Definitions
- the invention relates to a connection profile for components adjoining plaster, such as window frames or door frames, soffits, roller shutters or the like, having a plaster leg on which the plaster comes to rest, and a movement leg connected to the plaster leg, and a first sealing tape which is connected to the Movement legs connected and provided for fastening the connection profile on the component.
- connection profiles for the plaster to be applied when plastering walls in the area of components such as door frames, window frames, soffits or shutters.
- These connection profiles are usually attached to the component with a first sealing tape or adhesive tape and have a glass fiber reinforcement mesh that comes to rest on the wall and is intended to ensure good adhesion of the plaster.
- the reinforcement grille is connected to a plaster leg, from which a pull-off strip with a predetermined breaking point protrudes mostly at right angles.
- the pull-off strip rests on the component during the plastering work and is used, for example, to attach a film so that the component is protected like a window during the plastering work. After the plastering work, the film can be removed and the pull-off strip cut off at the predetermined breaking point.
- Corresponding end profiles should not only lead to a good and durable absorption of the plaster during the plastering work, but should also be able to compensate for tensile, compressive and possibly also shear forces for many years afterwards. Corresponding stresses can be caused, for example, by very high or very low temperatures or also by rapid temperature changes.
- connection profiles In order to be able to absorb tensile forces or possibly also compressive forces, it is also known from the prior art to design connection profiles with a certain flexibility so that they can react to forces acting on them in the installed state without the plaster in the component area or in the area of the Connection profile tears or even falls off.
- connection profile In order to achieve the necessary flexibility for absorbing or buffering acting forces, the connection profile should be able to carry out movements of up to several millimeters in one or more directions.
- solutions have already become known in this regard, which include flexible connection profiles, but there is still a need to improve the flexibility of corresponding profiles, since above all high forces can act on the provided first sealing tape, which in the worst case can lead to a detachment of this sealing tape and thus lead to leakage and water damage.
- connection profile of the type mentioned at the outset which is able to absorb various forces well, so that the lowest possible loads occur, in particular on the first sealing strip.
- One advantage achieved with the invention is that the movement limb, which is connected to the first sealing band, gives the connection profile flexibility due to its articulation, so that, for example, it can be compensated for when there is great heat and stresses occurring. In particular, there is no high load on the first sealing tape, since the upstream movement limb can compensate for this via the mobility.
- Flexibility of the movement limb can be achieved in different ways. It is preferred that the movement limb is formed from a first, harder material and a second, softer material. The softer material then allows the movement limb to move through elastic deformation.
- the first material remains rigid. In cross-section, the material sections made of the first, harder material and the second, softer material can be of the same thickness or have the same cross-section.
- the material section made of the first material is longer than the material section made of the second material, which can be less than 25% of the total length.
- the material section made of the second material usually forms the lower material section, so that the rest of the movement limb located above can deflect to a maximum.
- a material taper or indentation can also be sufficient to enable the movement limb to move.
- the plaster leg is connected to the movement leg via a second sealing strip.
- this second sealing tape can be designed as an adhesive tape.
- the second sealing tape is preferably made of an elastic plastic and is coated on both sides with an adhesive so that a connection between the plastering leg and the moving leg is possible.
- the first sealing tape can also be made from an elastic plastic and coated on both sides with an adhesive.
- the second sealing band can in particular absorb movements transversely to the first sealing band.
- the invention thus relates to a connection profile, in particular one of the type mentioned at the beginning, which is characterized by a sealing strip running vertically to a base.
- the movement limb can have a base on which the first sealing strip is arranged, a sealing loop being provided which connects the plastering limb to the base.
- an articulated area of the movement limb and / or the sealing loop can be formed from a softer material than the rest of the movement limb and the plastering limb, with plastics usually being used in each case.
- all parts can be made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), although the movement legs and plaster legs and possibly the base are made of a stronger PVC or individually or each of a different plastic than the articulated area and the sealing loop.
- PVC polyvinyl chloride
- the movement leg together with any base and a sealing loop and the remaining parts of the profile, in particular the plaster leg can be extruded together in a single extrusion step. It is then a The only part given that only needs to be supplemented by the first sealing tape, the second sealing tape and the reinforcement mesh.
- a pull-off strip with a predetermined breaking point is arranged on the plastering leg.
- the peel bar is used to attach a film to protect the component during plastering work. After the plastering work has been completed, the pull-off strip can be broken off and removed along the predetermined breaking point after removing the film.
- a reinforcement grid can be arranged on the plaster leg.
- the reinforcement grid can be attached to the plaster leg with a suitable holder.
- the plaster leg can be designed on the outside, i.e. the side on which the plaster is applied, with a toothed or other structure with elevations and depressions, so that an area for the connection with the plaster is maximized and the plaster is anchored as well as possible.
- the plaster leg can have a first L-shaped part, to which a second, approximately L-shaped part adjoins.
- connection profile 1 according to the invention is shown in an end view.
- the connection profile 1 has a plaster leg 3.
- the plaster leg 3 consists of a first L-shaped part 14 which, as can be seen, is arranged on the head side.
- a second, approximately L-shaped part 15 adjoins this L-shaped first part 14. This results in a plastering leg 3, which initially runs straight, then has a shorter, further area that bends at right angles, which is followed by a longer, again at right angles, but downwardly branching, further third area, which is larger than the second area, whereupon Another fourth area, running downwards at right angles or at an obtuse angle, is connected.
- Plaster leg 3 is structured on the outside and can in particular have a toothed structure or a toothed profile 12 on which plaster comes into contact.
- a trigger bar 11 connects to the plaster leg 3.
- a predetermined breaking point 10 is arranged between the plastering leg 3 and the pull-off strip 11, so that the pull-off strip 11 can be separated from the rest of the connection profile 1 after the plastering work.
- the pull-off strip 11 is used to apply a film or another suitable element to cover the component.
- a reinforcement grille 2 is arranged on the plaster leg 3, which can be fastened to the plaster leg 3 with a holder 4, for example.
- the plaster leg 3 is a movement leg 5 opposite in the lower area.
- the movement limb 5 has an articulated area 9.
- the articulated area 9 is arranged at the end of the movement arm 5.
- a first sealing tape 6 is arranged on an underside of the base 13. This sealing tape 6 is used to enable a connection to a component, for example a window frame.
- the first sealing tape 6 is provided with an adhesive on both sides for this purpose.
- An upper side is used for connection to the base 13, a lower side, as mentioned, for connection to a component.
- the first sealing tape 6 can also absorb transverse movements.
- a second sealing tape 7 is provided between the movement leg 5 and the plaster leg 3. Furthermore, the base 13 can be connected via a sealing loop 8 to a lower end of the plastering leg 3 in the fourth area mentioned.
- the articulated area 9 of the movement leg 5 ensures that the connection profile 1 can react flexibly to tensile or compressive forces. If the tensile forces are too high, additional flexibility is achieved through the design or dimensioning of the second sealing band 7. If the forces that occur are too high, in particular tensile forces, this second sealing tape 7 can detach itself from the plastering leg 3 or, alternatively, from the moving leg 5. In order to still achieve the required tightness of the connection profile 1, the sealing loop 8 is provided for this. As can be seen, the sealing loop 8 is loop-shaped designed so that the plaster leg 3 is displaceable relative to the base 13 without the first sealing tape 6 being affected thereby. Overall, the result is a design of the connection profile 1 which is so flexible that high forces can be handled without this being at the expense of tightness. In particular, a load on the first sealing tape 6 is reduced to a minimum.

Description
The invention relates to a connection profile for components adjoining plaster, such as window frames or door frames, soffits, roller shutters or the like, having a plaster leg on which the plaster comes to rest, and a movement leg connected to the plaster leg, and a first sealing tape which is connected to the Movement legs connected and provided for fastening the connection profile on the component.
From the prior art it is known to provide connection profiles for the plaster to be applied when plastering walls in the area of components such as door frames, window frames, soffits or shutters. These connection profiles are usually attached to the component with a first sealing tape or adhesive tape and have a glass fiber reinforcement mesh that comes to rest on the wall and is intended to ensure good adhesion of the plaster. The reinforcement grille is connected to a plaster leg, from which a pull-off strip with a predetermined breaking point protrudes mostly at right angles. The pull-off strip rests on the component during the plastering work and is used, for example, to attach a film so that the component is protected like a window during the plastering work. After the plastering work, the film can be removed and the pull-off strip cut off at the predetermined breaking point.
Corresponding end profiles should not only lead to a good and durable absorption of the plaster during the plastering work, but should also be able to compensate for tensile, compressive and possibly also shear forces for many years afterwards. Corresponding stresses can be caused, for example, by very high or very low temperatures or also by rapid temperature changes.
In order to be able to absorb tensile forces or possibly also compressive forces, it is also known from the prior art to design connection profiles with a certain flexibility so that they can react to forces acting on them in the installed state without the plaster in the component area or in the area of the Connection profile tears or even falls off.
In order to achieve the necessary flexibility for absorbing or buffering acting forces, the connection profile should be able to carry out movements of up to several millimeters in one or more directions. In the prior art, solutions have already become known in this regard, which include flexible connection profiles, but there is still a need to improve the flexibility of corresponding profiles, since above all high forces can act on the provided first sealing tape, which in the worst case can lead to a detachment of this sealing tape and thus lead to leakage and water damage.
Accordingly, it is the object of the invention to specify a connection profile of the type mentioned at the outset which is able to absorb various forces well, so that the lowest possible loads occur, in particular on the first sealing strip.
This object is achieved if the movement limb is designed to be articulated in a connection profile of the type mentioned at the beginning.
One advantage achieved with the invention is that the movement limb, which is connected to the first sealing band, gives the connection profile flexibility due to its articulation, so that, for example, it can be compensated for when there is great heat and stresses occurring. In particular, there is no high load on the first sealing tape, since the upstream movement limb can compensate for this via the mobility.
Flexibility of the movement limb can be achieved in different ways. It is preferred that the movement limb is formed from a first, harder material and a second, softer material. The softer material then allows the movement limb to move through elastic deformation. The first material remains rigid. In cross-section, the material sections made of the first, harder material and the second, softer material can be of the same thickness or have the same cross-section. The material section made of the first material is longer than the material section made of the second material, which can be less than 25% of the total length. The material section made of the second material usually forms the lower material section, so that the rest of the movement limb located above can deflect to a maximum.
Alternatively, however, a material taper or indentation can also be sufficient to enable the movement limb to move.
It is preferred that the plaster leg is connected to the movement leg via a second sealing strip. Like the first sealing tape, this second sealing tape can be designed as an adhesive tape. The second sealing tape is preferably made of an elastic plastic and is coated on both sides with an adhesive so that a connection between the plastering leg and the moving leg is possible. The first sealing tape can also be made from an elastic plastic and coated on both sides with an adhesive. The second sealing band can in particular absorb movements transversely to the first sealing band. In one aspect, the invention thus relates to a connection profile, in particular one of the type mentioned at the beginning, which is characterized by a sealing strip running vertically to a base.
The movement limb can have a base on which the first sealing strip is arranged, a sealing loop being provided which connects the plastering limb to the base. This results in the advantage that the second sealing tape with the adhesive force can be dimensioned in such a way that it detaches from the movement limb or, alternatively, the plastered limb if the force is too high. To ensure that there is still a tight seal, the sealing loop is provided, which can compensate for expansions of the connection profile or movements due to the loop-shaped design.
For the corresponding flexibility, an articulated area of the movement limb and / or the sealing loop can be formed from a softer material than the rest of the movement limb and the plastering limb, with plastics usually being used in each case. For example, all parts can be made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC), although the movement legs and plaster legs and possibly the base are made of a stronger PVC or individually or each of a different plastic than the articulated area and the sealing loop. The movement leg together with any base and a sealing loop and the remaining parts of the profile, in particular the plaster leg, can be extruded together in a single extrusion step. It is then a The only part given that only needs to be supplemented by the first sealing tape, the second sealing tape and the reinforcement mesh.
It is not mandatory, but useful for use, if a pull-off strip with a predetermined breaking point is arranged on the plastering leg. The peel bar is used to attach a film to protect the component during plastering work. After the plastering work has been completed, the pull-off strip can be broken off and removed along the predetermined breaking point after removing the film.
A reinforcement grid can be arranged on the plaster leg. The reinforcement grid can be attached to the plaster leg with a suitable holder. The plaster leg can be designed on the outside, i.e. the side on which the plaster is applied, with a toothed or other structure with elevations and depressions, so that an area for the connection with the plaster is maximized and the plaster is anchored as well as possible.
The plaster leg can have a first L-shaped part, to which a second, approximately L-shaped part adjoins.

The
In use, the articulated
