerances that always occur during the construction of the scaffolding can be optimally compensated for.
According to a further development of the invention, the second coupling of the connecting device is fixed to a vertical strut of the system frame of the scaffolding. By fixing it to the vertically extending strut of the system frame, the coupling can advantageously be positioned vertically as required. This makes it very easy to compensate for tolerances in the height direction.
According to a further development of the invention, the first clutch and / or the second clutch are designed like a double clamp. The double-clamp-like design of the couplings means that common or standardized components can be used in scaffolding. In this respect, it can preferably also be provided that an outer diameter of the railing and / or an outer diameter of the pipe of the connecting device correspond to the outer diameter of the vertical strut of the system frame or the outer diameter of the pipe profiles commonly used in scaffolding.
The railing can for example be tubular with a circular external cross-sectional geometry. For example, a tube with an external diameter that is common and / or constant in scaffolding can be used as a rail. In particular, a scaffold tube can be used as a railing.
According to a development of the invention, a length compensation adapter is provided between the armature and the pipe clamp, which is connected to the armature on the one hand and the pipe clamp on the other hand. The length compensation adapter has adjustment means for adjusting a distance between the pipe clamp and the anchor. For example, locking devices can be provided as setting means on the length compensation adapter. By providing the length compensation adapter, the positioning and alignment of the railing in relation to its distance from the building wall can advantageously be set very precisely. In particular, it is possible to compensate for tolerances when installing the railing, which can be attributed, for example, to unevenness in the building wall. A distance between the railing and the building wall can be selected or adjusted as required.
According to a further development of the invention, a screw connection can be provided as the setting means of the longitudinal compensation adapter. The The screw connection is designed such that the distance between the pipe clamp and the armature can be adjusted by rotating an actuating body of the screw connection. By providing the screw connection, a solution that is robust and durable even under the rough conditions on a construction site can advantageously be provided, which at the same time allows a sufficiently precise definition of the distance. In this respect, the distance can be adjusted continuously and it is possible to mount the railing straight or in alignment regardless of any unevenness or imperfections in the building wall.
Alternatively, a clamping connector, for example, can be provided as the adjusting means of the length compensation adapter, which allows continuous adjustment of the distance.
According to a further development of the invention, the anchor is designed as a multi-part anchor with a metallic load distribution plate and with a support body which extends from a first end face that faces the building wall in the assembled state and is applied to the load distribution plate in the direction of an opposite end face that faces the frame in the assembled state Tapered front side. For example, the support body is made from a plastic. The support body is preferably made from a fiber-reinforced plastic. The introduction of force into the building wall can advantageously be optimized through the multi-part design of the anchor. The metallic load distribution plate ensures, on the one hand, that a flat and stable installation of the anchor on the building wall can be realized. For this purpose, a hardenable leveling compound can be provided between the building wall and the load distribution plate, which serves to level unevenness in the building wall and to ensure that the load distribution plate rests flat against the building wall. Due to its geometry, the support body is specially designed to absorb transverse forces. For example, radially oriented ribs can be provided on the armature to absorb or support the transverse forces. The production of the support body from plastic takes into account that, in particular with permanent anchors, no thermal bridge is formed, as would be the case with metallic materials.
According to a further development of the invention, a tubular neck is formed on the second end face of the support body. The tubular neck can, for example, a Grasp the threaded shaft of the pipe clamp or a threaded pin of the length compensation adapter. By providing the neck, it can advantageously be ensured that when the facade is being produced and in particular when the plaster is being applied, it does not adhere to the components of the length compensation adapter or the pipe clamp. The components can consequently be removed after the facade has been produced without the risk of the plaster being damaged as a result of the dismantling of the length compensation adapter or the pipe clamp. At the same time, the neck of the support body can be shortened flush with the facade after the facade has been produced and the pipe clamp or the length compensation adapter has been removed. This is particularly easy when the support body is made of plastic.
According to a further development of the invention, the railing is made stiffened. It provides a pipe jacket and an internal pipe stiffener. The pipe stiffener is supported on the pipe jacket on the inner pipe jacket side or is connected to the pipe jacket on the inner pipe jacket side. The stiffened railing can for example be made in one piece. For example, the pipe stiffener can in any case have been introduced into the pipe jacket later in sections and fixed there. A welding process, for example, can be used to establish this. By providing the stiffened railing, its resistance and in particular its ability to absorb transverse forces can advantageously be improved. In this way, bending of the railing is prevented in particular. The railing can for example be made of a metallic material or of plastic.
According to a further development of the invention, the railing is formed by railing elements that are pluggably connected to one another. For example, the railing elements are plugged into one another and / or locked together. For this purpose, the railing elements can have correspondingly shaped connecting sections at their opposite ends. For example, adapters are provided between adjacent railing elements for connecting the same. The railing elements can be non-positively and / or positively connected. By providing the railing elements, the length of the railing can advantageously be selected individually and adapted to the respective size of the facade. In addition the handling and transport of the railing are simplified by providing the railing elements. For example, the railing elements can have a standardized length or different standardized lengths.
