Sowohl der Anschlagsteg 4 als auch der Einputzsteg 3 weisen eine strukturierte Oberfläche 5, 6 auf, sodass die Innenseite des U-förmigen Profilkörpers zumindest abschnittsweise profiliert ausgebildet ist. Bauteilseitig, das heißt auf der im installierten Zustand dem Bauteil, insbesondere einem Rahmen, zugewandten Seite, weist die Leiste 2 einen Faltenbalg 7 auf, der aus einem Weich-PVC ausgebildet ist. Aufgrund der gefalteten Seitenwände 8, 9 (Federschenkel) des Faltenbalgs 7 ist das Rahmenanlageelement 10 sowohl in Doppelpfeilrichtung 11 als auch in Doppelpfeilrichtung 12 relativ zur Leiste 2 bewegbar. Somit können sowohl Druck senkrecht zur Fenster- oder Türöffnungsebene als auch Bewegungen der an den Putz angrenzenden Materialien, wie Holz, Metall oder Kunststoff, ausgeglichen werden. Über eine Verbindungsstelle 13 ist ein Befestigungssteg 14 materialschlüssig mit dem U-förmigen Profilkörper verbunden.
